Shadow's POV

I was wakened by Optimus saying:

Calling all Autobots! Calling all Autobots!

He said it through COM.

I groan wanting more sleep, Ironhide lifted the passenger seat that I am currently sitting in or was sleeping in.

"Good morning! Do you usually sleep until 2 in the afternoon?" Hide questions.

"No!" I say.

I watch as a white Western Star semi passes by, Optimus scans, I gasp in surprise while Optimus's vehicle goes from crappy to nice and shiny.

"Aww SWEET!" I cheer in excitement.

I hear Ironhide chuckle softly.

I watch as his paint goes from scrappy to blue and red flames!

"So majestic!" I say.

Ironhide chuckles and keeps driving, and then I see a bunch of different blurry figures, they kind of look like cars...

After awhile of driving we make it to this weird desert place, I see a fat robot running on top of a rock mountain, firing his guns like an idiot screaming:

Yeah! Hell, yeah! He's back! He's alive! Optimus is here!

I scoff, Ironhide chuckles, "Don't worry that's just Hound... But when we stop and I transform get behind me, understood?" Ironhide informs/order softly.

I nod with a smile on my lips.

Ironhide huffs in understanding.

We drive down a long dirt road for awhile, and then I see a Samurai robot with one huge sword in his hand.

I watch as he flips and falls down, "Don't know who that is... But we'll find out" Ironhide says with curiosity.

I whoa when the robot transforms into a helicopter.

We continue to follow Optimus, but after awhile Optimus stops, a robot with a green cape is following or running after him, Optimus stops and Ironhide stops behind him.

"Yeah, Mr. Leader of the Free Galaxy is back." The green bot says, "I knew you'd make it. I never doubted you"

The helicopter bot flies over to us, and then transforms with a roll to his feet, "We've got your warning, we've been waiting" the blue and black bot says with a punch on the green ones arm.

I see the big fat bot standing on a rock, "Hell, yeah. Boom time. We've got the gang back together." He says.

Then I see a mostly black and yellow car transform, I watch as it goes from car to a CUTE ADORABLE robot... He kind of looks like a bumblebee.

That would be really hilarious if his name was bumblebee!

Then the passenger side and driver side door opens on Optimus's truck, Cade, steps out of the driver side, and then Shane steps out on the passenger side, Tessa follows Shane.

Ironhide opens the door for me, and then unbuckles my seat belt, I quietly step out, the adorable robot makes his way over to the group.

Then Optimus starts to transform Ironhide starts after him.

Ironhide gets to his robot mode faster than Optimus, I walk calmly behind Ironhide's foot, like he told me too.

When I was behind Ironhide's foot Optimus was done transforming.

"Humans have asked us to play by their rules... Well the rules have just changed." Optimus says.

I watch as the fat bot starts to throw his guns to the ground, "Human beings, bunch of backstabbin' weasels" He says.

"Finally somebot agrees with me" Ironhide says to him.

"Hound, find your inner compass, loyalty is but a flower in the winds of fear and temptation" the black and blue bot says.

"What the hell are you saying?" Ironhide and the fat bot says at the same time.

"It's a haiku" the black and blue bot says.

"Cut the crap, before I drop a grenade down your throat!" The fat bot warns then he grabs the blue bot and shoves him closer to him, but the blue bot slaps his hand away and pulls out his swords.

Okay it looks pretty calm, I slightly stepped from behind Ironhide's foot and walked over to Cade and the other humans.

"Try it you'll be dead!" The blue bot warns while pointing his sword into the fat bots chest.

"Please pull it. Please do it" the far one pleads.

"You know what, it'll save us so much time" the ADORABLE one says while he throws his arms around.

Then the green one steps forward close to us, I hear Ironhide's low soft growl.

"Well, raise your hand if you're thoroughly disenchanted with our little pleasant Earth vacation." He says.

Then he pulls his gun out and points it at us.

"So, who's the stowaways?" He says while shoving a gun near my face.

I then hear Ironhide's cannons whirl to life, he points them at Greeny's face, "I wouldn't do that, if I were you!" Ironhide warns.

"Hey, what's with the guns?" Cade asks while putting his hands in the air.

So you've been arrested before?

Optimus then steps up, "Stop. Hound, both of you! They've risked their lives for mine, we owe them" Optimus says.

Greeny slowly pulls his gun away along with Ironhide, "What about her?" Greeny asks while pointing at me.

"The same!" Ironhide growls at him.

I don't think Ironhide likes that guy after he threatened me...

Ironhide scoops me up, and puts me close to his chest.

Soon it is night, the Cade has built a small fire, I'm sitting by Ironhide's side.

"So there's been no sign of any other?" Optimus asks.

"Nada" Hound says, the black and blue bot or Drift told me all of their names!

The yellow and black one his name is... Bumblebee...

"We are all that's left" Drift says.

"They're picking us off, one by one," Crosshairs says.

"We're the pathetic, dirty foursome, you two make six" Hound says.

I lean my head against Ironhide's leg, fighting to keep my eyes open, I then feel a BIG warm hand wrap around me, I know it's Ironhide, he pushes me gently towards his side.

Trying his best to keep me warm and safe.

I then hear Shane say this:

So that's our best-case scenario? Autobot witness protection?

Ironhide scoffs, I chuckle at his action.

"Hey, Speed Racer, you're welcome to leave anytime" Cade says.

I can see he clearly doesn't like Shane.

"Oh brother," Ironhide grumbles.

"Well for the record, Superdad," Shane says and throws a rock into the fire, "I'm not hiding with you. I'm hiding out with that big guy" he says and motions to Optimus.

"Sensei, with your fate unknown," Drift says earning Optimus's attention including Ironhide's.

"Bumblebee, has held command, despite his complete and total lack of anything, resembling warrior discipline, he's like a child" Drift says, while pointing his sword at Bee.

Then Bee gets up.

"This child is about to kick your ass" Bee says through his radio.

"He brings us shame" Drift says.

Then Bee walks towards Drift ready to kick some tailpipe, Ironhide scoops me up and hides me securely in his chest.

"Ironhide" I whine.

I really wanted to see Drift and Bee fight!

"Cage fight" I hear Hound say.

I then hear metal clanging together, "Smartass" I hear Drift say.

"What the matter with them?" I hear Tessa ask her father.

I then hear something drop to the ground.

"Am I the lone sage who sees through this puppy-dog eyes act? It's beneath you" I hear Drift say.

"Drift! Enough" I hear Ironhide warn.

"Yes, I've been waiting for them all to dispatch each other, so I can take charge with no trouble at all, just me reporting to me" I hear Crosshairs say.

"Cocky aren't we?" I hear Ironhide grumble.

"Ironhide" Optimus scowls.

"Well, it sure looks like you've been missed" Cade says.

Ironhide takes his hand slowly away from his chest, I see Cade looking at Optimus, who is now walking up.

"Autobots, Lockdown is hunting us, and humans are helping, we need to know why" Optimus says totally ignoring Cade.

I would ignore him too! I mean he has a brat for a daughter and a dude he doesn't even want around!

"Well, listen, I don't know why, but I have an idea about who" Cade says.

After awhile, Ironhide stands up and sets me on his shoulder.

We are currently watching footage of an Autobot raid.

"This drove I stole recorded footage of an Autobot raid" Cade says, I feel the tears began to build, I sniffle.

Ironhide seemed to notice my sadness, he takes his finger and gently strokes my back soothingly.

"It's in pieces, but watch what happen, here" Cade says.

Then the footage switches to another Autobot raid, "That's Leadfoot" I hear Hound say.

The Autobots don't deserve this! This is a bunch of BS (Bullshit) they came back and saved our butts! Right now we all could be Megatrons' slaves! And the Autobots could be out on some other planet enjoying freedom! But they are kind beings and came back for us! And this is how we repay them?!

I huff in anger.

"They rip them apart" Cade says.

I sigh.

"Savages" Hound says while he takes his hat off and puts it to his chest.

"And later, this truck comes to haul him off. KSI. Kinetic Solutions. Defense, aerospace, government contracts. They designed this drone" Cade says.

"So these government guys just hunt you down, and then pass you off to this KSI?" Shane questions.

Ironhide hums in questioning "That bout sums it up" Hide says.

I hit him on the side of his head, he looks at me, "No, no" I say.

"The company is headquartered in Chicago" Cade says, "Could be where they were taken"

"No way to get inside without a battle" Hound says.

"A pretty big one" Ironhide adds.

"Well what if you had some human help?" Cade asks while he gets out of Drift.

"What are you two partners now?" Tessa says.

"Ungrateful Brat" Ironhide murmurs under his breath.

I chuckle.

"Sweeties, we're target now, too, we need to know why or we'll never get our lives back" Cade argues back to his daughter.

"Autobots," Optimus starts, "I have sworn to never kill humans,"

"Big mistake" Hound adds.

"Very" Ironhide also adds.

"But when I find out who's behind this, he's he going to die" Optimus says.

I smile.

Don't blame you Prime!

After our little plan, everyone started to settle down, Ironhide set me down gently, I walked over towards the fire, I watch as Cade climbs into Optimus vehicle, Crosshairs didn't want any of us to sleep in his car mode, neither did Hound.

Shane was going to sleep in Drift's mode and Tessa is going to sleep with Bee, I felt my eyes start to drop, I then heard heavy footsteps come my way, I felt a GAINT hand wrap around my body and I was being lifted off of the ground.

I whine in annoyance, I then hear the transforming noise, I laid as still as possible, after awhile the noise stopped, and I cracked my eye open to see who picked me up.

I saw Ironhide interior, I knew I had to be in the backseats, my head on my duffle bag, I then felt something warm and fuzzy drop on top of me, gently, I knew it had to be a blanket.

I then heard Ironhide say softy:

Good night my little Sweet Spark

Shadow's dream

When I opened my eyes, I wasn't in Ironhide's vehicle.

"Bee get them out of here!" I hear Optimus order.

"Shadow!" I hear Ironhide's worried voice call.

I stick my head out of the window to see Ironhide slowly rusting away, a tall gray skinny looking bot hovering over him.

Out of the Dream

Shadow's POV

"IRONHIDE!" I scream myself awake while flying up in a sitting position.

I look around and see that I'm still in his vehicle, my heart is racing, and then I feel arms wrap around me in a hug, and I'm being held comfortably towards a familiar chest.

I hear Ironhide shushing me soothingly while he takes his hand and combs my hair.

"I'm right here" he soothes.

I wrap my arms tightly around his human form, he combs my hair while he hushes me, rocking me back and fourth soothingly.

I feel my heart stop racing, Hide slowly lays me back down, I cling onto him, "Don't leave" I sob.

He kisses me gently on the forehead.

"I won't now go to sleep" he soothes.

And with that I slowly fall asleep again.
