Natsu's Point Of View 

No one made a sound even when they took Lucy away. The way she spoke was as if she knew that we weren't going to get out. Juvia wasn't here which is a good thing I guess. A door opened again, I could smell a female. I heard a cell open and things being placed on the floor. This went on for who knows how long till she reached our cell. She looked at us with shock and uncertainty.

“Please don't try anything.” She said. She opened the cell and came in. She pulled out a needle from her bag and went over to the girl in our cell. She drew blood which went into a tube, she closed it and put a label on it. She put it in her bag and pulled out another tube she kneeled down in front of us. She grabbed one of Erza's arms and put the needle near her skin but didn’t put it in.

“Push me to the ground, grab my wrist, and have a tight grip to cause a bruise. Go to the left and go down the hallway to the right keeping heading down there till you reach Lucy. if you come across any of the members, hurry up and knock them out.” She whispered to us.

“Why are you helping us?”

“Not everyone that is here wants to be here. Some of us were taken, they threaten to kill our family or we are in debt. While others were born into this and don't know that this is wrong. It's good that you guys are trying to stop them.” 

“Are you sure, we don't want to hurt you?” 

“Yes, it has to be believable. Just do it. Before you do tell Lucy that we are working on phase 2 now but we need time.”

“Alright,” Erza said. She grabbed her wrists causing her to drop the needle which shattered on the ground. Erza was careful when she pushed her down to the ground. As soon she touched the ground Erza let go of her and we ran out. We went the direction she gave us. The hallways were long, doors along the wall. We were coming closer to a break in the hallway when a door went flying off the hinges and hit the wall. A guard laying against the door. Out came Lucy, she looked different than when we last saw her. She had her hair in a high ponytail with one small braid that had different colors. Her outfit was a light blue shirt that wrapped around her neck, her sleeves ended at her elbow. Connected to her shirt was a skirt, it looked tight and it was white and blue. There was a waist cape that had ended at her mid-thigh along with her gold knee-length boots. She held her sword in her hand. She looked at us and I saw brown with gold, Guardian was in control. 

"Come on, let's go." She said and started heading the way we were going. We all ran behind her, sirens were blaring and red was flashing. We turned right to head down that hallway. Two guards appeared at the break of the hallway. They ran up to us, Guardian tightened her grip on her sword. As they came closer Guardian ran faster, once she was close enough she slashed the guards. They fell to the side, gasping for breath. We all continued, as I ran past them I could see blood pouring out of their chest. I push them out of my mind and focus on getting out of here. We soon came to a staircase, we went up. Skipping steps as we ran up multi floors. At the end, we came to a door. Guardian stopped and put her hand on my handle. Her sword changed into a dragger. She quickly threw the door open and moved her dragger to the left. A thud was heard. She kicked whoever was to the right and started running once again. As we ran into the forest, I looked behind and saw a guard on the ground with blood coming out of his neck and the other guard getting up. After running for who knows how long, we came to a stop. We all were breathing heavily.

"What about *pant* the women and kids?" Wendy asked. 

"Later," Was all she said.

"Later? Why later?"

"We were in just one of the many bases they have. I barely escaped, you had helped to get out."

"Ok, then let's contact the Master and ask him to send some of our guild members," Erza said.

"We would be captured and killed before we even have a chance to plan." She said, her voice getting louder.

"Also, that Damn base is their main one. That one is heavily guarded."

"It didn't seem heavily guarded though."

"They are planning something that needs most of their soldiers. If it was another one then yes, we would have taken it down but not this one. Their little group is in there and so far you guys can barely take them."

"So, we could have taken down some of their soldiers," Gray said.

"So you are willing to kill people?" She said. We were shocked.

"Because that is what you have to do if you knock them down or out they will get back up and fight. Even if they have no magic, they are taught to fight till they die." We stayed silent.

"Look I'm not trying to be rude or mean but I'm just… I'm trying to protect you guys." Before she could continue, some bushes off to our left started rustling. We got into a defensive stance. Out came a blue blob of hair and familiar scents. 

"Oh thank God you guys are ok," Levy said. Behind her stood Gajeel with Patherlily in her arms.

"Why are you guys here?" Gray asked.

"Juvia called us, she saw what happened and told us. We were coming to get you guys." Levy explained.

"But it seems that you guys were alright on your own," Gajeel mumbled.

"Anyways, I suggest we leave, this forest is filled with their members," Levy said.

"But what about the women and children?" Multi unknown scents filled my nose. The next thing I know is I hear something go flying past me and towards Levy. In an instant, a golden magic circle appeared In front of Levy and stopped whatever was going to hit her. Three arrows were stuck in the magic circle, each one aiming for their heads. I looked towards Guardian, she had her hand up, her hand glowing a bit. 

“We have to leave or we will be swarmed with guards. We don't have an option.” She said. The magic circle disappeared and the arrows fell to the floor. Before anyone could move or say anything, a bang went through the air. Guardian gasped and fell on her knee, holding her hip. I could see the blood pouring from in between her fingers.

“We have to go now.” She said and stood up.

“But what about-,” 

“I'm fine and they’ll be fine too. Now we have to go. Go in the direction Levy came from.” We all headed that way. Surprisingly Guardian was able to keep up even with a wound. Multi bangs and footsteps could be heard. I looked behind me and saw that we were outnumbered.

“Natsu, do your fire roar.” I heard Guardian said. I stopped running and looked at them. 

“Fire Dragon Roar.” I started running once again. I turned to look behind me and I saw that half of the soldiers fell to the floor while the rest still ran even with the burns. The smell of water soon filled my nose. A river was coming in sight. We ran straight through not caring that we got wet. An arrow flew past my head, barely missing my ear by an inch. It hit the tree that I ran past. Lights could be seen in the distances, we were almost to a town or city. Their footsteps started to slow down and we could no longer hear them. We all came to a stop, all of us were breathing heavily. 

“Why did they stopped chasing *pant* chasing us?” Patherlily asked.

“Because we are getting close to a town. They still want to keep secret.” Guardian said as she took in a deep breath. 

“Let's get into town, find out where we are and go from there,” Erza said as she took another deep breath and started to head to the town. I looked towards Guardian, her outfit changed to what Lucy usually wore and she had pulled her hood up. She limped as we walked into the town. As we walked through the town I could see kids running around and people enjoying themselves. 

“This town is just one over from where you guys were at," Levy said.

"Let's get a hotel room for the night then take the train back," Erza said.

"You sure that is a good idea?" 

"Lucy is injured and it gives us time to figure things out," Erza said, making it so there was no room for argument.

"There's a hotel nearby that we can stay in," Levy said. We all nodded and followed her. Soon a medium-size building came into sight. We all went in and Levy talked to the lady at the front desk. She came back to us with two keys.

"We got two join rooms, one has one bed and a couch while the other has two beds. So one person gets the couch while the rest has to bunk together."

"I call dibs on the couch," Gray said as we went up the stairs. There was no argument there, most likely Erza was with Wendy, Levy with Gajeel and me with Lucy. Levy unlocked the door and walked in. It was nice, nothing too much. Two beds against the wall with two doors off to the left. One door leads to the bathroom while the second one leads to the second room. Lucy went straight to the bathroom and slammed the door shut.  I laid down on the bed as Erza went to go sit on another one. Levy and Gajeel claimed the bed in the other room. The door to the bathroom opened again and Lucy came out with something in her hand. She threw the object onto the table and sat on the bed. Gray grabbed it and opened the cloth. 

“What is this?” 

“The bullet that Misty shot,” Lucy said with a grunt. 

“Are you ok though?” Wendy asked.

“Yea, had Virgo help me. She also left clothes for us in the bathroom if you want.” It was silent, no one said a word.

“So what is the plan now after that?” Gajeel asked.

“I need to speak with 4th council member and master so for now we still go with the plan. I also need to get in contact with them.”

“Who is them?”

“People in Dark Night, not all of them wanted to join willingly. So when I was first captured and had escaped, they thought that I might be able to take them out. So they got people together and waited for when I got captured again. When I did, the doctor, of which you have met, told me what was going on and everything. At first, I didn't want them to but they kept helping me so I agreed. They gave me any information they had and I helped them out. Any families they had or friends, I found them, saw if they were alive, and told them. Some of them even asked me to give notes or letters to them. The smiles and hope in their eyes, it was something. Now, I gave some of them orders like messed up information or lied about things.”

“So you got some inside people, that’s smart.”

“The doctor, she said to tell you that they are working on phase two but they need time. What is phase two?”

“Phase two is what is going to get our whole plan into motion,” Lucy said with a smile.

This took me so long to write, I kept deleting parts and when I finally got it all in my head, I started writing it and it changed. I hate when that happens or I work on one story and I start getting ideas for another. *sigh*
