Jeez that was a lot of typing!  Any who, just put it as a regular form pretty much, include looks if need be, and personality too, many people have different views sooo, y'know, just put that in. Me, swagmonster12345 and CarolineCipher are able to allow you into an RP, or approve your form if I'm not here. Alright, so to clear stuff up, you can turn into a human, but no longer than a day, to be specific, 24 hours, and after you switch back to an animatronic, 5 hours until you can shift again. You don't have to be able to change into a glorious hooman, but if you want, it's perfectly fine.
