~Story~
Born in Brooksville, Florida on August 24th, 1991, as a part of the legendary Rotunda family in professional wrestling, Jackson Bryan Rotunda has lived a pretty normal life, but the problem was while his own family was forcing him to carry on the legacy of the family, they were also forcing him to believe in God.
Feeling like Christianity was not his thing, Jackson would reveal to his own family that he has no desire to live like that since it was his own choice.
However, they wouldn't take too kindly to that as his parents would disown him, but Jax always kept a close relationship with Taylor and Windham, always talking to them no matter what.
Feeling like he wants to become a wrestler like his brothers, Jackson would become the newest signee of NXT, training alongside Taylor and Windham and eventually becoming a singles competitor like Taylor, but unlike his older brothers, Jax would be featured less and not seen as a true wrestling star.
That did not mean he did not have friends as Jax would meet Rebecca Quinn, AKA Becky Lynch, Jon Huber, AKA Luke Harper and Brodie Lee, and Joe Rudd, AKA Erick Rowan.
They would all become very close friends and always see each other as family, but Jackson would feel out of place most of the time, making him think that he was better off without WWE.
Reqesting his release from the company, Jackson would go all the way to Japan for training in the dojo while learning Japanese however he can and making friends in the process with Tomohiro Ishii, Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and the wrestling King himself, Minoru Suzuki.
Being trained by the very best, Jackson was able to show off his skills and athleticism, earning the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship on two different occasions, as well as winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship in Pro Wrestling NOAH, on three occasions.
In America, Jax would wrestle in front of small crowds, but he more than made up for it with sending the fans home happy by giving them a match they'd remember in their lives.
Eventually, he would be scouted by the NWA, where he would become a three time NWA World's Heavyweight Champion, but it wasn't too long before the Damndemic would hit.
Jax would struggle in wrestling, while living in Japan, but on May 23rd, 2020, a day that will live in infamy in professional wrestling, as 22 year old Japanese wrestler Hana Kimura had died due to online bullying by committing suicide.
Feeling like he had to say something about that topic, he would tweet out,
"No angel like her should ever be allowed to be bullied, no matter who it is. Everyone should be aware of mental health and how words can have a long term effect on others.
R.I.P. Hana 🌸"
Still reeling from the Damndemic becoming a global phenomenon, Jax would continue wrestling, and do whatever he can to put in a clinic for the fans who barely come to see them while entertaining the people at home.
However, on December 26th, 2020, during the Damndemic, Windham would reach out to Jax, to inform him that Jon Huber, Brodie Lee in AEW or Luke Harper in WWE, had passed away.
Feeling like he got shot in the chest with a cannon, Jax had cried as he wanted to come to AEW to pay tribute to Jon, but he couldn't due to the risk of catching Covid.
Instead, to save the possibility of being infected with the virus, Jax would record a video in his own apartment and said,
"No words can describe how much pain there is, to know that another good man has left the world too soon. I considered Jon as my older brother, my role model in fact. When I was first starting out, he offered to mentor me and help me find my footing.
He was the guy who had no problem giving advice and just helping others when they needed it, and while it was only a few months until he, Joe, and Windham were called up, we still kept in touch and I would visit him and his family every other time of the year.
Just the other day, I was watching one of his promos in AEW, and it told me how underrated and so special he was. He deserved everything, and I can't express how grateful I am to him for helping me find my way in wrestling and how much of a mentor he was.
Jon, I'm gonna miss you, brother. Just know you are loved by everyone in wrestling and in life. Say hi to my grandpa for me. See you sometime down the road. I love you, man."
The tribute would spark a lot of love from the fans and wrestlers as Jax would receive so much love that his brothers reached out to him, saying that what he said was beautiful, causing him to break down into tears once again.
While he continued to wrestle, Jax would continue to struggle as all the deaths and injuries he suffered would affect his mental state because on July 31st, 2021, the same day as his older brother, Windham Rotunda, was given his WWE release, Jackson's career would come to an abrupt end because during a match, as Jax would try to perform a big boot on Tomohiro Ishii, like he always did throughout his career, but Jax would land wrong on his foot, causing him to hold onto his knee in pain.
Ishii would cover him after performing his signature Brainbuster, to stay in character, but he let the doctors do their business until they helped him to the back and to the hospital, where it was revealed that Jackson had his ACL get torn completely off the bone, as he would get emergency surgery on his knee.
After the surgery, Ishii would visit Jax, apologizing profusely for what happened to him and how it was his fault, but Jax would turn that around, saying that it wasn't his fault, and accidents happen in wrestling all the time.
The next show, Jackson would announce his retirement from wrestling indefinitely, even though he had the option of continuing his career, but he knew he didn't want to step into the ring anymore, so he decided to step down and try to stay involved with wrestling as a whole.
Where he would get the opportunity to work as a producer for the all-female Japanese wrestling promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom, where Jax would get the job after meeting with Rossy Ogawa, the promoter for Stardom.
The people Jackson would work closely with were the rookies, as one of them was former home economics teacher and aspiring wrestling prodigy, Chie Nagatani, going under the ring name, Lady C.
The trainees, including some of the veterans, always found Jackson to be very handsome and it was sometimes hard to take him seriously with the amount of serious conversations. Chie would always find Jackson very handsome at times, but she always listened and asked for advice at times.
Jackson, in return, would teach them English as well while they taught him Japanese in return, as a way to show their appreciation to him for what he's been doing as the faction Jax would work with is Queen's Quest, which contained Utami Hayashishita, AZM, Saya Kamitani, Miyu Amasaki, Hina, and Chie Nagatani.
It didn't mean they were his only friends though, as he would form a friendship with many of the Stardom members, with Yuria Tauchi AKA Tam Nakano, Natsumi Maki AKA Natsupoi, Saori Anou, and many others like Mina Shirakawa, the leader of Club Venus, including the members of one of the most villainous factions in Stardom history, Oedo Tai, where Natsuko Tora, the leader, would be very fond of Jackson as she had nothing but kind words to say about him.
All of the kindness, however, would abruptly stop for a while because on August 24th, 2023, while Jax was going out to eat with Queen's Quest after a show, the wrestling world would be shaken up as the news broke that Jackson's oldest brother, Windham Rotunda, Bray Wyatt, one of the most creative minds in wrestling, had passed away.
Feeling so numb about his oldest brother's death, he could barely speak nor comprehend what he just found out until he broke down crying, forcing Chie Nagatani to pull him into her arms and helped him let it all out as the rest of Queen's Quest would come around and console their best friend.
The next day, Jackson would fly out to the next Smackdown show, where he and Chie, who offered to come with him, would attend the show and reunite with the friends he made in NXT, as well as Taylor and HHH, but soon after the tribute show and flying back to Japan for work, Chie would check on her best friend, always making sure that he's okay.
Jax would never say a word about his suffering and always kept it to himself, but in January 2024, months after Windham's passing, Jax would be offered a contract with WWE, not only as a wrestler, but also as a producer.
Jackson would accept the offer, as he would talk to Rossy about leaving Stardom to work for WWE, as Rossy wouldn't be surprised and allowed him to leave, and Jax would announce his departure at an awards event regarding his new employment to WWE, leaving his friends in tears and telling their goodbyes to him.
However, Chie Nagatani, Jax's longtime friend and protege, would renounce her employment from Stardom to WWE as well, shocking her friends and coworkers while professing her love for Jax after so many years of friendship.
The question is, how does Jackson react to her confession?
