"Okay.", I said.

They seemed to be shocked by my response and stood frozen. After being annoyed by their lack of response for quite some time, I spoke up and broke the silence.

"Are you going to show me to my room or just going to keep looking like the idiots you are." Reiji apparently broke from his trance first.

"Given up already? I'm slightly disappointed by losing a good challenge but I guess this is fine as well. Since you no longer want to put up a fight, handling you will be much easier than I expected."

Though small, I could tell there was a ghostly smirk on his face. Like I would give up from some simple sadistic bloodsuckers. After seeing and doing worse, it would take more than this to break me.

After few seconds, I said with no emotion in my voice, "Don't become conceited and believe I'm that easy to handle."

Whatever smirk he had immediately dropped and I continued speaking, "My reasons for accepting is beyond your brain capacity."

And with those words, I walked passed him and went to go find my room by myself. I noticed as I walked up the stairs that the other 3 vampires still remained frozen but watched me silently.

Without another second of my time wasted looking at them, I reached the top of their over extravagant stair case and disappeared down a long hallway.

It didn't take more than a few minutes to find the room they gave me and opened they door. Wow. Not only are they sadistic but also a bunch of creepy a** stalkers.

Apparently, they already planned my stay since yesterday since the room is identical to the one in Shiki and Sakura's mansion.

Commander should send my luggage and other weapons in a couple of hours and complete the task that is needed to be done for me.

I left the room after checking for anything suspicious and found nothing. I went to go search for Yui and began my mission.

I used my highly sensitive hearing and picked up on the voice of a teenage girl and followed it. The voice led all the way towards an abandoned church.

The girl is surrounded by vampires and she chose to run to a church. Looks like I'm guarding a straight genius.

After opening the door I heard, "I will never...give in to you."

I saw Yui pinned down on the altar by one of the vampires from earlier. The one pinning her down ran his hand down her leg as I moved silently closer; keeping my presence unnoticed.

What a pervert. While observing him, I could see that he had dark red-orange hair with a fedora on his head. I couldn't see his eyes as his back was facing me.

"Ne, B*tch-chan, that face is driving me absolutely crazy." She seemed to struggle but not enough to convince me she doesn't want to be hurt. Great. I also have to protect not only a weak chick but a masochist as well. Fantastic.

As he went to bite her thigh, I quietly stood behind him and pierced my dagger into his shoulder before he could hurt Yui. As he reeled back in pain, I noticed his eyes were an unnatural light green that glared at me in anger.

I grabbed Yui and threw her over my shoulder. I turned around and calmly walked out the church and ignored her annoying protests that were sounding next to me.

I doubt they're feeding her properly since she is this light. Then again I'm 5'9 and 118 pounds and she's 5'2 and barely 100 pounds herself. Not to mention having muscles like me would make a pillar feel like a feather in my hands.

By the time I reached the mansion, Yui had given up on me setting her down and began trying to thank me. "Thank you very much for saving me, miss!"

She added a slight bow with her words and refused to look me in the eye. My lack of response seemed to startle her since she just stood their awkwardly with wide eyes.

I began walking in and heard her soon rush to catch up with me. The second I stepped over the threshold, I heard yelling from one of the bloodsuckers.

"Oi, Pancake, Ore-sama is hungry for your blood so hurry up and come here." I found that the obnoxiously loud voice belonged to another guy that could easily pass as the perverts twin.

More likely they are. Meaning he's more likely just as annoying, if not more.

He had short dark red hair and vibrant emerald eyes. His outfit screams narcissistic and too lazy to dress properly. Evidence being his lose tie, open blazer with no under shirt and having one of his pant legs rolled up.

Yui was about to obey his demand, but I quickly stepped in front of her and blocking his view. This apparently made him just now notice my existence and examined me closely.

"Oi Pancake, who's your friend?" I remained silent and Yui decided to be helpful and answered him. "I don't know her either, Ayato."

Her voice was barely over a whisper and she kept her eyes downwards. She appeared so scared to the point of actually hiding entirely behind me.

"Doesn't matter. I'm hungry so give me blood." He began to move forward and tried to grab her...Tried.

Before his hand reached her,mi kicked him in the gut and sent his a** flying into a wall. There was already a whole next to the one I just made. Who cares.

When he got back up, his eyes blazed red. In the blink of an eye, he teleported in front of me and aimed a punch at my face. It would have severely hurt if it had connected.

I ducked his punch and instead directed a punch at him. However unlike his, mine had made contact and his nose created a very satisfying crack sound. He fell down and failed to stand back up.

"You think a vampire as pathetic as yourself can take me. I was sure I told that other bloodsucker to tell you my message but I guess he failed to do so. I'll be nice and tell you this so you don't embarrass yourself again in the future, 'Just try me.'"
