You slowly awoke to the smell of pancakes that morning.

At the scent, you groggily sat up in your cozy bed, mouth just watering for some of the pancakes. You could smell the sweet scent of the maple syrup mixed with the warm smell of the pancakes together and a little bit of butter. It was heavenly.

You just now realized how hungry you were. You didn't even get to eat dinner yesterday, so you're starving.

You shot out of bed and put your pants back on, then calmly walked out of your room.

You didn't need to charge into the kitchen without any pants on. Plus, you didn't even know your way around the house yet. With your luck you would probably walk into someone's bedroom at the wrong time.

You went down the short hallway and into the living room, no one was in there.

You walked across the living room and followed the smell of the pancakes. You looked up the stairs, where you figure out the dining room was located when you first came in.

You slowly walked up the stairs and gently pushed open the door. The smell of the pancakes immediately rushed into your face and surrounded your body in the sweet smelling atmosphere.

You walked in a little more and saw Finland cooking more pancakes while humming a sweet little tune. Sweden reading a newspaper at the table, while sipping some coffee, sitting next to Denmark. Denmark talking loudly at the end of the table while laughing. Norway sending him glares while saying "You're loud." or trying to get Iceland to call him 'big brother', while sitting on the right side of the table, next to Denmark. And poor Iceland looking like he was rethinking all of his life decisions that lead him here, on the other end of the table.

There were two open spots, one beside Sweden and the other beside Norway. Iceland was at the end, so either way you'll be next to him.

You didn't want to just sit yourself down because you didn't know who Finland sat beside, although your pretty sure he would sit next to Sweden, but hey, better safe than sorry.

Denmark was the first to take notice to your presence beside the doorway. He smiled like he always did and invited you over.

"Hey (Y/N)! What are doing over there? Come sit with us!" You gave a smile back and walked over to the table.

Everyone now had their attention on you as you made your way over to them. You felt awkward because you felt like you slept in too late and you still didn't know where to sit. Lucky for you Denmark noticed.

"You can sit between Norge and Ice. They won't mind." He still had his carefree smile on his face as you sat down.

You gave Norway and Iceland a smile to acknowledge them while Finland started to talk.

"(Y/N)! I'm glad your up! I made pancakes for when you woke up. Last night I realized that you probably didn't eat so I wanted to make it up for you. I'm sorry if you don't like pancakes, I didn't know what you liked." You smiled at his kind effort.

"Thank you Finland! I love pancakes so you don't have to worry." You noticed his smile went even wider.

"Great! Now we can all dig in!" Denmark shouted.

You just now realized that they must of been waiting for you to wake up before eating. Now you felt even more guilty.

You looked over at the clock to see it said 9:30. You really hoped that they just got up.

"I'm sorry that I slept in for so long." You say. Finland gave you a confused look than smiled.

"It's fine (Y/N). You needed to sleep." Your (E/C) eyes looked over to him and you were still unsure.

"Yeah you definitely needed sleep. You had huge bags under your eyes." Denmark stated.

"When was the last time you slept?" Iceland asked.

"Well the night before yesterday, before I got here, I only got about one hour of sleep and yesterday, before when you found me, I was trying to take a nap after school from yesterday, but I don't think I got any sleep from that. So I'd say about a good two days without sleep." You answered.

All of them exchanged looks then turned back to you.

"Where did you come from anyways?" Denmark questioned. You ponder the question in your mind before answering.

"I don't know how to explain it. But all I can say is that it's probably not this world/dimension." Everyone let the information sink into there skulls before Norway spoke up.

"I knew she was different." Everyone casted there eyes towards the Norwegian.

"I thought so too." Sweden says. Everyone gave each other final glances before nodding.

"So did we." Iceland says. You look at all of them. How did they think she was different?

"What do you guys mean I'm different? I think I look normal." They all share a gaze with each other before they answered you.

"It's not so much how you look but how you act. Most people would of ran away if they met us. And by how we act most people would be traumatized, but you don't seem fazed by it at all. Also you do have some characteristics that make you seem different from any of us. Plus, when you kept rambling on about how 'you must be dreaming', gave it away." Denmark stated ever so bluntly.

You agreed with what he said but you were curious by how you looked different from them.

"How do I look different from you guys?" Denmark grinned before answering.

"Well you're a girl of course." At that statement you felt the sudden urge to slap him upside the head.

"I'm kidding. Of course your a girl. But it's hard to explain. I guess you just don't look you're from here." Everyone gave a nod at the statement. 'I guess it's better than nothing.'

"Well, I guess I can tell you that I didn't exactly look like this before, anyways." You stated bluntly. Everyone gave looks of confusion but decided not to ask.

"Oh yeah (Y/N)! I'm guessing you don't have any clothes except for that. Do you?" Finland asked changing the subject.

"Yeah. This is all I have." You said confirming his statement. He smiled widely.

"Well then, I guess we should go clothes shopping for you!" He said in a cheery tone.

"Oh no. You don't have to do that. I don't want to get in the way of anything. Plus, I don't have any money to pay for clothes anyways." You said.

"Nonsense. You won't get in the way of anything, and we could just pay for you."

"No. I don't need to be wasting your guys money. I'm fine with these. Really." You tried to convince him, but you knew that you won't win.

"It's not wasting m'ney if you need it." Sweden said. You glanced around and saw everyone was nodding in agreement. You sigh and answered him.

"Okay. But I'll pay you back when I can get money." You answered stubbornly.

Finland smiled and handed out everyone's pancakes.

You took a bite and your mouth overflowed with the delicious taste of the pancakes. You smiled widely and turned towards Finland, who was just now sitting down next to Sweden.

"These are the best pancakes I ever had!" You complimented. He returned the smile and just waved it off.

"Oh it's really nothing. You should try one of my friends pancakes. He would send mine to shame." You gave a little laugh and continued eating.

As everyone was finished eating, they all went in to their rooms to get ready for taking you clothes shopping.  You still felt really guilty about taking time from them and using there money to pay for your clothes, but you'll make it up somehow.

Everyone was down in the living room, waiting for Denmark to finish up his hair, even though it looked the same when he did get down, and they all left the house after locking the door and walked over to Sweden's car.

It was a grey Volvo and pretty nice looking.

Sweden went to the driver's seat, Finland went up front in the passenger's seat and everyone else tried to fit in the three seated back.

Let's just say it didn't work out too well.

"Stupid Dane! Your sitting on me." Norway hissed at the Danish man.

"Well I'm trying not to, but I'm squished against the window!" Denmark whined. Everyone was fighting about the space in the car when you decided to think of an idea.

"Why don't we just have someone sit on someone elses lap?" It was better than nothing. They all pondered and Denmark spoke up.

"Well, you're the smallest so it's probably be best if you were the one on someone's lap." Everyone nodded and you sat there, regretting your option.

You sighed. At least there would be more room. Right?

"Well then, who am I supposed to sit on?" You questioned. This was really embarrassing for you. You didn't want to sit on anyone. You thought you might squish them, even though you are now smaller.

Denmark smiled.

"Well it would have to be me! I am the tallest after all!" He said. You gave him a questioning look as did everyone else.

"How does that make a difference?" Norway asked, looking annoyed.

"Well because she's only a couple inches shorter than everyone, and she would block your way if she sat on you. But with me, I'd still be at least a head taller than her!" He stated. You sighed.

"I'll just sit on Denmark. Maybe he'll be quiet." I said in a sassy tone at the last part. Denmark place a hand over his heart.

"Oh you wound me (Y/N)." He said in a dramatic way.

I rolled my eyes and got out of my side of the car, which was the seat next to the door, and walked over to Denmark's side. I nervously sat on his lap, while he just acted as if he got a new teddy bear.

While I was blushing he placed his arms around me. I was just looking at the floor, hoping that this car ride would just end soon.

As I was looking at the floor I didn't notice that Denmark was being shot jealous glares while he just smirked about it.

Oh this was going to be a long trip.
