Alcokinesis: He can generate a form of alcohol allowing him, to create alcoholic constructs, or fire pressurized blasts of alcohol or he could empower himself, with alcohol by drinking his own or other alcohol in the area like bars to gain more power but the drawback is he could become, temporarily dumb for a bit and needs, to hold back on the alcohol. the other benefit is he could make, people drunk and lose their sense of time perception, to the point they have no idea where they are for a little bit. another fact is he could control the rice since alcohol like sake has rice in it including other foods, with rice in them.
