As I paced around the room, I bit my lip.

"This could work!" I said as Gwen was on her laptop.

"Totally! I just need to do a little more research.... and done!"

I walked over to her and sat down on the bed.

"The house... do you have details?"

"On scale one to ten how much do you love my family?"

"About eight and three fourths,"

"Okay... Then I will give you some minor bad news...,"

I looked at her as she adjusted her laptop bright setting.

"News?"

"Yes. The house that you would have to get has a few minor details if you want to live next to us. See, there would only be three bedrooms, and a guest one,"

"No prob. We can turn the guest one into Emily's when she gets older."

"Great! You might want to remodel it, I can set you up with Dakota or Jen?"

"Sure! I might prefer a vintage look,"

"Cool! And maybe we can expand out two properties to make a nice pathway patio to connect the two for s'more nights!"

"That is wonderful!"

"Now we need to get the boys on board,"
