01's POV
~~~~~~~~~
I got off of the bed and put my gun back in the closet. After that, I took of my pajamas and replaced them with a red t-shirt and black skinny jeans.

I slipped on some black and white high tops and a hooded leather jacket. My headphones rested around my neck and I left my hair untouched like always.

I grabbed a few daggers and concealed them on my body. I would take my guns but I'm not authorized to use them unless on an outside mission away from civilians.

I only had my gun with me last night since I'm such a heavy a** sleeper.

My ear piece remained in my ear and I exited the room to guard the useless girl for another day. I went to her room and opened the door without knocking.

I was met with her unnecessarily girly room but no Yui. I left without closing the door and walked the halls.

"System, find subject 'Komori Yui'."

"Yes, ma'am.......Subject 'Komori Yui's' location is currently outside, ma'am."

I began heading down the correct sequence of hallways that would lead me to the main stairway. Once I had reached it, I descended the stairs and made my way through the silent room for the door.

As I passed a couch, I saw that Shu was lying on it. I was almost passed it until my wrist was grabbed and pulled me back a step.

"Where are you going?"

Without a word, I swiftly grabbed his wrist and bent it at an odd angle. If he was a normal human, his wrist should be shattered.

Despite his uncaring expression, his eyes still showed his pain. His figure became blurred and I was suddenly pinned to the couch with him hovering above me.

"So...You were leaving where?"

I had no intention in answering so he just waited while staring at me. After a while, he tugged my collar slightly towards him and sniffed my neck.

"Whose scent is on you?"

"Get off."

My vision became interrupted with his face coming closer as he laid on top of me. Imbecile. I rolled us off the couch and I landed on top of him hard. He grunted and I stood up without a scratch.

Dumba**. I finally was able to exit the house just to see Yui being stuffed into a limo by the Mukami's.

'Your mission is to guard Yui Komori from any harm and possible danger.' I sighed. Fine. Just as the door was about to close, my hand caught it.

I widened the opening and climbed in as well. To say they were surprised was an understatement. I shut the door and the vehicle began to move. This mission is a god d*mn headache.

Kou's POV

My brothers and I, along with M Neko-chan, we're planning to head out to the mall because Ruki wanted some new books.

The rest of us only came along because we were bored and M Neko-chan was dragged here by me.

I pushed her into the limo and followed after her, along with my brothers. I sat next to her and gave her my signature smile. Her worried face became surprised because of my smile.

Azusa was the last one to entered and he moved to close the door. It was almost closed but it stopped an inch from the lock.

The door was yanked open from the outside only to show S Neko-chan. She climbed in and closed the door behind her.

I noticed that M Neko-chan had a relieved face and that her heart beat had slowed down a bit. As S Neko-chan sat down, the limo began to move towards our destination.

The entire ride was silent and she never said a word either or even looked at us.

I kept my eyes on her and so did my brothers, except Ruki who glanced at her from time to time from the book he was reading.

Might as well try again. My eye began to glow red as I searched for her heart.

It was starting to piss me off that I couldn't see her heart ever. Almost makes me think she's doesn't have one. I threw the thought my head immediately.

She's human. She has to have one. I'm only having trouble finding it for some reason.

The limo stopped and we exited it one-by-one with S Neko-chan being first. We walked inside and the first thing I noticed was that the inside was huge.

Ruki began to walk towards the elevator. We all climbed inside and we began to rise. The elevator stopped on the 4th floor and we stepped out onto the level.

We walked around until Ruki had found the book store. He went inside along with Azusa while the rest of us stayed outside.

Something must have caught Yuma's attention because he started walking away towards a different store; leaving me alone with M Neko-chan and S Neko-chan.

After 5 minutes of awkward silence, M Neko-chan asked S Neko-chan something.

"Um, Kaori-san? Do you mind if we go into a store I saw earlier?"

Until now, S Neko-chan had been leaning on the wall. "Do what you want."

M Neko-chan nodded and started off to whatever store she wanted to look at. S Neko-chan trailed after her with no interest whatsoever as to were M Neko-chan was going.

Might as well go too. I followed after them both and soon we were standing in front of a store with the sign saying 'FOREVER 21' in English.

We all entered and M Neko-chan walked down the isles of clothing; checking out whatever interested her meanwhile S Neko-chan continued to just slowly shadow her every move.

Almost like she's guarding her. M Neko-chan picked out some new shirts and a few pairs of shorts.

She went to the cashier and paid for the clothes. We walked out and just aimlessly walked along the floor. Suddenly a loud scream was heard.

"AHHHHHHH!!!!!! It's Mukami Kou!"

After those words, we were surrounded by a crowd of teenage girls all trying to touch me and get an autograph. I noticed that M Neko-chan was shoved by one of my fans and was falling.

S Neko-chan grabbed her bicep to keep her from hitting the ground and pulled her up so that she was back on her 2 feet. My focus was brought back my fans who kept screaming for my attention.

"Kou-kun, sign this please!!!"

"I love you, Kou!!!"

"Look at me, Kou-kun!!!"

"I'd die for you!!!"

"Notice me, Senpai!!!"

God, they're annoying. An interesting idea popped into my head and I gave them a smile. They squealed and some of them even fainted.

I began to speak and the ones still conscious quieted down to hear what I had to say like it was the most important thing in the world.

"Now, now, my little kittens~, I would love to stay here with every single one of you, but today I'm here with my girlfriend and I would like to spend today with her."

The crowd groaned in dismay while others shouted out their anger.

"No fair!!! Who is she?!?!"

I raised a finger and pointed over to where M Neko-chan and S Neko-chan were and said, "Her."

They turned to where I was pointing and they looked unimpressed.

"You mean the chick with the turquoise shirt is your girlfriend?! What's so good about her?!"

"No, not her." I walked over to S Neko-chan and slung an arm around her shoulders. "Her."

She threw my arm off and said, "No, I'm not."

I took a step forward wrapped an arm around her waist tightly.

"What are you talking about, honey? We've been together for almost 2 full years now." I turned back to the crowd and 'discreetly' said, "She's shy."

"Awwww."

"They're so cute together."

"HE'S MINE, B*TCH!!!"

To seal the deal on this little 'couple' facade, I leaned down and tried to plant a kiss on her temple. I didn't get too far as her handing was blocking my face from getting any closer.

"His words are bullsh*t." After that, she pushed me harshly away and turned to M Neko-chan. "Time to go."

She walked away without another look in my direction and M Neko-chan followed her hurriedly. I watched them disappear around a corner and the girls came rushing towards me.

"Kou-kun, are you all right?!"

"You don't need a girl like that!"

"You still have us!"

I didn't realize I was still staring at the spot S Neko-chan had disappeared from until someone tapped my shoulder. I turned towards whoever they were and saw a middle school girl looking up at me.

"Why do you have such a scary face?"

I...had a scary face? Since when? I quickly changed my expression into a smile and said, "I'm sorry, my adorable kittens~, but I really have to go, unfortunately."

I started to back away from them and left them disappointed by my sudden departure.

I found my way back to the book store Ruki went into and found everyone gathered outside, including S Neko-chan and M Neko-chan.

Azusa was talking to 'Justin', Yuma was munching on a bag of sugar cubes that I guess he bought from wherever he went off to and Ruki was holding a stack of books to his side with one hand while the other held one open for him to read.

Meanwhile, M Neko-chan was leaning over the railing and watching people down below whereas S Neko-chan was leaning against the railing with her back facing it.

As I approached, everyone but M Neko-chan and S Neko-chan turned towards me.

Ruki closed his book and said, "Good. You're finally here, Kou. We can leave now since I'm done."

M Neko-chan finally turned at the sound of my name but S Neko-chan still faced away which irritated me for some reason.

"Yeah. We can go."

Ruki led us to the elevators again and everyone else followed again, even S Neko-chan. We went down to the main level and walked towards the entrance.

Along the way, I saw girls staring at us and I gave them a wave. I even saw guys staring at our group. One guy in particular kept his eyes trained on something to the left of me.

I followed his line of sight and immediately understood the reason for his interest. M Neko-chan was cute but S Neko-chan was a completely different story.

Her impassive natural and blank expression made her look as if she was lifeless doll.

Her black skinny jeans hugged her long legs like a second skin and her leather jacket covered her upper body while showing her curves off.

Also, her blood red hair flowed behind her as she walked as if she was she was a goddess. She looked hot.

We walked out the mall and got into the limo. We drove off and headed home. Not a word was said as usual and I kept my eyes onto M Neko-chan whereas she just ignored the world.

Just look at me for once, d*mn it! I don't know how long I can take being ignored......If I want to stop being ignored, I'll just have to something to get her attention.

Time skip - School - 01's POV

God, the weekend was a total pain in the a**. After the visit to the mall, Hiro wouldn't stop bothering me about what happened.

Especially, after he found out about Kou's little stunt. Of course. I wasn't the one who told since it didn't involve him whatsoever, but Yui did for some d*mba** reason.

This resulted in him bugging me for the entire Sunday and me kicking his a** every time he tried to touch me. Now it's Monday night and time for the start of another h*ll.

I got dressed and went to grab Yui. I opened the door and found her being cornered by the one and only, the dumba*- I meant, Hiro.

They were both dressed; Yui in her complete uniform and Hiro in a modified one like me. He wore black skinny jeans and a white dress shirt the was unbuttoned slightly with the sleeves pushed up directly under his elbows.

He had on white high tops and three bracelets covered one of his wrists. A pair of white headphones hung around his neck and his eyepatch was on his face as usual.

His hair remained the same but if he had it tied up, it would expose the tattoo behind his right ear.

He turned around when I opened the door and his 'intimadating' face morphed into a smug smile.

"Oh, amare, I was just asking dear Yui here if she was ready to go. We don't want her late now, do we?

"...F*ck off and move."

He backed up from Yui a bit but not completely. He grabbed her by the hair and yanked to expose her neck more.

He leaned down close to her neck to the point that he was less than an inch away and bared his fangs.

"Or, I could do this."

"I don't have time for your games."

"What are you talking about~. You can always have time for me, amare."

"...Move. Last time."

He chuckled and lowly said, "Come make me."

Time skip

"Ne, Kaori-san, was it really alright to leave him like that?" Yui asked as we were riding in the limo to Ryoutei.

"Leave it be." Right know, Hiro should be currently tied up while hanging upside down from the chandelier unconscious.

She gave a hesitant nod and settled with staring down at her hands. We arrived to school soon and we exited the limo.

The Mukami's limo pulled up a few seconds later and they walked by our side as we walked to the entrance down the parted path made by the typical crowd.

Just as we made it to the doors, the sound of an engine was somehow heard over the annoying a** fan girls.

The crowd turned but I remained facing the entrance. D*mn, I should've tied those ropes tighter.

The noise became louder as the cause seemed to be coming closer. Eventually, the engine became silent and I heard footsteps approaching us lazily.

I sighed and turned to Yui who, along with the leeches, were watching whoever arrived. "Time to move on."

I grabbed the door handle and threw the door open. Yui walked in and I was about to as well however the breath on the back of my neck needed to be dealt with apparently.

I swung my leg back and aimed for his head but my kick was blocked buy his forearm.

"Tsk. Tsk. It's not nice to hurt me, amare. Not only do I have yet to get over that little chandelier incident earlier, but now this. I wonder how your going to heal these wounds."

...I kicked his feet out from under him and he hit the ground back first hard. He groaned and lifted his head to show that he was pissed.

I shrugged. "All I heard was, 'Hurt me.'"

I turned around and finally left his annoying a** behind. I went to class and took a seat at my desk. After a few minutes, I heard the chair behind me scoot across the floor and I heard someone sit down.

I felt their eyes on me but I kept my eyes forward. Not much after, I felt some of my hair being lifted and I smacked their hand away without looking.

They did it again and just as I turned to grab his collar, another hand beat me to it only to find out that it was an irritated Hiro holding Shu by his shirt.

"Move. Your in my seat."

Shu lazily grabbed his hand and threw it off of him. "I'm sitting here from now on."

Hiro glared at him meanwhile Shu looked annoyed that he was disturbed.

I turned back to the front and left them to continue their stare down or whatever stupidity was going on behind me. Idiots. Eventually the teacher came in and forced them to break apart.

"Masaki-san, Sakamaki-san, please take your seats."

Shu sat back down behind me and Hiro reluctantly walked to the seat next to me and made that kid move like the one on Friday. Class began like usual and I paid zero attention like usual.

About 15 minutes of class had passed, when an artificial voice sounded in my ear. "Ma'am, Subject 'Komori Yui's' heart rate has dangerously spiked suddenly."

I felt Hiro's eyes on me and I saw the identical earpiece in his ear when I side glanced at him. It's basically invisible unless you know what to look for. I gave him a minute nod and turned my eyes forward.

I collapsed out of my chair and hit the ground on my side. My eyes were shut and I made exaggerated breathes. The classroom became deathly silent and I could sense everyone's eyes pointed in my direction.

Suddenly, Hiro's voice cut through the quietness with urgency.

"Teacher, Kaori-chan has collapsed!!"

I felt him kneel beside me and he put two fingers on my neck as if he was checking my pulse.

"Her pulse is fast!! And her breathing is ragged!"

"Hurry and carry her to the infirmary!" I heard the classroom door open most likely by a now panicking teacher.

I was immediately picked up by him and he carried me off while running. I waited until I knew we were a couple hallways from the classroom to open my eyes.

Hiro was smirking as he ran with me in his arms. He seemed to notice my glance since he slowed to a walk and looked down at me.

"Gotta say, your acting was perfect as always, amare."

"Put me down."

"Nah. I'm fine, thanks for worrying~."

I elbowed him in his ribs; causing him drop me. I landed in a crouch and stood back up. While Hiro was hunched over on his knees to catch his breathe, I was finding Yui's location.

"Subject 'Komori Yui's' location is on the roof, ma'am."

I turned to Hiro, who was beginning to stand up again and said, "Roof."

He nodded and headed to the stairs. I blocked him with my arm and asked, "And the earpiece?"

"You like it? Commander said to use this while I'm here. He also said that I'm supposed to assist you in this mission since this was bigger than he thought."

Big or not, they'll always be outmatched. I gave a sigh and lowered my arm.

I began to sprint forward and I heard Hiro followed suit. We made it up to the roof in less than a minute and we stood in front of the door.

I kicked it open to see Yui being pushed up against the metal barriers by Kou.

Kou's POV

The rest of the weekend my mind was was focused on how to get S Neko-chan's attention. I finally found a way on the limo ride to school.

Instead of heading directly to class, I walked the halls to find M Neko-chan's classroom.

I found her in the halls herself; walking slowly and staring at the ground even though class had begun. I teleported right behind her and covered her eyes with one hand.

She squeaked in surprise and I leaned down to whisper in her ear, "Found you~."

I teleported us to the rooftop and pushed her against the barrier. "Sorry, I'm going to use you for a little while."

I heard her heart speed up and I gave her a grin.

"There's no reason to be scared, M Neko-chan~. If I'm correct you should only be here for a few more minutes at most."

She tried to escape but I just pushed her back and blocked both sides of her with my arms.

"On second thought, since your here, why not answer something for me." I leaned closer to her and she held her breathe. "What makes you so important to S Neko-chan?"

"I-I don't k-know." She said barely above a whisper.

"Oh, come on~. You have to know something. If not I'll be very angry and that won't be good~."

She opened her mouth to say something else but was cut off by a loud slam. She looked behind me and I turned as well.

"Oh, speak of the devil. It seems I was correct after all."

"Hiro, take care of her." The guy next to her turned his head slightly towards her and sighed.

"Finish this quickly."

He suddenly disappeared only to find him behind me with his hand on M Neko-chan's shoulder.

He threw a harsh glare at me before disappearing again with M Neko-chan somewhere else. I turned back to S Neko-chan only to find her walking away.

"What? You're just going to walk away?"

She kept moving away with her back facing me and didn't stop.

"You're not the least bit curious as to why I did it?" I was getting frustrated with her silence.

"I don't care."

Finally, a response! Though, I don't understand why I was so happy by her just saying something back to me but I didn't think too much about it.

I teleported in front of her and she finally stopped.

"That's a lie. I know you're just dying to figure it out."

She looked at each with dead eyes and pushed me out the way. She walked down the stairs; leaving me alone on the roof.

And we're back to ignoring me, I see. But it won't matter soon anyway. You'll give in to me sooner or later, S Neko-chan and I will have you and your invisible heart.
