A new book????

So... Do you guys remember that chapter I did on a green health drink? The one where I took the ingredients and gave you guys the science behind them and the nutritional benefits?

You remember?

Good!

Well, imagine if I did that, motivational quotes, workouts, training tips, diet advice, and more all crammed into one book!

I've been thinking about doing a book like that, but I've just been kinda nervous to try it. So, that's when you guys come in!

If you would want to see a book like that, tell me! I've been wanting to do this for months now, but I just haven't found he right motivation to. I've been reading other books like it and I really feel like because I have some experience with the whole "healthy living" idea, I feel like I could not only teach other people what I know, but teach myself a few Hingis along the way!

So, what do you guys think? Would you support the book if I posted it? (And I'm probably gonna need help with a title, so if you have any ideas, I would appreciate it😝)
