A red haired girl walked downstairs with a bag hanging from her shoulder as she quickly helped a blonde haired male bring cups of ale to the men who hadn't gotten theirs yet. "For such a young couple, they are hard-working waiter and waitress." Someone uttered, causing the two to look at each other and gag. "Yeah, no. We aren't a couple, he's like a brother to me." The girl exclaimed while facing them along with the blonde. "Yeah, we also aren't the waiter or waitress buddy. We're the owners of this place." He uttered before following the red haired girl towards the counter as she jumped over it, while the male brought a pie he made personally towards one table which lead to their pig friend Hawk to come and clean it up. "Heads up guys, don't ever ask for his cooking." She warned them, just as someone ran in to talk about the wandering rust knight which peaked the girl's interest as she grabbed a bottle of Ale to go refill it at the table of the guys talking about it. "The Seven Deadly Sins?" She asked, as the blonde looked over at them. "Oh, you mean you two haven't heard of them our young tavern owners?" One guy asked them, as the two looked over at the wanted posters of the said group. 

They began explaining more about the group to the duo, who listened as they did refills before stopping once they heard someone outside the door. The door opened, revealing a knight followed by 5 young hooded girls causing everyone to scream and run out of the tavern, the red haired girl and Blonde haired male faced the group with a serious glare. "Now, who are you?" The blonde haired male asked them, but before they could say anything the knight collapsed to the ground, dropping the helmet as well to reveal a brunette haired girl, causing the hooded girls to take off their hood in concern. "Sissy!" Both a red haired girl and a dark brunette haired girl yelled, as the duo looked at them in shock. "Wait, Rosemarie, Lilith?" The red haired girl exclaimed as they looked at her, as they all realized who the girl was. "Cloe!" The younger girls ran towards her to tackle her into a hug. "Wait, you know these girls, Cloe?" Hawk asked her, as she nodded at him. "Yeah, since they were babies actually but I'll explain later." She exclaimed, as she let go to help the girls go upstairs, as they followed the blonde haired male who carried the brunette haired girl upstairs to a room. Cloe helped the girls sit down to rest in one room before leaving to check on their sister, only to see him groping her as she woke up and sat up, causing her to smack him.

"Sorry about him, Kat." Cloe uttered, as the girl smiled at her, instantly realizing who the red haired girl was. "Don't worry about it Clo, but um where am I?" She asked the blonde who faced her. "Oh yeah. You and your sisters walked into our bar, then you passed out cold on the floor." He explained, as the girl's face changed to one of worry. "Is my sisters okay?" She asked, as both Cloe and the blonde nodded their heads. "Their sleeping in the next room." He uttered, as she nodded while looking around. "So, this bar belongs to you and Cloe?" She asked as they both nodded. "Yeah, the Boar Hat. It's our tavern, Cloe just helps when she can." He exclaimed, as the girl noticed the sword he held on his back. "Sorry for asking this but, Aren't you a knight since you have a sword?" She asked, while pointing at the dragon type looking sword, as the blonde haired male pulled it out causing her to jump a little before noticing it can't hurt her, while the blonde laughed. "Did I scare you? If all you see is the handle, guess it looks pretty intimidating, doesn't it? Makes our patrons think twice before skipping out on their bill." He uttered, as the brunette haired girl laughed before noticing Hawk as she got up to hug him.

"Aww you're so cute! You know, when I was little, my sister Elizabeth and I begged our father for a pet pig. Me especially, since I love animals." She uttered with a bright smile, as the blonde haired male blushed while Cloe elbowed him. "So, did you like having a pet pig?" He asked her, as she shook her head. "We didn't get one." She uttered before standing up, with the male's up who noticed her mate marks on her wrist but pretended like he didn't. "Are you hungry? I can make you something, and for the girls." Cloe asked, as the brunette nodded, as the four of them went to grab the brunette's sisters before heading downstairs, as they sat while Cloe and the blonde haired male cooked before giving them the food while the brunette haired girl looked at some posters hanging on the wall. "Come and get it!" The blonde haired male shouted, as she walked over to sit down while her sisters thanked him for the food. "Might want to taste that first before saying thanks." Hawks warned them, as the girls took a bite of it before making a face expect the brunette haired girl sitting next to Hawk. "What do you think? Awful, isn't it?" The blonde male asked, as Cloe and him leaned closer to two of the girls who nodded their heads. "Knew it was." They said together with Hawks, as the brunette haired girl began crying causing everyone to look at her shocked.

"It's still good, more than anything else." She uttered before wiping away her tears. "So, what exactly were you doing walking around in that old armor, and with your sisters following you?" He asked the brunette who looked back at him. "We are on a personal quest to find the Seven Deadly Sins." She responded as her sisters nodded in agreement. "Why would you wanna do that? No one has any idea whether those guys are even still alive or not. And they're serious villains!" Hawks exclaimed, as the brunette shook her head as she tried to say something, a knock was heard at the door, causing the blue haired girl to pull the brunette and their sisters behind her as the person ordered for the knight to come out. After the blonde male and Cloe told the girls what to do, they quickly went out the back while the duo went to the door to open the door. The brunette haired girl kept a good grip on her sister Hope's hand who held their sister Elizabeth's hand while the brunette grabbed their younger sister's hand as they were holding hands as well. After they noticed the knights, might hurt the blonde haired boy and Cloe, they made a run for it while the knights noticed and quickly followed them.

The girls kept running, not wanting to get caught so they can find the seven deadly sins. They heard Hawk behind them but kept running until the blonde haired male and Cloe grabbed the girls and their sisters grabbed each other before jumping onto a tree as Hawks knocked the knight chasing them off the cliff before looking up to see the brunette haired girl in the blonde haired male's arms as he groped her boobs causing her to blush before he put her down, as Cloe did the same. "I'm telling you girls, feel free to haul off and punch them." Hawks told them, as they got placed down along with their sisters. "So, why are you girls looking for the Seven Deadly Sins anyway?" He asked the girls, as they looked at the view. "We want to ask them to help us stop the Holy Knights." The brunette besides the blue haired girl uttered, as her twin sister Hope flicked her forehead. "And because she's the mate of some of them, and i'm the mate of one of them." She uttered, as her twin blushed while glaring at her. "Are you serious? Why in the world would you wanna do that? The Holy Knights are the King's men. They're the knights who protect Liones! Real heroes!" Hawks uttered, as Cloe nudged him. "Hawks.." She warned him, with her tone as he looked at her confused.

"But what if they were behind the plot to start a war in our country?" The blue haired girl exclaimed, as Hawks looked at her confused and shocked, as the blonde haired male kept staring at the brunette haired girl besides the blue haired girl who Cloe kept staring at, as the girl's younger sisters Rosemarie and Lilith noticed and smirked at each other. "The other day, except for the king himself, the entire royal family was arrested, and is being held by the Holy Knights, despite not doing anything to warrant it." The brunette uttered. "Does that mean the king isn't really sick in bed?" Hawks asked, as she shook her head. "No, that's simply a cover the Holy Knights are telling people. I don't know what they think they can accomplish by driving the nation to war or why they are doing it, but currently they're drafting people out of the kingdom and taking men wherever they can get them. They're preparing for war everywhere you look." She exclaimed, sadly as she remembered what she and her sisters saw before they came to the bar. "Soon enough, their reach will extend all the way out here." Hope exclaimed, putting her arm around her twin to comfort her. "So, how does this tie in with the Seven Deadly Sins again?" The blonde haired male exclaimed, as Cloe quickly realized while giving the girls a look. "Katelyn, you're not doing what I think you're doing are you?" She asked, as the brunette nodded.

"If there's a chance of stopping the Holy Knights from doing this, I know they can stop them." The brunette known as Katelyn exclaimed, as she faced the trio, as her sisters did as well. "Just checking here, you're trying to find those guys even though you know what kind of people they are?" He asked her, as she looked at her mate marks. "The Seven Deadly Sins, the most vile order of knights the kingdom ever produced, made up of seven vicious, bloodthirsty criminals, each one branded with the mark of a beast, while their mates share that mark. Ten years ago, when they were suspected of trying to overthrow the kingdom, the knights of the realm launched a full force attack, scattering them to the four winds." She exclaimed, as her sisters nodded in agreement. "Well, if you believe the rumors, they each died a long time ago." He uttered, as Katelyn shook her head. "The sins are the strongest people I know! They wouldn't possibly let themselves be killed, and they would never try to overthrow the kingdom." She exclaimed, as the blonde haired male hummed. "But they are criminals, aren't they?" He asked her, as she shook her head. "The knights are the real criminals, they are hurting everyone that's innocent not the sins." Rosemarie shouted, as Lilith and Elizabeth kept her close to them, Hope, and Elodie.

"Long ago, when me and Hope were small, only five or six years old, our father would tell us and Ellie stories about me, me and hope would always ask since one of the sins is her mate, and the rest of the members expect one is mine, according to my mate marks. And that's when I learned, they were the most powerful knights--" Katelyn exclaimed, when a loud thud was heard causing the ground they stood up to begin falling off the cliff. Hope grabbed Rosemarie, Elodie grabbed Lilith, Cloe grabbed Elizabeth as the blonde haired male grabbed Katelyn and the knight that had fallen off the cliff earlier as they landed away from the other knights. Hope and Elodie held their younger sisters in their arms, Cloe put Elizabeth down but stayed in front of her as she drew her knife. "Hey, are you awake?" The blonde haired male asked Katelyn, who woke up while looking at him as she nodded. "Okay, when I signal to you, run into the forest with your sisters. Got it?" He asked, as she nodded again as he placed her down. "Tell me, which one of them would you believe to be a member of the Seven Deadly Sins? Neither of them bears any resemblance to the wanted posters." The knight exclaimed, before noticing the earrings the girls all the girls had expect the blonde haired girl who wear a bracelet with the royal family crest on it.

"Fate is smiling upon me today! The crest on that earring you girls are wearing and on that bracelet is from the royal family. Which means that you girls... Conclusion! Are Princess Elizabeth, Princess Katelyn, Princess Hope, Princess Elodie, Princess Rosemarie, and Princess Lilith, meaning you Blondie, are their assigned Guard Cloe." He exclaimed, as the girls looked at him shocked and scared, as the blonde haired male and Hawk looked at them. "Hold on, you're  a princess?" He asked while looking at Katelyn, and her sisters. "Wait, are you really the princesses? You girls are the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth princesses in the royal family!" Hawk exclaimed, as Hope and Elodie tighten their grips on their younger sisters. "A decree has been issued from the capital to determine your whereabouts. The order was to capture you all alive and in healthy condition, but if you lost your lives in an unfortunate accident--" He exclaimed, as the girls eyes widen in fear. "Go now!" The blonde haired male exclaimed, as they all began running towards the forest. "I won't let that man catch us." Katelyn exclaimed, as she kept running as Elizabeth held her hand while running.

As the knight used his sword to cut the trees, cloe quickly grabbed Elizabeth while the blonde haired male grabbed Katelyn as they moved away from the attack along with the girls sisters. Katelyn woke up to see the blonde haired male staring at her with his smile. "Hi, there!" He exclaimed, before offering his hand to her which she took as she sat up while looking to see her sisters fine, but her twin had a cut on her cheek same with Elodie. "You all right, Hawk? You seem okay." He exclaimed,as Hawk complained before running away. Katelyn felt bad as she looked at her sisters, noticing that they got hurt because of her, she sighed as she stood up before walking closer to the knight. "Katelyn? Hey, what are you doing?" He asked her, with concern. "Maybe, if I go with him, he won't hurt you guys anymore." She exclaimed. "Wait, hang on. You just said you wouldn't let him catch you and your sisters!" He exclaimed, as she shook her head. "That was before my sisters got hurt." She exclaimed, when the knight send an attack her way causing the blonde haired male to grab her and pull her away from the attack, as her sisters and Cloe did the same.

"I think he wants to make sure neither of any of us gets out of here alive." He exclaimed, as the girl sat up while looking down as she began crying. "Why did you save me? I was so happy when we met you, I set out searching for the Seven Deadly Sins with my sisters just so I could find some of my mates and ask them to help stop the holy knights. Even, though I have my sisters, I was so scared of them possibly getting hurt and hoping no one knew who we were. But there wasn't anyone we could go to for help. Yet, you showed kindness to us anyway, but I don't want you to risk your life for us nor do I want to involve you with our problems or mine anymore, especially when I don't know your name." She exclaimed, as the blonde haired male lifted her chin up while grabbing her wrist. "Meliodas. If you really wanna know." He exclaimed, with a smile as he kissed her mate mark on her wrist that matched the mark on his arm, as she looked at it while noticing the same mark on her began glowing. "Wait, that mark? You can't be, it's not possible is it?" She asked confused, as he chuckled while nodding. He quickly turned out to attack the knight who attempted to attack him.

Cloe appeared next to him, as Elizabeth hugged Katelyn who returned it as they and their sisters stayed close while watching the two. "Are you really, Meliodas?" Katelyn asked, as the knight's eyes widen. "Wait a minute, now your face and her's is beginning to look familiar. But if that's who you two truly are, how can you two look exactly the same as you did?" He exclaimed, as Cloe and Meliodas locked eyes while both getting ready to fight. "Times up!" Cloe exclaimed with a smirk. "Have you figured it out yet?" Meliodas uttered, right after Cloe. Both of them attacked the knight back after he attempted again to attacked them again but send the knight flying. "The Seven Deadly Sins: the Sin of Wrath. The Dragon Sin, Meliodas! Mate of Princess Katelyn." He exclaimed while winking at the brunette who blushed in response, as cloe winked at Elizabeth who blushed as well while their sisters teased them. After the duo put their weapons away, they faced the sisters. "Well, Katelyn, I guess this means you and your sisters found your sin, doesn't it?" Meliodas exclaimed to her, as Elizabeth helped Katelyn stand up as they and their sisters looked at them. "So listen, as far as the six others go... I've got some business to discuss, so I've started looking for them myself. I've been using the tavern as a way to gather information. But if I had a pretty girl to pull in larger crowd, I'll bet we'd see a lot more info heading our way." Meliodas exclaimed, as her sisters glared at him. "Watch it! You may be one of her mates, but doesn't mean you can flirt with her." Hope exclaimed.

Katelyn blushed as Meliodas smiled at her. "How about it? Come with us, girls?" He asked, as they all nodded, as Katelyn smiled, as they went towards where Hawk's mom arrived it, as Meliodas grabbed Katelyn by the waist to pull her closer to him, as Cloe did the same with Elizabeth, as they helped the girl's sisters onto the ladder since they were carrying the younger girls. Katelyn and Elizabeth screamed a bit as they held onto to the person who were holding them, before letting go once they got to the top as they stood while looking at the view which was an amazing view. 'Was our meeting by chance or providence? What waited us? Despair or hope? That was how the adventure began for Meliodas, myself and my sisters along with our guard protector as we all started the search for the Seven Deadly sins, to find my other mates as well as Hope's mate.' Katelyn thought while smiling as she leaned her head against her sister Elizabeth's shoulder.

~(Fort Solgres)~

The knight who attacked the group was bowing, to a pink haired knight who was sitting on a throne. "The Seven Deadly Sins..." He exclaimed, while walking over towards a map. "I hope it's a real one this time. I've waited ten long years for the day I can bring about their destruction." He exclaimed.
