A week has passed, and today was finally the beatdown. Desmond was prepared for the fight and was ready to get his hands on Finn after so long. Crowe spoke about the fight to his mother and sister since he didn't want to lie to them, Jenna and Lexy was extremely worried about the fight but she decided to let Desmond do the fight and told him to be careful.

Desmond even had a talk with Bobby, and Lashley also showed some concern but still supported him to win the fight.

Crowe even talked to his friends about it, Benjamin, Cody, and Roxanne were worried about him since Finn was really dangerous and unpredictable, but they still wanted to support their best friend.

Evan was slowly recovering from the assault and is doing a little better, He even supports Desmond to win the fight against Finn.

The time was seven thrity p.m as Desmond was seen at the school locker room as he was wearing his gloves and was thinking about the fight, He began remembering his father, which was bringing his confidence up.

Crowe heard a knock on the door as He said, "Come in," The door opened as Desmond saw who it was.

Disha was looking at him as Crowe was staring at her.

Disha: Hey, are you ready?

Desmond was quiet for a few seconds until he gave a small smile to her.

Desmond: I was born ready.

Disha smiled a little as They continued staring at each other

Disha: I'm supporting you, Desmond. You will win this fight.

Desmond smiled at her as Disha touched his hand as Crowe looked at her.

Desmond: Thank you, You and the others support helps me a lot. Believe me.

Disha: You're welcome, Desmond, but promise me two things.

She continued holding his hand as Desmond was staring at her as She spoke to him.

Disha: Promise me you won't hurt yourself.

Crowe nodded as Disha continued her sentence.

Disha: And promise me you will never do another fight like this.

Desmond looked at her as He knew she was worried about him. But mixed martial arts was starting to become a passion and hobby for him, but before saying. He wanted to listen to her.

Disha: Don't get me wrong, I know you probably like fighting and all, but I don't want you to do these illegal fights and hurt yourself.

Desmond understood what she meant, She was worried if anything bad would happen to him.

Desmond: You're right. Disha, but mixed martial arts has become a hobby for me now. But if I ever want to continue, I'll make sure not to go through the wrong path. This means I could just join an mma promotion or anything as long as it's not illegal.

Disha felt happy that he understood her as Patani hugged him tightly, Desmond hugged her back as both of them looked at each other and smiled.

Disha: You are my fighter.

Desmond smiled as both of them shared a kiss together until they realised it was time for the fight.

Desmond made it to the underground of the school as Crowe was in the fighting arena as all the students were cheering and were ready to watch the fight.

Desmond saw Finn standing in front of him as Balor looked upset before Desmond turned around and saw Disha, her friends and Desmond's friends standing and watching the fight.

Finn: I'm been waiting for this moment.

Desmond: Same here.

Finn: Don't get cocky with me, I'm still the champion here.

Desmond: Look, who's getting cocky now.

Finn: *Chuckles* Get ready, Desmond, I'm gonna destroy in front of your friends and. . . . Girlfriend.

He slowly said in anger as Desmond was glaring at him until the bell rang as the fight began.

Desmond began with kicking Finn as Balor was blocking the attack, He tried to punch Desmond, but Crowe managed to dodge him.

Desmond and Finn were glaring at each other as Balor and Crowe began hitting each other with different strikes while trying to block their strikes as the students were all cheering in happiness.

Desmond managed to punch Finn in the face as Balor was angry and kicked his gut as Finn tried to hit him again, but Desmond blocked and punched him.

Finn was starting to get annoyed as He kicked Desmond to the corner and began hitting his chest as Desmond was struggling to block until Crowe managed to kick Balor, Finn tried to do a takedown but Desmond retaliated with. . .

The crowd was shocked as they cheered loudly while Finn himself was shocked by the takedown as Desmond began punching Finn in the face as everyone continued watching the fight.

Five minutes passed as the fight continued on as Finn and Desmond were punching each other while dodging their attacks until Finn managed to fight back and kick Desmond to the corner.

Desmond was struggling to move as Finn began kicking him as Crowe fell on the ground before Finn kicked him in the head as Desmond was holding his head tightly.

Benjamin, Cody, Roxanne, Evan, Disha, Pooja, Rashmika, and Mandy looked shocked and worried about Desmond as Finn continued beating him.

Desmond managed to get up as Finn pushed him to the corner and began hitting multiple knee strikes.

Desmond managed to fight back and kick him away as Crowe ran and tackled him to the ground and began punching him before Finn turned him around and punched him viciously.

Another three minutes passed as Croee had bruises, and his forehead was bleeding, Finn also had a brusied eye, and his hair was messy. But the two still continued their fight.

Desmond tried to hit him as Finn dodged and began laughing.

Finn: *Laughs* Is that all you got? Or are you ready to give up?

Finn punched him in the face, but Desmond just turned around and glared at him as Finn's smile slowly faded away until Desmond attacked him.

The crowd cheered as the fight continued to be chaotic.

Finn tried to hit a takedown on Desmond, but Crowe managed to kick him.

The crowd oohed in shock as Desmond's friends were shocked by the move.

Cody: Geez! That was vicious.

Roxanne: Desmond really trained hard for this moment.

Benjamin: *Cringes* Finn is gonna feel that, but he deserves it.

Finn was holding his head tightly as Desmond wiped the blood and sweat off his forehead and was glaring at Finn, Balor was actually shocked by how Desmond was fighting him.

Another two minutes passed as Finn managed to hit a few moves at Desmond as both of them were exhausted as Finn tried to attack Desmond but Crowe managed to block his strike and surprised Finn with another move.

Desmond threw Finn to the ground as Balor was holding his body in pain while trying to get up. As Desmond was staring at him, Finn managed to recover as he was angry.

Finn: So you're trying to claim you're better than me?

Desmond: I could but you can't handle the truth. . .

Finn gritted his teeth as Desmond smirked and taunted him as Balor grunted in anger and charged towards Desmond but Crowe caught mid way as Finn tried to counter but Desmond countered back.

Everyone was shocked and impressed by the move as Disha covered her mouth while her friends were even more shocked.

Pooja: Oh my god!!!

Mandy: That was really impressive but shocking!

Rashmika: *Shocked* Mein poori english bhool gayi us vajah se (I forgot English because of that)

Desmond fell down because of exhaustion as He was holding his chest in pain as Finn couldn't even move anymore.

Suddenly Finn grabbed Desmond's arm and managed to wrap him in an armbar as the crowd was shocked along with Desmond's friends as Crowe was in pain.

Finn applied more pressure as Desmond grunted in pain and couldn't move at all, He felt like he was going to give up any minute.

Finn: Tap out!!!

Desmond began gritting his teeth and felt too much pain, He was about to tap out until he saw Disha who looked shocked and worried.

Disha: Desmond. . . .

Desmond was staring at her as the crowd began chanting something.

Students: Desmond! Desmond! Desmond!

Finn was shocked as Desmond was even more shocked that the crowd was cheering for him, His friends and Disha's friends also began cheering for Desmond as Disha was worried as He began remembering Disha's words.

"You are my fighter"

Desmond finally had the motivation and strength as he managed to get off the armbar which shocked Finn until Desmond wrapped Finn in a coquina clutch as Crowe continued choking him.

The crowd cheered as Disha was shocked but slowly grew a smile on her face.

Finn was struggling to move until his vision began to be filled with darkness as Finn was trying to get out until. . . . He slowly passed out.

Finn was unconscious as the crowd began cheering in happiness.

Roxanne: Yes!!!

Evan: I knew he was gonna do this!

Benjamin: He won the fight!!!

Cody: This man deserves a party!!!

Rashmika: He did it!!

Pooja: At least its finally over, Desmond is our champion!

Mandy: He really outdone himself!

Disha had a huge smile on her face and was proud of Desmond, Crowe was sitting as the crowd began cheering "Champion" as Desmond chuckled to himself and felt really proud of himself.

He looked at Disha and smiled at her as Patani had a huge smile on her face.

The time was now eight fifty p.m as Desmond changed into his casual clothes as he was breathing heavily while limping, He felt really tired.

He was holding his arm and began leaving the school until he saw his friends outside the gate as they looked at him.

Cody: You alright man?

Desmond: Kinda.

Desmond almost fell but Benjamin and Cody grabbed him as They told him to relax and began helping him to walk to the nearest bench.

Rashmika: Congratulations, Desmond!

Pooja: You did really good

Mandy: You have everyone's respect in this school. You really managed to impress everyone.

Desmond: *Smiles* Thank you so much for all your support. You all are awesome.

Roxanne: No problem, But you look really exhausted.

Evan: You really need some rest buddy.

Desmond: Thanks, But Are you okay, Evan?

Evan: I'm a little better. My back still hurts and my face still looks messed up.

Desmond: Its okay man, I did this for you as well.

Evan smiled at Desmond as Both of them shared a small hug as Disha sat next to Desmond and looked at him.

Both of them stared at each other before Desmond smiled and said something.

Desmond: I'm still your fighter, Right?

Disha: You always will.

They both held hands as everyone awed, Disha kissed his cheek as Desmond had a huge smile on his face.

Suddenly they saw a taxi stopping near the school as they all looked confused until they saw Jenna quickly getting out of the car as Desmond looked shocked.

Desmond: Mom?

Everyone stood back as Jenna saw Desmond as she was in shock by his state.

Jenna: Desmond?. . . Oh my gosh, Are you okay????

Jenna immediately ran towards Desmond, Disha got up as Jenna sat next to Desmond and was checking up on him as Crowe tried to reassure her thar he was okay.

Desmond; I'm okay mom. . . . *Smiles* But I did it.

Jenna couldn't help but smile as she hugged Desmond tightly as Everyone was looking at them, A smile grew on their faces as mother and son continued hugging each other.
