Shadow's POV

The next time when I woke up I heard machines beeping, I look around groaning in pain.

Where am I? Why does my body hurt?

Oh god did I get hit by Optimus and all of the other Autobots?

I open my eyes slowly, I am met with the smell of Clorox, I look around seeing I'm in a plain white room in a hospital bed? I look at my arms and legs, okay all limbs are accounted for, I touch my forehead and wince feeling soft medical wrap around my head, I look at my ankle, my ankle is wrapped up in black cast wrap, did I break my ankle? Okay...

I close my eyes when the door opens, I hear soft whispering, "How are we gonna tell her?" I hear Sideswipe whisper.

Tell me what?

"I don't know, but we might want to lock the door, or she'd try to get out," I hear SunStreaker grunt, wait how are they in here? This room is big enough for humans...

"I don't know about her getting out, she's got a broken ankle, but let's wake her up," Sideswipe whispers, "Shadow?" SunStreaker grunts, "Shadow?" Sideswipe says and shakes me slightly, I feel a human hand on my shoulder, human hand? What in the world?

I open my eyes slightly and then slowly close them, "Wake up squishy," SunStreaker grunts, "Sunny, we are also squishy so," Sideswipe says I could hear the smile, "Shut up and don't call me that!" SunStreaker growls, "Come on Shadow," Sideswipe says shaking me again, I open my eyes fully, "What?" I groan rubbing my eyes tiredly, playing off the whole "I've been asleep this whole time" act. From the sound of it, they are falling for.

"Wake up squishy, we have some news," SunStreaker says with a growl but softly as his voice went from high and stern to low, I sat up, "Where's Hide?" I ask rubbing my eyes, Sideswipe looks at SunStreaker, a curious look on his face, "He's not-" I say covering my mouth up with my hands, but Sideswipe cuts me off, "He's fine but healing," Sideswipe says softly, "I want him," I order, "No, he's recharging we have to save his strength," SunStreaker says.

"I said I want to see him!" I growl tears pouring down my cheeks, "No," Sideswipe and SunStreaker both say, "WHY?" I growl, then calm down and start sobbing, "What happened?" I sob, Sideswipe and SunStreaker both wrap me in their arms, they start telling me how Optimus told Ironhide and Bumblebee to take Tessa to safety, but Tessa told Bumblebee to turn back, Ironhide said no. But then after some serious begging Ironhide turned back, they were both keeping Lockdown from Optimus but Ironhide ended up......getting stabbed...

My heart stops, "W...what?" I ask looking up not wanting to believe it, "Kiddo, it's okay," SunStreaker says pulling me in his arms, I look up at him, my eyes widen seeing his big beautiful blue eyes, his blond hair pulled to the side in some kind of braid, he had on a yellow, red and black jacket with a black shirt underneath, he has black gloves on his hands, he has white pants:

My heart stops looking at him, I feel it beat with an unknown emotion I have never had directed to another man, it was more like a schoolgirl crush.

"It's alright," I hear Sideswipe say behind me.

I turn and see him, he was also beautiful, I was feeling the schoolgirl crush on him too, Mom always told me it was hard to put love into words, she was right.

Sideswipe had brown hair that stuck up like horns, blue eyes, he has a black and red leather jacket, he too has white pants and black gloves, his jacket zipped up instead of like SunStreaker's being halfway:

Sideswipe smirks, "What's the wrong cutie?" He hums playing with my hair, "Are we pretty~" he hums, I blush, "I don't know." I say blushing, "Why are your cheeks a dark red?" SunStreaker asks I cover my face up, "She is flustered~" Sideswipe teases, "Top it!" I whine like a two-year-old.

I feel lips go on my cheek, I look over and see.....SunStreaker....did he kisses my cheek?!

I look at him with disbelief, his brows are scrunched up with confusion probably because he was the one that kissed my cheek! Okay no squealing or squeaking Shadow, it's just a boy, a cute one to be exact, "Scram you punks!" I hear a familiar voice snap, I look over and see-

"IRONHIDE!"

"Hold still kiddo, I don't want you to mess up your ankle even more," Hide says walking over to me then I notice a female behind him, Sideswipe and SunStreaker both say their goodbyes and then leave closing the door, Ironhide sits on my bed, the female-only stands.

"Who is she?" I ask pointing at the black hair with purple tips woman, "I'll get to that," Ironhide says then looks at the girl who is looking from me to Hide, "Wait. Are you sure this isn't your sparkling?" She asks Hide, who chuckles, "No, she isn't," Hide says, "Shouldn't you be in bed! You need to rest!" I say quickly, Hide smiles at me, "You need to be quiet, I don't want DragonFly catching me," he whispers.

DragonFly?

'My Spark mate,' I hear Ratchet's voice, 'And the Autobots new medic'

I smile and look at Hide, his blue eyes shining in the afternoon sun that was pouring in from the window through the cracked blinds. His black hair in a slight mess. His black shirt and blue jeans on, I see the Autobot tattoo on his neck, I look at his soft almost not seeable smile. That smile.

That smile brought warmth to my heart, which made me feel like the only kid he needed in this world. I jolt feeling arms wrap around me, I look up and see Hide, this hug brings me comfort and love, I smile, I always thought I would be stuck with that Monster named Devin than being with an Autobot, Ironhide holds me tighter, "Your such a good kid, kiddo," he says making me chuckle, I nuzzle into his chest.

???????'s POV

I smiled watching my spark mate hug this femme, he yapped on and on about her, saying I would love her, but from the looks of it right now Ironhide has the softest spot in/on his frame for her.

I smile at the mech before me and the little human femme in his arms, I thought this femme was his sparkling they look so much alike, hopefully, they don't act alike with how my luck goes they will end up acting alike. Ironhide pulls back from the hug, he cups her cheeks in his hands and looks into her optics, he smiles softly at her when a piece of her long black hair falls in her face, she grumbles, "Okay kiddo," he starts, she looks at him curiously, "This femme is my spark mate-"

"Chromia"

Shadow's POV

Realization dawns on me, "Chromia? The girl you kept thinking about?" I ask, Ironhide nods, I look at her and wave nervously, "Don't worry she doesn't bite," Ironhide says then chuckles, "Nice to meet you dear, Ol' Ironhide here wouldn't stop blabbing about you," she says with a smile, her voice sounds a little country, I was still nervous no matter what, I got shy around people, Ironhide was the first person I didn't get shy about meeting the first time.

"Awww~ she's so cute~" Chromia coos sitting not the bed close to me, but I move closer to Hide and hide my face in his chest, "Don't be nervous, Chromia won't hurt you," Ironhide says his voice holding promise, I didn't care I was still shy, "Come on you didn't do this around me," Ironhide says combing my hair bringing me comfort, then the door opens, "Uh oh she found me," Ironhide grumbles, "There you are! Chromia, I thought I told you to keep him in his berthroom! Ugh, I will throw a wrench at both of you! Shoo-" the woman who walked in says but stops, "And who is this?" She asks giving me a motherly smile, "This is Shadow, the kid Hide couldn't stop talking about," Chromia says, "Awww, she looks like she could be Ironhide's sparkling," the woman says, she has red and white hair, a doctors outfit, a stethoscope around her neck dangling there.

"Okay, well dear my name is DragonFly, I am the Autobots medic like my spark mate was before me," she introduces smiling.

I look at her my face still hidden in Ironhide's chest, "She's just a little shy," Ironhide says looking down at me, "That's fine with me," she says smiling, she has a pretty smile, "Your pretty," I whisper, DragonFly smiles, "Awww, that is so sweet, you are pretty too sweet spark," She says smiling bigger showing her pearly white teeth, "Now come on Ironhide," DragonFly says, "But I want Shadow," he complains, I giggle not knowing Ironhide would ever complain, DragonFly sighs and looks at me, then a male doctor comes in, "Oh well I see my little patient is up," he says smiling at me.

DragonFly's smile is prettier...

"So how is she?" DragonFly asks while the doctor checks the usual stuff, heartbeat, breathing, throat, and my ankle, "From what it looks like she'll live, but I would like to keep her off that ankle, I don't want her making it worse, I would like for her to get lots of rest. She will have a migraine tomorrow but she will live." The doctor explains smiling, looking at Ironhide and Chromia.

I whimper seeing he pulls out a needle, I start squirming with discomfort, Ironhide looks down at me, I press my face in his chest not wanting to watch the needle enter, he rubs my back and combs my hair, I whimper feeling it enter, I wanted to squirm but Ironhide had me in a hold where I could barely squirm, I felt a few tears slip out of my eyes, Ironhide shushing me, whispering soothing words to me.

Once the doctor is done he starts taking out the IVs, once done he gives me crutches, a sucker and DragonFly some medication that would help with a migraine, then he sets me on my way, I almost fell face first when I first tried the crutches, I giggled watching him make weird but worried faces when I hit the floor, Ironhide is currently carrying me down the hall, bridal style, because he couldn't watch one more second of me falling on my face or butt.

Chromia is carrying the crutches, DragonFly is in the lead, we walk down the hall for a while then DragonFly stops at a room, she disappears then her Autobot mode comes walking down the hall, she was red and white, she was beautiful.

She opens the door and walks in with us behind her, I see a tall BIG metal slab and then I see to the corner near the metal slab is a bed, dresser, and a closet, the bed is a king-size look to fit about 3 people comfortably, it has Ironhide black blankets and pillows, I see my under armor bag sitting on the neatly made bed, Ironhide carries me over to the bed and lays me down gently, I get comfy, then I notice there is a 60in flat-screen TV, I smirk, "Sweet!!" I chirp, "Like it?" Ironhide asks I nod, "Come on you!" DragonFly says and makes Chromia smack Ironhide upside the head, "Ow," he says rubbing the back of his head, I chuckle, then yawn.

Ironhide kisses my forehead gently while I drift off to sleep. I smile hearing his tough but soft voice whisper:

"Good Night my little Sweet Spark"

Chromia's POV

I almost squealed at the cuteness I saw between Ironhide and Shadow but I kept my mouth shut. She had fallen asleep quietly, her breathing slowed along with her heartbeat, Ironhide smiles down at her, I kiss his cheek and make my Holoform disappear, I online my bi-pedal mode and Ironhide does the same, he's still laying on his berth, DragonFly checks over his wound then leaves, I lie down on the berth beside him, he was too busy looking at Shadow, he rubs my arm with his servo while I lay my helm on his chassis, "I am so proud of you," I whisper, Ironhide smirks, "Why?" He asks kissing my forehelm.

"You found another thing that made you happy, someone that makes you forget the ugliness of life and see the beautiful side, Ironhide, that kid, Shadow loves you more than anything, you know how to comfort her, what makes her tick, you have made that femme so amazingly perfect," I say smiling at him.

I awe at what he says:
