I can give y'all my tips for periods.
1) when you get cramps really bad and your at home, take a hot bath like you don't have to wash your hair or anything, just lay down in the hot/warm water and within a few minutes your cramps will be gone. Just stay in their and relax and it helps hella lot
2) avoid tight pants. For many reasons, first being they will push on your stumach and cause more cramps, second being their just not comfortable, theirs being if you wear pads then your screwed and you will see your pad.
3) avoid Darry producs. I don't really know why, but when I dot eat or drink Darry when on my period is tends to help a lot with avoiding cramps
4) eat lots of fruits. They will keep your digestive system healthy and easy to digest the food meaning no irritation and less of a chance at causing cramps
5) shower once a day when on yor period like you don't have to wash ur hair every day or anything, just wash your body and let the warm water hit your stumach. It will help shorten your period.
6) moving a lot and working out I've herd helps, but I'm a lazy bitch an my daily workout is waking up and walking to the bathroom in the morning and to the fridge If I don't do back to bed.
7) drink camimeal tea. It's designd for calming the body and mind and can help with cramps
8) Ginger. Anything with ginger will help with cramps. So from smelling it, eating it, or drinkin it, it will help.
9) if you use pads, don't let them get extreamy bloody and gross. Change them every few hours. Same with tampons. I would say 3 hours told
10) if you have a heavy flow, do not sleep with a tampon in. It could 1) leak everywhere 2) get to bloody and break parts off inside you and make you extreamy sick and 3) it isn't healthy at all and could get you very sick.
That's all I got for now. I use all of these and my periods have gotten down To lasting just 2-4 days tops and aren't hard or painful at all. Hope I helped <3
