Can I just say I hate it when I'll be thinking about submitting a form on someone's rp book and I see that the reference picture of their oc is some random anime drawing they clearly just found off of google images? I don't care how good your actual writing is, it just feels unacceptable. Either draw your own character, or don't post a picture at all. Using doll creators like rinmaru games or doll divine is different. I create characters on rinmaru when I'm not feeling up to drawing. But when you take an image that you clearly didn't make and don't give the original creator any credit? We're gonna have a problem.
