[June 11th, 2020: eleventh day of pride month]

On a dark cloudy night Harry Potter decided to take a midnight stroll up to the astronomy tower because he couldn't sleep.

The only thing Harry could think about was Sirius and Cedric, his heart tore into pieces thinking about his beloved godfather and ex boyfriend, but it seemed that every person Harry has ever been close to always dies.

Harry looks up and just wants to scream out to the stars just to get some of the weight off his chest. The pain, the longing for them to come back seems to sit on him all the him.

"Potter, what are you doing up here?" Harry turns around hastly to see Cormac McLaggen standing against the wall causually.

"No reason." Harry said a bit bitterly as he looked up at the stars.

Cormac walks over to Harry with a sincere face "do you wanna talk about it?"

"Pfft like you'll care about my problems." Harry said voiced laced with venom.

"Try me." Cormac said sternly "I do to care about your problems."

"Why?" Harry asked softly "why do you care? You don't even know me."

"Well I've been watching you..."

"So your stalking me?" Harry asked with a bitter laugh "not surprised."

"No not stalking, just observing." Cormac said softly. "I know your not some big flashy hero, your just a scared teen age boy who wants a normal life."

Harry glares at Cormac and says "you don't know me. No one does, so don't think that just because your sitting here stalking me that it means you know me."

"Believe me Harry I know you, but I don't at the same time... In all actuality I really want to get to know you better."

Cormac looks at Harry and Harry tries not to look back into those cute brown eyes.

Harry sighs "what do you want McLaggen?"

"You." Cormac whispered in Harry's ear.

"What's in it for me." Harry asked getting lost in Cormacs eyes.

"This." Cormac said gently kissing Harry and Harry tho terribly shocked kisses back.

The kiss was short and sweet, but both boys very much enjoyed it.

When they release Harry breathlessly says "wow, ok then I see what your doing and I'm willing to try."

"Really?" Cormac asked nearly jumping for joy.

"Yes." Harry said kissing him again.
