Nisha's pov

Ignorance are such a bliss sometimes and sometimes it's such pain in the butt. I don't know what happened to that vampire suddenly. till yesterday afternoon he was fine ,agreed he was still grumpy but at least he talked or got irritated by me but now he was aloof, and I prefer his grumpiness over his ignorance.

I caressed Ben's fur who was laying on my lap having the time of his puppy life , while I sat there sulking over that vampire indifference towards me." Ben yaar what wrong with that vampire, he avoided me yesterday night like a plague, I hate it." I cried, but Ben cared less.

What wrong this doggy , puppy's were supposed to be the greatest support during your breakdown I frowned at the dog in my lap and shot him a sting eye.

I placed his head on the pillows and got up causing the Traitor puppy to whine at me," go sleep with those pillows they will give you belly rubs okay." I told him sarcastically and walked out of the room ignoring his barks.

I scowled deeply at my mind, sometimes I feel like banging my mind on the wall Soo hard it falls in coma.

I was walking towards the staircase busy in planning to shut my mind forever when I almost crushed with him , I tried to put a break on my crushing to which my clumsy behind thought it would be fun to see me fall backwards.

A strong grip on forearms stopped my fall and pulled me in a standing position, I looked at him and he was glaring at me still talking on the phone, I shoot him a sheepish smile and opened my mouth to greet him good morning when he walked away without a glance, my face fall.

Why man have to be Soo..... bottom- hole.

I thought looking at his back , but you have to admit that his back is delicious looking I scowled some more ,as my eyes took a quick Check out.

I need a new body I thought crying looking heavenwards .

I walked downstairs to see Jenny Aunty serving my breakfast, Jaiden was standing beside my chair like a robot with his hands on his back, shockingly that vampire was not around, my scowl depended some more.

"Why this face in early morning Nisa."Jenny Aunty asked forwarding me the juice.

"Ask your grumpy Ishaan Singhaniya," I said sulkingly munching on my toast ,I wondered my eyes around for him but he was nowhere.

" By the way where is he aunty." I asked aunty,

I just now meet him in staircase, did he also learned teleportation power I thought in my mind.

"He left Nish, said he has some important work." Aunty said dumping a bucket of cold water on my already ruined mood,

Yes he has a very important work which includes ignore Nisha for God knows what reason.

I angrily shoved the whole toast in my mouth munching on it angirly , I then drank the whole glass of juice and in one minute I have completed my whole breakfast, I looked towards Jaiden and aunty who was looking at me wide eyed.

"Don't look at me like that I always eat more when I m angry and right I can shoot Lazers through my eyes at your beloved boss." I told Jaiden getting up from the chair and heading outside.

I again ripped the page from my sketch book , my fellow mates looked at me in pity and the teacher in disappointed, I couldn't concentrate on my task and it was making me more frustrated.

Damm you Ishaan grumpy Singhaniya

"Ms.Ahuja I think it will be best if you sumbit me these tomorrow," Ms.Angelina said kindly and I nodded thanking her.

Ishaan is such a mystery to me , he is the most kindest and lovely person you ever meet yet he is one of the world biggest jerk sometimes, I wanted to hang his head somewhere because of how much his ignorance is effecting me but I couldn't.

I was currently in the bookstore showing a customer around the store helping her choose s book preferable by her interest, but this lady is too frustrating. From the past one and half hour nothing seems interesting to her , and it was giving me a headache

What is today, frustrate Nisha day

I sighed and looked at Jaiden and smiled sweetly at him, I excused myself from the lady with a smile and walked towards Jaiden,

"Jaiden." I called him sweetly and he immediately tensed , I don't Know why whenever I call him sweetly he posture become like he saw Dracula, what is there to be scared about sweet innocent me.

" You see Jaiden, your boss has making me pull my hair from yesterday night because of his bipolarity, and now this lady over there is sprinkling some more frustration on top of that. Which is giving me a headache, Soo can you please bring me a coffee and help this poor soul kindly." I told him blinking my eyes in a very innocent way.

"I m not supposed to leave here , I cannot go." He said in a very robotic manner without meeting my eyes.

I pouted ," please nah Jaiden , the shop is just two shop away from here, you will go and and return in a blink , no one will kidnap me in this short time, please please pretty please on cherry on top please Jaiden."I pleaded him with puppy eyes, appearing on every direction wherever he moved his eyes, I could see his jaw clenched.

"Fine!!." He said gritting his teeth," but you will not step out of here , one small suspicion and you will call me instantly." He told me in a voice that it's the end of discussion.

I bobbedy head with a big smile, off course I will, he stormed out of the store making the door bell Chim violently . Muttering something like little devil, Rip that bell and door, Ethan looked at me with a raised eyebrow and I shoot him a sheepish smile, I turned back to attend that customer, after few more searching she finally got her desired book and left thanking me. I heaved a sigh i rested my forehead on the shelves.

"Tough day." A deep voice asked me , and startled I look up to see y'all broad man was standing there , his face was chiseled with light stable and thick dark hairs, he was looking at me with a smrik, leaning on the book shelf with a book in his hand.

I forced a smile, the guy was giving me grey vibes , he didn't looked like he was book reading type, with his leather black jacked and intimidating aura he looked totally out of place here,

But who am I to judge , maybe he was like Ishaan all tough outside and a big softy inside. From the time I meet Ishaan, I m meeting a lot of man like this maybe he is like one of them to ,

I smiled brightly at him , maybe he is trying to make friends I should help him," yes a very tough day." I told him, he nodded,

"You seems new here , study , " he asked looking at the books in the shelves.

"Yes, actually because of a tragedy , I as to shift here with a friend of mine, what about you." I told him with a smile, I don't know if it was a trick of light but I thought I saw his eyes flash in something like hatred but it was gone as soon as it appeared. Now that I noticed though this guy is behaving Soo friendly with me and there was a constant smrik on his face, his eyes were blank,

"I m here to meet a very old friend of mine , been years since I saw him , I have sent him a gift but thought to check it myself to see if it was delivered correctly," he told me with a smrik, there was something like sarcasm in his voice.

Strange guy

" Your friend must be really surprised to see the gift." I told him with a smile, I had no friends back in Shimla but I know how sweet surprise are, whenever mom would make my favorite dish without telling me, will bring a new set of earrings for me.

"Oh trust me he was very surprised but it is just the beginning, actually I have been debited to him from a long time and now is the time for me to return his debt , in future there are many more surprise gifts waiting for him which will make him very happy indeed." The guy told me smiling but the way he said those words sent a shiver down my body like he was not talking about gifts but nightmares,

Oh no Nishu did you run into a maniac or something, your day was already bad today it won't be a surprise if you land in the hand of a psychopath.i gulped smiling nervously at him.

"By the way be careful , you are a new girl alone in this new city no one knows, when what will happen." He trailed off shrugging.

I narrowed my eyes at him , who does he think of himself, I open my mouth to give him a come back just then a Chim bell rang , I looked towards the. Door to see a grumbling Jaiden entering with my beloved coffee, his eyes run through the whole shop like a eagle and finally fall on me , his jaw relaxed as walked towards me.

" In a blink huh , there was a fucking huge line for that coffee of your, you know how fucking worried I was , if boss gets to know he will have my head." He snapped at me thrusting the coffee in my which I cradled like a baby.

Ow someone is pissed

"It's alright Jaiden, bade bade shehero main aisi choti choti baatien hoti rehti hai," I told him patting his shoulder. ( Translation," it's okay Jaiden, in big ,big city these small incident keeps happening.")

"Bad.... what the fuck was that." He murmured to himself and pressed my lips to stop the smile.

I turned around to introduce that strange stranger to Jaiden but surprisingly he was nowhere, I blinked,

For the sake of food what is happening to me today, now I encountered a ghost , what more is there , do one thing , witch , wizards, Harry Potter, jacob black, Edward, Spiderman everyone meet me today only you guys are left I groaned thinking.

"What happened." I heard Jaiden voice , I opened my mouth to answer him but stopped, if I tell him about my encounter with that strange stranger he will surely tell his dear boss and then I can very well see tomorrow news

Ishaan pov

Rage that was what I was feeling from yesterday night , looking at those big brown eyes in such a sadness made me a feel a feeling which I thought was no longer possible for me, that girl has some power in her eyes which could break my strongest walls without even uttering a word.

" Do you think you did right , Ishaan." Reyansh asked who was sitting in the couch of my office, while I was standing here like a moron clutching my hair.

Fuck my life.

I looked at Reyansh in disbelief," Right, I behaved like a fucking dick with her , Rey you won't believe me how fucking upset and hurt she looked." I told him running a hand through my messed up hair for the hundred time today.

I didn't wanted to hurt her , but I cannot let her get tainted in my darkness to , getting close to me will do nothing but turn her bright life into a gloomy night, from the time I have returned from India with her I didn't got involved into any bloodshed but yesterday when I enter my hell again I realized how world apart our life is.

I looked at Reyansh and the motherfucker has Audicityof smriking while looking down. I pulled my gun from my drawer and pointed it on his forehead, Reyansh looked up surprise.

" Smrik one more time fucker." I told him glaring daggers.

"Smrik, who is smriking." Reyansh told me with a serious face. I glared hard at him tossing the gun back on place.

"Rey I called you here to help me clear my mind not to have fun with me." I told him gritting my teeth, I should have called Vihaan or Nick.

Reyansh cleared his throat and looked death seriously at me," okay listen, I think it should be good if you don't distance yourself Soo suddenly from her.." he raised a finger as I was going to say something.

"Hear me out completely, don't distance yourself from Soo suddenly, you have already let her become very close to you and she has recently lost her mother and left her whole life back in Shimla, she is new here and everything is unfamiliar to her except you , and now if you suddenly become indifference towards her , it would be a blow to her emotionally. Let her get accompanied to her new life , let her at least stand on her feet a bit , let her become a bit strong , let new people enter life and then slowly detach yourself from her." Reyansh explained and keenly listened to him

I thought about it for the whole day, it was right that she will get mentally effected if I detach myself from her suddenly, she is already mentally attacked Soo many times and I can't let her get effected again..

I was Soo emerged in my thoughts that I lost track of time, when I finally I looked outside it was dark ,I looked at the clock and cursed loudly , it was past midnight.

Fuck she will be waiting for me, fuck you Ishaan I hurriedly got up from my place and took my phone and car keys , with long strides I walked towards the parking the whole office was empty except the security, I unlocked my phone to see Soo many messages from her,

'Mr.Grumpy where are you'

'common come fast I m waiting for you."

"Where are you Mr.Singhaniya I m Soo Damm hungry'.

'Atleast tell me are okay, I m getting worried'

Guilty , it was something I felt long back , Soo long that I don't remember it now but now when I read her message I felt it , in every vain and nerve of my body running and drowning me. I speed up the car,

When I entered inside Jaiden was standing there out side her room, he looked up when he noticed me, " She was waiting for you , was worried like hell but then she went to sleep, " he told me and that didn't made me feel better.

I nodded at him ," you can leave." I told him and he left with a nod.

I sighed, I have to talk to her tomorrow then, I walked towards my study to check some files, I dropped my blazer and tie and folded the sleeves of the shirt , I was checking our this months rating when I heard loud clash from outside.

I took out the gun from drawer and swiftly run towards dark living area. whoever has dared to enter here is not going to see tomorrow sunrise,I thought clenching my jaw,holding the gun behind my back ,I was about to point it the person and end their miserable excuse of living there only. when I saw who it was and immediately tucked the gun in my pants holster.

Nisha was standing there looking at me with wide fearful Misty eyes , she was was standing there wearing a a pink fruit printed pajama shirt and shorts, but what shocked me was that she was trembling and sweating in the air conditioned hall. I looked down towards the broken glass pieces. I quickly walked towards her and pulled her away from glass pieces,

I quickly inspected her with my eyes for a injury but there was non physically

" Nisha you okay." I asked her with a gentle voice but she shrugged out of my hand still trembling.

"You...you don't have to worry Mr.Sighaniya." she told me with a shaky voice clutching the end of her shirt, her head bowed down refusing to meet my eyes.

I looked at with a Stern face," what the hell are you saying." I asked her with a hard voice, she gulped but refused to meet my eyes.

" Fucking look at my eyes while talking." I shouted at her frustrated and she flinched.

I sighed, I stepped closer to her and pulled her close to me, her trembling figure crushed on my hard one , she placed her hands in my chest to distance herself but I cupped her cheek and raised her head ,

When her teary brown orbs stared at my stormy night one , I took a sharp breath ,because at that moment I felt like I stared at her soul and read her like a open book ,

All vulnerable and fragile from this world , scattered in my arms like a fallen angel tempting me to become the sinner by letting her enter my hell, to let her wear the Thorned crown laying in the forbidden area of my dark heart .

I snapped out thoughts when a tear escaped her eye , I blinked and she also looked snapped out from her trance and started struggling again but this time it was more weak struggling , I held her firmly with my hand on her waist.

"Leave me, you don't have to care about me, go ignore me, you don't care about my feelings, go go leave me." She hitting my chest with her fist and shouting in a heavy voice.

I know she was in the verge of crying, I don't know how to ever console someone, I don't know how to comfort someone, I never had anyone to comfort me, Soo I gave her the only thing which she always forcefully took from me.

I placed my hand on the back of her head and gently placed her head on my chest, she stifened and then she burst out in a loud cry clutching my shirt tightly , I didn't know what to do Soo I just stood there.

" You are very bad , very bad , you...*hiccups* you keep ignoring me f...*sniffles* from yesterday....I ...I keep thinking... what... what wrong...I did...but..but...you...you... bottom-hole... didn't even told me anything." She rambled in my chest her voice muffled by the way she buried face in my chest.

"It's asshole Nisha." I corrected her.

She raised her face a little and glared at me," shut up , don't interrupt me." Snapping at me she went back to her hiding place.

"I was sooo frustrated from morning that I couldn't even concentrate on my classes , because of you I had to eat Soo much which will results in, my gaining more weight, I keep texting you but you bottom-hole didn't even reply to me that you will get late , I was Soo worried sick that I didn't even get to enjoy my dinner..." She rambling continuesly , like wanting to vent out all the talking she couldn't do yesterday to me now only.

I sighed I picked her up while she keeps on going about how big of a bottom-hole I m, I walked us to her room and placed her on the bed , she stopped her rumbling in Midway and was looking at me with wide brown eyes. " Sit here ," I told her and walked out of the room.

I went to the kitchen filled her glass of water along with a bottle and went back inside her room to see she was still sitting dazed , I snapped my fingers infront of her and she looked at me, her cheeks were flushed, I handed the glass and keep the bottle on bedside table, she handed me the empty glass , after putting the glass on the desk, I sat infront of her bed with chair .

"Did you did meditation and the yoga Dr.Evans told you to do." I asked her and she sheepishly shook her head.

I nodded,

This girl is impossible, I have to take the matter on my own hands

I was about to get up but she held my wrist, I looked at her she looked nervous, she bite her lip and looked at me uncertainly." Can..can you please stay." She asked me in a whisper.

Say no Ishaan, this is isn't right

I wanted to , but her eyes they had the power to change my decision, the vulnerability in them can didn't wanted me to disappoint her. If my presence can help her fight her Demons then I m willing to stand beside her.

I sat on the chair back ," sleep I m here." I told her gently, she smiled at gently and laid down.

I closed my eyes and rested my head on the headrest , my drifted back that thought which crossed my mind few minutes back and I clenching my jaw , how could I even let this kind of thought to ever raise in my mind , these thoughts are destructive both for her and me, and I could not think like that, my life was turned into a hell and feelings never bloom in hell.

"Ishaan."

Her soft voice compelled me to open my to look at her , her back was facing me.," I might not be someone important to you , but you are the only important person left in my life , for you I might just another person in your daily life, but to me, you are the only person I can call my own, please don't ever leave me." She told me.

I wont Nisha , maybe not always besides you , but forever in your shadows.
