The rest of the week had slowly gone by, and the current day had been Saturday. You dressed normally on this occasion, disregarding the fact that today may have been considered a date.

A date with Seiichiro... it didn't sound bad at all.. part of you felt a bit nervous, actually. He is a great guy with great looks, though you decided that you were out of his league.

It wasn't long after you had gotten ready that you heard knocks at your door. Assuming it had been Seiichiro, you approached, and not long after did you twist the knob. Standing corrected, your neighbor stood there ahead of you, an elated smile greeting you with delicacy. "Good Mornin'~. Ready?" The both of you eyed each other carefully to get a taste of each of your attires.

Strangely enough, Seiichiro had dressed casually as well. "Yup! Let's go out and have some fun!" As you stepped outside to both close and lock your door, unnoticeably Seiichiro stared inside your home, as if he had been searching for something.

But in the instant you finished, he brought his eyes towards you while his grin still remained. A day like this was something he really wanted. Maybe God was still by his side. Snapping from enternal thoughts, he followed beside you down the cemented staircase, down there you'd spot a taxi parked near the curb.

>[Time: 9:23 AM]<

Seiichiro prepared the tickets while approaching the booth. Meanwhile on your end; you eagerly gazed around at the amazing, enthralling architecture and high rollercoasters just ahead of the gates. Although they were terrifying, you wanted to get on an adrenaline-pumping joyride.

"Sei! Let's get on a coaster first! They look awesome!" You exclaimed, unable to realize you had been subconsciously gripping onto his arm, tugging it as if you were a child.

Seiichiro of course, didn't mind, and chuckled loosely as the both of you stopped in front of the ticket booth. Surprisingly, there wasn't a long line ahead. "Yeah, alright. But do I have to get on as well..?" He asked, while staring at you as you frantically nodded. Your hues gleamed as if you begged him.

Due to your answer, he rubbed the nape of his neck in an nervous manner, taking a few steps up in the line. "...Fine." He shifted his eyes away, meanwhile you threw an energetic frenzy.

You were so cute, it was impossible to say no.

'Once she sees the rollercoaster in front of her.. she'll turn around.' He thought, tilting his head followed by a distressed sigh. Seiichiro now stared ahead and towards the back of a civillian, impatience overthrowing him. Eventually, he leaned to the side to sneak a glance at the payer ahead.

His heart had nearly stopped.

Immediate nervousness, as well as annoyance became of him, as his eyebrow twitched uncontrollably.

Why?

Why did it have to be this way?

Just up ahead would have been Neiji Iisei, who had been paying for his tickets. It became obvious that he changed his mind. And no matter what, Seiichiro was determined to keep the both of you apart.

With his stomach tied in knots of hatred, he felt his heart fill with emptiness. This was the day the both of you could spend time together.

'Leave.'

'Leave us alone, Neiji.'

'Don't ruin this.'

'Don't you dare.'

'[Y/N] was fine with me alone..'

'Me.'

'Not you.'

His hostile intents spilled from him and gradually made it's way to the surface. Everything was a blur. He needed to do something. Seiichiro was too unreasonable to maintain himself, hearing as his breathing abruptly altered into an erratic state. He was beginning to fall into panic, as gradually; his head lowered. His front forelocks prevented anyone from witnessing his deranged eyes glaring towards the cement in madness.

'Keep them apart...'

'Keep them apart.'

'Keep them apart..'

'Keep them apart...'

'Keep them apart..'

With balled fists, the male was about to advance. And while he did so, he couldn't help but allow his thoughts to roll from his tongue. His sanity was pulled to the brink, however a feminine voice broke him free from his delusions. He remained paused for some time, his eyes reverting back into that typical glow, released from it's dark hue.

"Seiichiro? It's our turn."

You spoke out. The tickets in his left hand were close to being wrecked; wrinkled and folded. The woman inside the booth eyed him, as he slowly placed the papers against the counter. "Right.. sorry.."

Confused at how unappealing the tickets appeared, you were tempted to question Seiichiro but didn't, and instead you waited for them to be verified for your entry.

After having your access granted, the two of you would make your way through. But for the male, his steps were full of nervousness, anticipation, fear, and anger. Just beyond them would be Neiji, someone who could compete with him in earning your affection. Of course, Neiji himself didn't realize it, it was also unknown if he had any interest in you. Perhaps the fact that he actually came to the amusement park was more than enough information.

A heavy burden weighed against him, becoming more pressured as time trailed on. Seiichiro would watch you from the corner of his eye, searching for the right words without coming off blatantly suspicious. "Hey, [Y/N]... How about.. we uh, go this way?" He pointed left, aiming towards a short tunnelway used for other routes.

You stopped to examine him; from his burrowed brows down to the nervous sweats coming from his skin. "You're acting strange.. But... I won't question it. Let's go!" An gentle smile became of your lips, causing instant relief to coil down Seiichiro's spine. However, just as the both of you began to redirect your trail, an intentional as well as loud cough escaped the voice of another.

Your eyes moved to locate the source, and after you noticed the figure standing near, your eyes had gaped. "Iisei?! I thought you weren't coming?" Eagerly, you approached him, too late to realize that Seiichiro missed to grab you by only a hair. Neiji rose a brow at you. Honestly, he thought you'd be angry.

Currently, he wore a common red hoodie and black jeans. He also had black headphones around his neck. It seemed his choice of clothing was both comfortable, and casual. "I changed my mind, because I don't have anything else to do at home." He replied bluntly, eventually shifting his gaze away.

The two of you began conversing, well; it was merely you bombarding him with aimless topics. During this time, Seiichiro stood there. Obviously.. seeing the both of you drove him to the brink of homicide.

He kept himself rational though, making his way toward the pair with a gentle, warm smirk that greeted Neiji. "Changed your mind, huh? Doesn't look like that to me." Thrown off just a bit, the other male pushed up his glasses on the verge of asking for further interpretation, but Seiichiro clapped his hands together briskly, as if demanding a change in subject. "Well, I'd hate for the lines to get longer. Let's go."

>[Time: 12:23 PM]<

Seiichiro didn't know that you'd come this far; as to stand in line with your anxiety and excitement at it's high. He was nervous, that's for sure... and was also ready to turn back. But despite this, a very close eye was kept on Neiji.

"Look, we're almost up!" The mention made Neiji's typically blank face crack into a nervous one. His brow flinched, while beads of sweat rolled. He's never been a fan of heights, but you forced him on board. Heh, at least the men had something in common.

It wasn't long before it was your group's turn to board the coaster. Luckily, there were four seats per car, and so you could sit beside your friends. Reluctantly, Neiji followed you to get seated, however before doing so he removed both his glasses and headphones, storing them temporarily in a nearby locker.

You sat cushioned between them, watching Neiji sit down on the edge. It was the first time you've seen his face without specs against them. You wouldn't admit it, but that handsome face of his was the main culprit that led you to stare.

"Stop staring at me already."

"Oh.. s-sorry...!"

Seiichiro was glad that he sat by you, otherwise.. he wouldn't be able to enjoy the ride at all. His eyes gazed ahead, and then towards your hands that were now strapping on your seatbelt. Feeling his heart skip a beat, he wondered if he could grab onto your hand. The thought wasn't a bad one.. maybe you'd return the favor.

Just as he reached for your hand, a voice caused his shoulders to lift.

"Excuse me-!"

The three in the car looked over at a woman dressed in a staff uniform, and beside her would have been a little girl who seemed a little timid. Her eyes kept to the ground. "This one wants to get on as well, but I'm afraid that kids under twelve cannot sit on the ends of the seats. May you move one down, sir?" Her eyes pointed at Seiichiro, a kind smile against her lips.

If he had to be honest, he was on the verge of tersely saying no. Being away from you even by an inch drove him mad. But no, you interfered again... "C'mon, Seiichiro.. hurry up and scoot down!" Your instinct to create an even bigger wedge was something he both loved, and hated about you.

His focus diverted as he moved down in an unresponsive manner. Even though the child who currently sat beside him had spoke appreciatively, it wasn't enough to fill the hole in his heart, that grew wider and wider the more you continued this torture.

He can't do this anymore.

He just can't.

It hurts too much.

Near this point, there wasn't any one who could suppress his insanity. The handlebars lowered gradually, locking everyone into place. There were only seconds until the ride finally began. Seiichiro couldn't focus on having fun, he only thought about how unfair life has treated him.

He only wants to be with you.

The male gripped onto the thick bars surrounded by soft foam, his smile swept clean.

'I was silly believing God was actually helping me. I'll do everything myself here on.'

His breaking point has been reached.
