As humans all like a bit of competition, and who doesn't like bashing in skulls of your enemies, while looking cool at the same time, but killing noobs is just NOT COOL. So as the GM of the game [Unlimited Dreams]. I have come up with a set of rules, to protect the new players, those who are new to the world before exposing them to the harsh and deadly reality of...Ahem* Anyways allow me to do a quick rundown of [Newbie Protection Laws].

Pretend you are in a forest, a [Neutral Zone], a player who is twice your level ends up damaging you or killing you. When such an event occurs the system will automatically seek the event out and see the aggressor punished. And the first 3 offence would be simply paying a fine to the victim (1000g). After 3 offences, the offender would also face a time ban that stacks up to 3 times (1 day, 1 week, 1 month). If any offences comes from the offender, there will be a perma-ban. And no, it is not possible to make another ACC in this game (You register the game through your brain wave). The offender of course, can e-mail the HQ and explain the situation, in which case the offender can prove, he or she is wrongly accused or, there was taunts coming from the other side, in which there is a possibility of the punishment being lifted (Employees will see a video of the situation and judge for themselves).

A player is no longer under the player protection law under 3 circumstances:

1. The player reaches level 100.

2. The player is in a [War Zone].

3. The player is in [Arena Mode].

Any sort of harassment, especially sexual harassment is treated very seriously at all time and is a reportable offence. This also applies in [Safe Zones] where even though players cannot take damage, any sort of inappropriate behaviour can be reported (Employees will see a video of the situation and judge for themselves).

And yes if an NPC kills you, well...Tough luck, that ain't covered under the newbie protection laws.
