132. How to Overcome losing an Online Friend...


Let's face the Facts: The person who said that 'You can't Lose Friends' had No Social Media for sure - because it's Very Easy to Lose them Here...


If you haven't lost any of Your Online Friends - You're Lucky cause it can happen to Anyone, anytime - with or Without a reason ( the Second case hurts Even More - cause You don't know 'What's Going On' ) 


And it can be as Painful to lose them as Your Schoolmates, like friends You meet Everyday in RL...

( Especially when you get Attached to People You like As Much as I Do... I treat All My Online Friends as Parts of My 'Big Trolls Fans Family'... & suffer Everytime when I lose One of them... & the Most common reason is: They just stop answering My Messages or Using Wattpad at All without even 'Saying Goodbye' or leaving a message to their Followers, Without Giving ANY Reason why they can't stay... - it's NOT OK! )



So the Best Ways to recover after Losing an Online Friend are:


1. When your Shock ends ( because it happened so Suddenly & as described above ⤴ ) give yourself the Right to React in Your own way:

a )  If you feel like Crying - cry! ( don't pretend to be 'tougher than You Are' cause Squeezing your bad emptions inside is Unhealthy ) 

- If you don't want anyone to see your tears - find a moment to cry it out when you're in the bathroom or alone in your room

2. Talk to someone 

( tell it to the friends you still have who understand you the best - cause talking to them will make you Feel better, & they will try to cheer you up )

3. If you don't feel like Crying

- just feel 'empty inside' or angry because of the loss - ( everyone is different, so we may react in DIfferent ways ) - find a harmless way to set your bad feelings free

( don't hit anyone & don't destroy anything - if you feel like doing it, punch a pillow. It won't get hurt & you won't destroy anything btw. You can also run, dance it out or exercise ) 

4. Do something that Always makes you feel better:

- listen to Your Fave Music

- Play a fun game

- Draw,

- Go out with RL friends

- Play with your Pets ( if you have them )

- Watch your fave movie 

( anything that can make you feel Happier )

5. Accept the loss

( I know this point is the Most Difficult - but it will happen naturally with time )

6. You may try to find a New Online Friend 

- to feel in the Gap after the 'Lost One' ( if it makes you feel better )

7. Or focus on the Friends

You Still have 

8. If you are losing them Without a Reason 

( You didn't do anything wrong - You were talking like Best Friends & the next day they disappear - as it often happens here ) it's Not Your Fault - so Don't blame yourself
