I just had the sweetest dream

As sweet as anything sweet can be

Only to wake up to reality,

A murky reality filled with fake smiles,

longing echoes that bounce off like flawed whispers among gossip girls

The same reality where no one is willing to hold on to

But choose any moment to escape from

Dancing with silhouettes in their minds while blasting music thinking they have it all

Yet it's a mess everywhere 

Their reality is a mess,
lost
a needle in a haystack

I'm embarrassed

But please

Somebody 

Anybody

Take me back

To my dreamy Utopia

After all I'm just escaping  this reality

Like they all are.
