months passed and i went through the pregnancy on my own.

the doctor had prescribed vitamins that i eventually stopped taking because they made me hungry, and made me gain weight easily. my weight was already skyrocketing with the baby, even though my mother denied it. she lied to me just like tae used to, saying that i was thin when i knew i wasn't.

and she also always complained, just like taehyung used to, that i didn't eat. she started blaming me for being irresponsible and selfish.

she said i didn't want that baby because i was only worried about myself.

she didn't understand the fear--the terror--i felt when i saw the numbers on the scale rise higher and higher each time.
