Part Two

"Hey, Gavin, you getting lunch with Michael today?" Ryan leaned forwards in his chair, propping his elbows up on his knees, his head resting on his interlaced fingers, one eyebrow quirked.

"Er, no, I didn't have plans. . ." Gavin replied, not looking at Ryan and instead focusing on nailing Geoff on the head with an empty water bottle, an Achievement Hunter badge flying back at him shortly after his success.

"Great, don't make any." Ryan reserved himself a spot on Gavins' lunch list and got back to re-wiring his new PC, while the Brit squeaked indignantly as the badge hit him on the nose.

   "Good shot Geoff!" Jack laughed.

"Big target." Both he and Michael said simultaneously, laughing more at the fact that they both said it which ultimately proved that it had to be true. Ryan looked up from under his desk to make sure Gavin wasn't actually getting offended, but the Brit was grinning and rubbing his nose, so he smiled and returned to his work.

Lunch came around, and Ryan took Gavin to a small nearby diner in his car, where they had each bought a hot dog and a box of donuts to share. The hour was filled with laughter and little stories that one had been reminded of by something the other had said. Just a normal lunch, but when Gavin had gotten up and slid into his side of the booth to cuddle into him, Ryan felt a huge sense of triumph. While Gavin was in the bathroom, he paid for their meal and waited for his boyfriend by the door. On his way out, Gavin spotted one of those machines where you put a coin in and you get a bouncy ball out, Ryan didn't know the name of them, and never thought he would need to. He could add that to the long list of things he wouldn't know without Gavin.

"Oh, oh, Ryan please?" Gavin tugged at Ryan's arm and he chuckled, shaking his head and leaning down to Gavins' ear.

"I've heard that before." He whispered slyly before handing some money to a very flustered Gavin, who stood there for a second, embarrassed, before returning to normal and skipping over to the machine. He put the coin in and turned the handle, a green bouncy ball rolling out into his hands.

"Look, Ryan!" He said excitedly, waving it around. He bounced it on the ground and it flew into the air towards the older man. He caught it and smiled as Gavin trotted up to him and took the ball in his right palm and Ryans' hand in his left. Their fingers intertwined as they walked back to Ryans' car, Gavin bouncing the ball and catching it every few steps.

Ryan smiled down at his boyfriend. Gavin never ceased to make him feel like he was a teenage girl around her crush. The butterflies inside his stomach would burst forth from their cocoons and flutter around inside him. His heart would beat a mile a minute and his veins would surge with giddy adrenaline, making him feel like he could accomplish anything in the world when he was with Gavin. He would get lightheaded and almost drunk on love for the Lad, and that was only when Gavin was next to him. When they kissed, everything was enhanced, his heart beating so fast that it threatened to give up on him completely, and he was always a little glad when Gavin pulled away, for fear that he would have a heart attack and die in his arms. But, there would be no better way to die for Ryan. Every moment Gavin was around him, all Ryan wanted to do was wrap his arms around his beautiful body and kiss his perfect lips, to cuddle him, to love him. Ryan still couldn't believe his eyes whenever he looked at Gavin, how perfect he was, and that, somehow, Ryan had won his heart, making Ryan the happiest man in the world.

They reached the car and Ryan opened the door for Gavin, bowing dramatically as he got in, the lad blushing and telling him to stop messing around. But he wasn't messing around. Gavin deserved the world, and Ryan would do his best to give it to him. The blue-eyed man grinned up at him through his blond hair, eyes sparkling, before straightening up and shutting the door, going round to his side and getting in too.

The drove back to the office, and as they drove, people on the sidewalk couldn't help but smile at the sound of two voices singing, the deeper voice a perfect accompaniment to the higher pitched one, creating a beautiful sound, even with no accompaniment or background music.

Ryan stopped the car outside the Rooster Teeth building and got out, going round to the passenger side to open the door for Gavin. The Brit clambered out and Ryan grinned at his clumsiness. He pecked his cheek and scooped him up before he could react, Gavin squeaking and turning beet red as Ryan locked the car and proceeded to carry his boyfriend bridal style into the building.

"Ryan..." Gavin buried his smiling face into the crook of the older mans' neck in embarrassment as people looked at the pair. Ryan smiled down at him and kissed the top of his head, nuzzling Gavins' hair with his nose.

When the two got to the Achievement Hunter office, Ryan punched in the code to the door, which Michael had changed to 0069 because he thought it'd be funny, and swung it open. He walked into the room and gently placed Gavin down in his chair, light-hearted wolf whistling and "Oohing" coming from the others, who had all come back from lunch already. He kissed Gavins' cheek and then went to sit at his own desk, leaving the Brit with a bright red face, his eyes glued to Ryan as he brought a hand up to touch his cheek where the older man had pressed his lips. He grinned from ear to ear and shook his head, starting up his computer.

Michael slid over to him on his chair and murmured in his ear.

"Did you guys fuck, or something?" He asked bluntly. Gavin blushed again and whacked the Jersey mans' arm.

   "No. . ."

Michael shrugged and rolled back over to his own desk after a sceptical "If you say so." Which told Gavin that Michael didn't really believe he was telling the truth. Gavin glanced back over at Ryan, smiling at the mans' concentrated expression, before opening the new Minecraft Let's Play that they had filmed earlier that morning. As it opened, he grabbed his headphones and, careful to put them on deliberately back-to-front, began to edit, a wide grin still on his face.
