I quickly took the note off my door and headed inside to go change into my gear for tonight.

Once I changed I headed toward gorilla position where I met up with Austin.

Ethan: Hey Austin.

Austin: Hey man.

Ethan: I'm gonna be busy tomorrow...

Austin: With what?

Ethan: Demi wants to meet up somewhere to chat.

Austin: Then its best to rest up after the match tonight.

Ethan: I was probably going to just watch YouTube Videos in my bed after I take an ice bath.

Austin: Good idea. Wanna play some PS games after you and Demi finish you guys' discussion?

Ethan: Sure, I'm down.

Austin: Alright, text me when you're free man.

I then heard Austin's music hit as he headed through the curtain and down the ramp.

Mauro: It's main event time!

Adam doing his signature entrance taunts before the arena gets quiet in anticipation for my music.

I walk down the ramp with the cheers of the fans in my ears as I can't help but to stop and smile.

Ethan: It's damn good to be here!

I then slid into the ring before climbing the turnbuckle and putting up a Two Sweet, looking back to see Adam staring daggers at me.

I jumped off the buckle and got into the corner as the ref signals for the bell as I waste no time as I charge at Adam and hit him with knee strike, knocking him down. I pick him back up just to hit a big clothesline turning him inside out.

I pick him up again and set him up for the Black Magic Piledriver early in the match but he manages to counter and lifts me up for an Ushigoroshi.

He picks me up and sets me up a powerbomb as I catch his arm and turn it into a Crossface which he quickly escapes. I run back towards him before he noticed and caught me with a superkick from the corner knocking me down and stunning me a bit. He grabs my legs and puts me into a figure-four to wear me down but I break it after attacking his legs as we both get back up and start trading blows as I end it with a Headbutt.

Adam bending over as I come off and hit him with a knee lift.

I finally knock him down after I hit him with a rush combo. I walk to the ropes as the crowd starts to chant "I Prevail" as I embrace it before heading back to Adam as he is able to get up quickly before I was able to kick him in the stomach and catches me with a few superkicks.

He takes me to the apron and gets ready for a Panama Sunrise but as he jumps down from the turnbuckle I am able to back body drop him onto the apron.

Adam yelled in pain as I quickly got off the apron and looked under the apron to find some weapons as I found a few chairs and a table much to my excitement from my Indie days of deathmatch wrestling. I slide the chairs and the table into the ring before setting the table up and putting the chairs on top. Adam got back into the ring as I take a chair and swing it towards him as he falls down out of the way.

(Timeskip to end of match)

I had Adam knocked down in the middle of the ring as I climbed onto the top turnbuckle and hit the Corkscrew Shooting Star Press.

I got back up and faced the hard camera and did my throat-slice taunt.

I slid outside the ring and took the NA Championship and took it with me to the ring and placed it in the middle of the ring. I picked Adam back up and set up the Wilde Ride.

Adam had been busted open and in my 2nd week in NXT I had became the NXT North American championship.

Announcer: Here is your winner, and NEW! NXT North American Champion, "The Deathmatch Lunatic" Ethan Wilde!

I grabbed the Championship as I looked at the blood on it before wiping it off and on my chest. I climbed the turnbuckle to celebrate my win and headed backstage.
