WTF moment 1

Ok, this is sort of a mini rant. Well, I'm not really offended. I just think it's... Funny, I guess.

Anyways, I hate it when readers comment on your chapter and it's absolutely unrelevant, you know. And for example, I made a little mistake on the names. A few readers mentioned it so I went back and fixed it. Another reader comes along later on and says something about it AGAIN. I went to check up the chapter soooo many times and found the names in their right places. (Scratches head)

But see, this is where I'll KNOW if you're reading my stories or not. I can tell who's paying attention from those who don't. Some people are just too tired to read and just wants to know the 411 on a chapter so they scroll down for comments.

WTF moment 2

There was this old lady years ago from my previous workplace in Hawaii. She looooves to do refunds, so you can say she's the sensei of refunds. So anyways, one day she came to the window and wanted to do a refund on a whole rotisserie chicken. I asked her, where's the chicken? She said she ate it all. So what's wrong with the chicken? Her answer? It was too dry.

Oooh-kay? If it was too dry, she should've brought it back ASAP!

Then the following week, same old lady came to the window again. She showed me a package of small bits of pork fat. Total purchase of item was around $5. I asked her what happened to the meat? She said she cooked it, but it had too many fat on it so she wants a refund. Guess what? She got her whole $5 back.

OMG. Really?

I'm telling you, customers aren't always right.
