Okay, but seriously. I have Writer's block currently- well had, so like-- hjakdodjekoxod.

For the past three days, I had no idea what to write, and lost all motivation.

I've also been procrastinating but aNyWhO-

I am not going back on my word anymore, I will post on certain days.

(Most likely three days a week, like on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.)

Okay, that is all. Enjoy! 😉💜

"Don't move."

Her heart fell out of her chest. Was it the killer? Were they after her but killed her frienemy instead. She gulped. "L-Look, I won't tell the cops about you if you don't kill me." (Y/N) closed her covered eyes, and bit her lip. "Huh? What are you talking about? Did you assume I killed her?"

Her fear made her deaf, oblivious to the familiar voice behind her. "Is it... Ken?" She asked, opening her eyes. The male removed his hand that was over her eyes, standing up. "Wow, then you even confuse my voice with my brother. Are we even friends?" He asked, holding out a hand to help her up.

(Y/N)'s cheeks began to burn a bright pink, tucking the loose strands of her thin hair behind her ear. "O-Oh! Jyu! Sorry, I didn't know it was you! Sorry for confusing you two and all... I was just scared." Her bloodied hand met his, kindly accepting his will to help her up.

His heart skipped a beat. The way she said his name was cute, but it still wasn't enough. "Oh, so you were expecting him but not me?" Jyugo asked curiously, raising a brow. "That's not what I--"

"Then what did you mean? Tell me, (Y/N)." He demanded sternly, an eerie glow in his eyes. "I, uh, meant..."

"Who's there!?" Shouted a cop, his footsteps followed by others.

Jyugo quickly grabbed her hand, pulled her away from the crime scene. “Come on, let’s go!” He said, forcing her away. “Wh... What? Why are we running? We didn’t do it!” She had a point, but it’d still make them look bad; they’ll still be questioned and interrogated, which was a complete waste of time.

“I’ll take you home. You’ll be safe with me, don’t worry.”

(Y/N)’s words tinted her pale cheeks, still a bit traumatized by what she had witnessed. “R-Right...”

Soon, the pair had arrived back at (Y/N)’s home, where Jyugo had dropped her off. “I’m ashamed to go inside, I don’t have the stuff my mom wanted...” She sighed, raising the list she held tightly in her hand up to eye-level. The brunette standing in front of her chuckled, patting her head.

“It’ll be fine. If you explain to her what had happened, I’m sure she’ll be worried about your safety rather than the food you bring home.” He continued to caress the top of her head, more concerned about the softness and delicacy of it.

Eventually, he snapped out of it, removing his hand while noticing her disturbed expression. “What’s wrong, (Y/N)?” Jyugo asked, naturally feeling concerned. “Kiriko... she’s actually...” Her voice shook and her lip quivered, making it clear to him she’d cry. Before she could, he cupped her chin, gazing in her eyes.

"She betrayed you, aren't you glad she's..." She knew what he was saying though he didn't finish, being interrupted by (Y/N)'s mother with a bag of trash in her hand.

(Y/N)'s face began to glow as the other pulled away, his face brightening as well. "Oh, my. Should I..." Her mom to a step back inside to retreat, but Jyugo had stopped her.

"Wait! S-Sorry, you can have your daughter back..." He said. (Y/N) shook her head, face palming with a sigh. "You could've... Worded that differently..."

Jyugo walked up the small set of stairs, taking the white bag of trash out her hand. "Here, let me." She gladly released the plastic, handing it to him.

Once he walked away to dispose of it, her mom grinned. "Huehue, who's that handsome young man? Your boyfriend? Why haven't you told me about him?"

(Y/N) pulled her mother inside, shushing her. "Lower your voice! And Jyugo is not my boyfriend! He's just a guy I met online!"

"How long has it been? Three months?" Her mother wore a smug expression, furthering her teasing.

"M-Mom!" She whined, hitting her arm. "Hey! Don't the woman who gave birth to you and raised you!"

"Okay, okay! I'm sorry! How about we have some dinner?" (Y/N) nervously smiled, pointing inside. "Great idea. Young man, join us for dinner inside!"

Her world shattered. She couldn't believe her ears. Excited, Jyugo nodded, tossing the garbage in the trash. "Yes ma'am!"

(Y/N) watched as he approaches from the door, walking away with a click of her teeth. "Cruel..." However, without a doubt, this excited her, but embarrassed her at the same time.

Jyugo closed the door behind him and headed to the table where the two waited. "Where's..."

"Your sister? She's finishing a school project at her friend's house. I'm going to pick her up later." Her mother sharply replied, setting the table.

"Oh, cool..." Her eyes then met Jyugo's which were staring at her ever since she sat down. "W-What is it...?" She asked, turning away.

"Ah, nothing. Sorry." Finally, her mother came in with their plates of food, ready to grub. Well, (Y/N), not so much.

"I'm... Not hungry." She said, standing up out her chair. "But what about kur guest and your dinner?" The woman asked, holding it up. "Wrap it up anr stuff it in the fridge for me, I'll eat it later. And as for the guest..."

When she looked over at him, he looked heart broken, but he seemed to try to push his feelings aside. "Kick him out or something, I don't know. Anyway, I'm going to my room. Call me if you need anything."

She fleed up the stairs and into her room, shutting the door behind her. 'Wh... Why am I so salty?! He literally helped me earlier and this is how I act? Gosh, I can't get any more replusive!'

She thought, throwing herself on her bed and began to kick her legs.

The brunette, on the other hand, smirked, finding the whole situation cute and humorous. "Sorry about her, she inherited her personality from me after all..." Her mother admitted, scratching her cheek.

"You say it like it's a bad thing..." Jyugo responded, stuffing his mouth with vegetables and rice. "And no need to apologize, It's not your fault. I'll leave after this meal since she obviously doesn't want me here."

She shook her head, sitting across from him. "No no, it's definitely not your fault either! And why don't you stay? With what's been going on recently, it's dangerous to be out at night."

His lips curled into a smirk, hoping he'd hear those words. "Don't forget, I am a male who is capable of self defense. But if it's okay with you, I don't mind staying, ma'am."

(Y/N)'s mom clapped her hands together, happy he obliged. "Alright, I'll your things prepared. And also, you may call me Zila instead of ma'am. It's less formal."

Jyugo nodded his head, hoping to finish his food. "Alright... Zila. Thank you." He smiled.

"You're welcome... Jyugo was it? You can go ahead and head upstairs to (Y/N)'s room, I'll clean up here." He nodded, scooting out his seat, beginning his walk to the staircase.

"Thanks again for the food, Zila!" He said in appreciation, quietly heading up the stairs.

"No problem! You two be good up there! No touching!" She shouted, hearing him chuckle on the way to (Y/N)'s room.

Once he arrived, he took a deep breath, gently knocking on the wooden door.

"(Y/N), I'm coming inside."
