Addie's POV -

   Info on Addie-

Addie is a 14 year old 8th grader. Her parent's are unaware of everything going on, and so are most of her friends. She tries to put on a smile all the time. That wears her down.
   
        

      Don't even say that you understand what's it's like because you have been there. You are right. Sometimes technology is bad like cyberbullying, but sometimes it's what save some people's LIVES.
       I look around my room and grab a paper clip...then I instantly regret it. Someone will notice. My parents are going to take away my phone. My friends won't be my friend anymore. Thoughts run through her head like a train. She grabs her head and becomes violent. She is angry with herself. She is supposed to be the amazing great kid. She is that amazing great kid, but she thinks things like being pan and suicidal makes her less of an amazing person.
      She hears her Mom calling and instantly throws on a smile.
     "Yeah, Mom?", She beams.
"Oh, there's my perfect little girl. We are so proud of your report card.", Her mom gives her a thumbs up and Addie disappears back into her room.
    Her parents were proud of her. Why couldn't she be? She was closeted. That's why, she thought. They don't know about her girlfriend, who she desperately loves and wants to be with but she feels at times she can't. That 'B' on that report card, among all the A's, haunts her. She can't sleep so she stays up late into the night. Helping others. That's what she is meant to do. Not care about herself, but devote herself to others. She loves to do that, but sometimes she just feels the same way and doesnt mention it out of not wanting to be a burden.
      Little did her mom know that her 'perfect little girl' is stressed to be perfect all the time. Worries and fears pound her head from the inside out. Anxiety, stress, and worries. She doesn't know what to do anymore....
