Somehow along the way I know what it truly means.

Night is my only friend that come to my rescue.

Accompany me like no other will do.

Night in the darkest light is my only hope that I can see.

Lie is thrown in the way like it will help me.

But no. It doesn't help me at all. Definitely and certainly not.

It's drowning me even deeper than before.

Now I don't know where the way out I used to remember back then.

Back then when everything I know is all butterfly and sugar.
