I've stated this before, but I'm not a compassionate person.

It's not that I don't care about people, it's that I don't like tossing around things like 'I love you'. I like those things to have meaning.

The only time I'm comfortable with saying 'I love you' on the internet is after finishing a book, and that's because I feel like 'we survived this journey together' and the occasion should feel special.

Another extent of my non compassionate- ness is that if you come to me with problems, I probably won't try to console you because I know I won't be able to. (I'm terrible with people). If you are in genuine need of help, I am not the person to come to
