I got to school early determined to speak to Flash, and I did. I found him exactly where I was yesterday.
Me: "Hey I though I told you this was my spot!" I said and laughed.
Flash: "Who's doing the flirting now?" He smiled back and put his hand behind his neck.
Me: "I was not flirting, for your information. I was just asking you if you needed a new friend?"
Flash: "So your asking me if I'm lonely? Cause I am..."
Me: "Not really, I just don't want to hate you. I'm sorry for yesterday..." He just smiled at me. It was awkward, but at least it worked. (A/N Lol if only it were that easy)
Me: "So how's it going with Twilight?" I said looking up at him. Yes, if your wondering, I'm a lot shorter than him.
Flash: "I don't know where to start...." He gave me a cheesy grin.
Me: "I can invite her to hang around town with us tomorrow if that helps?"
Flash: "Could you? That would be great!" I nodded and he thanked me, and then we went to class. I found Rarity and asked her where Twilight was, and then I asked Pinkie, Fluttershy and AppleJack. They all had no idea. I opened my locker to get my phone, but then Rainbow Dash scared me half to death and I dropped it.
Rainbow: "What'ya doing...?" I didn't want to tell her that I was looking for Twilight and talking to Flash, because I knew how she would react.
Me: "Uh...you know, just getting my math book." Just at that moment my phone buzzed on the floor.
Rainbow: "Oops, did I drop that? Sorry." She bent down to get it and read the message out loud. "It's from Flash with a love heart emoji after his name. Aw... It says: Hey Sunset, you find her yet? Thanks again for being there for me." She stared at me. "Are you and Flash dating again?" But before she gave me a chance to speak...
Twilight: "What?! You didn't tell me that you and Flash were together. Sunset!!!" I could feel myself going pink, and I didn't know why. I snatched my phone from Rainbow Dash and lent against the locker, waiting until it was quiet and everyone had gone for lunch. It was just me, Twilight and Rainbow.
Me: "Guys, me and Flash are not dating, at all." Rainbow opened her mouth to speak but I cut her off. "He just texted me at that particular time, for the first time in ages. The exact time you happened to pick up my phone."
Rainbow: "But the heart!"
Me: "Yes yes, I forgot to remove it from ages ago. He likes someone else anyway, and so do I, ok? Does that fix things?" They nodded. "Good, now c'mon Twilight, let's get lunch." I dragged Twilight away, quickly turned off my phone, and left Rainbow Dash alone.
We got to an empty corridor and I asked Twilight if she wanted to go with me and Flash, and she said yes. So far so good. At least I had done my first job for my new friend. Let's hope me and Flash's friendship didn't ruin anything between my other friends...

Rainbow's PoV
She completely ignored me! I felt a bit hurt to be honest. She left me for Twilight. I was hungry so I turned around to leave, and AppleJack was right up in my face. She was red, and so was I, because she was very close... like, nose touching nose close.
AJ: "Trying again with Sunset? I told you Rainbow, and she literally just said it to your face, she likes someone else. Let it go." I rolled my eyes. "Trust me, there will be others..." Her voice trailed off at the end. Yesterday Pinkie pushed AppleJack on top of me, and we were in a very awkward position. A lot of things have happened between me and AJ, but I still had feelings for Sunset, and I wasn't going to let that go.
Me: "Thanks AppleJack, I appreciate it." I gave her a friendly punch, but calmly and quickly walked away when I saw Rarity coming. I hated that girl to pieces. I stood behind a wall where I could see them. Rarity and AppleJack were in deep conversation, and I could tell Rarity was slowly creeping closer. I wasn't jealous....of course not... I liked Sunset, not AppleJack...
Sunset: "Are you spying?" She made me jump and Rarity nearly spotted me. She turned to see what I was looking at, and I blushed again because her arm was touching mine. Ok ok, I had no idea what was going on with my feelings. "They're a cute couple aren't they?" She said. But just as she said that, Rarity lent forward and kissed AppleJack. And do you know what?! AppleJack held it. Sure, it was only for a few seconds, but still! I hated Rarity even more now....

Sunset's PoV
I felt Rainbow Dash tense up when Rarity kissed AJ. I think she had a thing for the country girl. I saw the sadness in her eyes and brushed my cheek against Rainbow Dash. It was just to comfort her but she tensed up even more and blushed really hard. I didn't say anything, and was determined to go find Twilight again, so I did, and I left Rainbow Dash to think, alone.
