We were in front of Mr Collins house, the mathematics teacher. We are hiding at the back of his car which was parked in his driveway. Mr Collins house is one of those small houses which are always so cute and look portable. It's a cream color house with lots of lights outside. I hadn't told them in the plan yet but I made sure we got eggs and tissue and spray paints before coming here. We also changed our cloths, we are all wearing black with our masks.

"First of all, Jake should break all the bulbs. We can't afford getting caught without even starting" I said and Jake wore his white mask before running off to break the bulbs. Within minutes, the whole place was dark.

"This is the plan" I began when Jake came back. "You and Mike should go get the eggs we bought and start egging the house and throwing tissue paper everywhere." I said pointing at Peter.

"Lou and Jake, you two should spray paint this car with all the colors we brought" I said to them.

"What are you going to do?" Mike asked.

"I am going to break into the house and steal the earpiece" I replied smiling.

"Why then are we going all these other things if you are just going to break in and get it?" he asked

"It's fun and it's killing 2 birds with one stone." I replied in a 'duh' manner.

"Go ahead start so when he comes out, I would enter through the back door" I said and with that they all ran to do their jobs.

I stood by the side of the house watching and waiting for the teacher to come out when he hears the noise. Within 20 minutes he was out and with that, I got to work. I ran to the back and took out the pin that was holding my hair in and began working on the lock, 2 minutes after click, I knew I was in already. I turned the knob with my glove of course. You never know how far people could go when they have a break in.

I looked around the house. Its so well kept. Everything is in order and I made sure I didn't scatter or touch anything. I could hear Mr Collins shouting at the boys outside. I made my way to the bedroom which was easy to find seeing as it is a one bedroom house. I looked through all the clothes in the laundry basket, didn't find it. Damn. 'where else should I check' I thought to myself. Wardrobe? May as well give it a shot, I looked through, still nothing.

I checked the clothes on the chair. Bingo. I found the trousers. I checked the pocket I saw him out it in. Nothing. I checked all the pockets, still nothing. Where the hell did he put it. Am very sure the guys are almost out of what we got. If am Mr Collins, where would I put a students property that I seize. In a locked drawer right? Yes. I made my way to his mini office, I saw his laptop open and I decided to press the key. He was checking his mail before the noise. Typical. I made my way to the drawers and began opening them. The last one didn't open. I was going to use the pin I used earlier but I checked for a key, people usually hide the key, not carry it around. I found hidden under the locked drawer and I opened the drawer. I found it. My earpiece. Yay. I found other things as well that he had seized like other earpieces, a mirror, an iPod, even a novel. I took them all,i would return to the respective owners. I don't know them but the guys might, they've been in the school longer.

I locked the drawer back and returned the key where I found it. As I was making my way to the back door again, Mr Collins walked in. Shit. I quickly hid at the back of the kitchen center counter, peeked and saw him going to his phone in the sitting room. 911, what's your emergency. I heard through the phone. Double shit. If I don't leave now, we are gonna get arrested again. When Mr Collins was explaining that people were vandalizing his home, I crawled to the back door, opened it, still crawled so as not to be seen and closed it without making a noise, not bothering to know whether it's locked or not, I ran to the front and saw the guys. I didn't have time to admire their work but am sure the guys would have pictures.

"We need to get out of here now!!" I whispered shouted.

"Why the rush?" Lou asked nonchalantly.

"The rush is that Mr Collins has called the cops" I replied before running.

"Oh shit" they said together before I heard them running behind me. When we had ran quite a distance, we stopped and started walking calmly to back to the public library which was where we were before going to Mr Collins house. We sneaked back in, stayed a while before going back outside normally so the librarian would see us. If anything comes up, we were going to say we were at the library which is partially true. It was so late, around 3am before we got to the house. We all just went straight to bed. School tomorrow.

"Guys!!!! Wake up" I shouted so loud. "We have school!!!!!!!!!!" I don't continued.

"We don't have to go" Mike replied already waking up.

"We have to because if we don't, Mr Collins would know that we are the ones that vandalized his house but if we are at school, we can always face it." I replied.

"That's true" Peter said walking into the room.

30 minutes later, we were out the door. We weren't wearing what we wore yesterday. We all have clothes at the house for emergencies. I decided to wear a cut out jeans folded by my ankle with an army green crop top and sneakers. I let my hair fall.

Mike drove us to school because he is the only one whose car was at the house. When we parked at the school's parking lot, we saw Mr Collins car. His car was of different colors which didn't match. It was so funny, we had to laugh. Other students were taking pictures of the car.

Walking to the school, I told the guys not to forget that the library is our alibi and also the books we all read. Details are very important.

Classes went by normally. The last class before lunch, I was called into the Principal's office.

When I walked into the secretary's office, I went to the lady on the sit. "Morning, I was called to the Principal's office.

"Yes Miss Knight. Please wait with the other students over there" she pointed to a corner. "The principal would call you in any minute" she continued and I made my way to the corner. I wasn't surprised when I say the guys sitting too with some other students. I walked up to them and sat beside them.

"Hey" I greeted.

"Hi" they replied and we didn't say another word to each other.

"Good morning" I greeted when I walked into the Principal's office.

"Morning Miss Knight, please take a seat" she said gesturing to the chair.

When I sat down she continued, "Mr Collins had a break in at his house yesterday".

"OMG, is he okay?" I said hiding my cheat and feigning concern. Am such a good actress.

"Yes, he is fine" she replied.

"Oh, Thank God"

"Yes. Mr Collins is saying that it's a student that did it" she said.

"Who would do such a thing" I said still faking concern.

"I don't know but my question is where were you yesterday night between 10 and 1" she asked.

"I know you are expecting me to say I was at home but the truth is that Lou, Mike, Jake, Peter and I were at the library. We have the mid terms coming up and we didn't want to fail our classes. It was my idea to go to the library that late because the people that would be there wouldn't be much and we would get lots of work done. The librarian was a great help to us when we needed to find some books". I replied calmly. The principal just kept nodding her head in understanding.

"I'm so glad you told the truth, am proud of you. Only few people could say the truth. You may go back to class" she said. I stood up and walked out of the office but not before thanking her.

At lunch, I asked the guys how it went and they all said the exact same thing we had practiced on our way to school. We are going to be fine. They had nothing on us. The guys had already returned to the students the other stuffs I found in the drawer.

I had Mr Collins after lunch and he was way more angry than he usually was. I couldn't help my self but to laugh because I remembered the pictures of the house the guys had shown me. It was so funny. My laughter got me a glare from Mr Collins. If looks could kill, I would be so dead by now.

Mr Collins is the second teacher we have pranked. The first was the detention teacher, Mr Every. His face still as the marker on, it's lighter, showing that he had tried scrubbing it off yesterday night and this morning but it's still showing and his face is all red too. It's going to take a few more scrubs before it cleans, we just drew it on his face yesterday. When he walked into the school today, the students couldn't hold their laughter. They just had to laugh so much at his face. I don't blame them, his face is so funny even the guys and I had to laugh too.

He had walked up to us and asked us if we knew who did it. We told him that we skipped out of detention earlier so someone else could have come in and done all that. He just nodded. I can't believe he actually bought that. Wow.

It's been fun prancing this 2 teachers, maybe we should do more. I thought to myself. The rest of the day went by without a glitch. I can't wait for the weekend. Am so tired of school already.
