Death

Gryffindor: Loses the game.

Hufflepuff: Gives up their marble for the other or gets deceived.

Ravenclaw: Doesn't pick the game and gets a huge disadvantage.

Slytherin: Loses the game... maybe for Hufflepuff.

Survive

Gryffindor: Deceives Hufflepuff

Hufflepuff: Someone sacrifices for them.

Ravenclaw: Picks the easiest game for themselves and sticks with the game for the rest of the time.

Slytherin: Wins the game like a boss (or luck).
