It has been one hour sine your operation to repair your hip has finished and Jay has come to visit you for the best reason possible

"Jay you have something to tell me don't you?" you ask

"how did you know?" He replies

"you gave me roses" you say realising why he did

"you've figured it out haven't you" he asks knowing what a rose means

"what the fact that you've got a crush on me or the fact that this is basically a bedside date" you reply

"both and anyway we can't do any other kind of date until you can walk" Jay says impressed at your deduction

"which will only be in another two weeks" Jay's brother Will says as he enters

"you always have bad timing Will" Jay replies disgusted at the fact that Will ruined the moment

"I'll be gone in seven minutes anyway" her retorts

Seven minutes later Will had gone like he said

"thank goodness he's gone" you remark 

"Anyway what are we going to do while I get better" 

"more bedside dates maybe?" he replies 

"ok," you say. Jay's phone rings 

"I'll be back," he says as he leaves the room 

A minute later and Jay is back 

"well looks like I have to go but I will see you later" he says

 "let me guess another case" you reply disgusted that your date is cut short again 

"yup see you later" Jay replies as he leaves.
