Natsu’s Point Of View

The train slowly came to a stop as I woke up. I sat up and stretched my arms over my head. I looked over at Luce and she was still looking out the window, lost in thought. I finally looked at what she was wearing. A black shirt and her pants even with one pants leg cut along with her cloak. I looked at her face and I could see the scar trail down from her right eye. In the light, I could see hints of gold and blue in her eyes. My eyes then went to her neck and I could see the mark I left earlier but I also saw a scar that went to her back. I looked at her leg and I could see faded scars and new ones. 

Majikku Station we hear from the intercom. After the war with the Alvarez Empire, the council moved from their original position in Era to Majikku. They thought it would be better to be in a less populated town. We stood up and I grabbed my stuff while she just walked out. She was still limping but it wasn't very noticeable. We all waited on the platform until everyone got off. Once we were sure everyone was off we headed to the hotel that was specifically for us with master in front. A few minutes later we reached Little Sunny hotel. Gramps handed out our key cards with our room number already on it. We all head to different floors to find our rooms. I have a feeling that Mira put certain people together to get more kids around the guild. 

“Hey, Flamebrian. Bet I'm gonna get to my room before you do.'' I hear Ice Princess say and that started a whole challenge between the guys. Once we were able to go find our rooms, all of us ran up the stairs. By the time I stopped running to look at what room I had I was on floor 5 and my room number was 210. I have to go back down to floor 2. I groan inwardly. I walked back all those flights of stairs and started to look for 210. I finally found it and it was at the back of the hotel. I unlocked the door and went inside. I saw Luce and Happy already inside.

“Natzu, you’re finally here.” I hear Happy say as I face planted on the bed.

“Well, I'm going to Carla. Lushi do you know what room she’s in?”

“Yea, 314. She, Wendy, and Erza are bunking together.” I hear Happy say thanks before the door opens and closes.

“When is Gramps gonna talk to the council so we can leave?” I said as I sat up. That's when I noticed that there was only one bed but there was a small couch in the room.

“When all the guilds that are supposed to come to get here but he wanted to speak to 4th council member beforehand so I have to come along.”

“Bout Dark Night?”

“Yup.” She said as she laid on the bed. I could see that her feet were dangling.

“How’s your thigh?” I questioned as I hovered over her.

“Fine, I should heal tonight.”

“But that’s not normal.”

“Celestial magic is different, Natsu. We are more, how should I say this, connected with our magic at night. Since we use the stars and the moon, our magic gets stronger at night. Celest, she taught me how to self heal and that's why Wendy cant heals me anymore.”

“So at night, you heal yourself?”

“Yea,” I nodded and laid down next to her but I was flip the other way.

“When is Gramps gonna talk to 4th Council member?”

“He said that he was going to call her personal number and ask when she’s free. I already know if he says that I was coming to their talk’ then she’ll say come in right away.”

“Why?”

“Haven't actually had an actual conservation with her. She only gave me jobs or asked if I encountered Dark Night. I haven't gone to her in bout 3 months either.”

“Damn Luce, ignoring everyone now.”

“Shut up, I haven't ignored you guys and it's already been a month since I came back.” We then suddenly start laughing. We stop when we hear a knock on the door. Lucy gets up and answers the door.

“How are you guys settling in?” I hear Mira say.

“Nope, don't even ask. I know what you were trying to do.” I hear Mira laugh.

“I wasn't trying to do anything.”

“That's bullshit,” I shouted at her. We start laughing.

“Well, you weren't the first to know what I was doing. I see that you were doing fine. Also, Lucy, Gramps talked to 4th council member and that they will talk tomorrow morning.”

“Alright, see you later.” I hear the door close and Luce walks back in. She sits on the edge of the bed with her back facing me. A plan already forming in my head. I quietly moved as possible so I was behind her. I then surprised her by grabbing her waist and pulled her to me. Once her back hit my chest, I securely wrapped my arms around her. She tried to push me away but I didn't let go.

“Natsu, let me go.'' I shook my head no and put my face into her neck. I felt her shiver as she still tried to push me away. I started to kiss her neck and suck on random parts. She stopped trying to push my hands off of her and put one of them in my hair. I could tell that her face was getting flushed. It always has whenever I do this. I heard her whimper. I pulled away and looked at her. Her eyes changed. They were no longer just brown. They had blue and gold. At her pupil, it started at brown but halfway it changed into blue and had a golden outline of a star. I then saw faded colors in her hair, they were just random colors.

“Your eyes are different so is your hair,” I said as I started to mess with the color strains.

“It's because of my magic.”

“Oh.” Was all I could say. We heard a knock on our door again but before Lucy could get up to answer we hear Levy shout,

“Dinners in an hour. Meet in the hotel’s dining area.” Luce snaps her fingers and in gold dust, a bag appears in her hand.

“What is that?”

“Another bandage and some things Virgo put in here.” She said as she pulled out a bandage. She took off her old one and inspected her wound. She rewrapped it again and stood up. She then pulled clothes out of the bag. She walked into the bathroom and I fully laid against the bed. A few minutes later, Luce comes out of the bathroom with her old clothes in hand. She now wore a black shirt with a skirt. Her cloak was hanging in her arms. She placed the clothes in the bag and dropped it on the floor. She threw her cloak onto the couch and laid down next to me. I rolled over and pulled her into my arms. She grabbed a book that was on the nightstand near us. ‘Where did it come from?’ i thought to myself. She opened the book and started reading. I looked at the pages and tried to read the words but my mind just wasn't focused on reading. It kept going back to Gin. The way she spoke was as if she knew that we couldn't stop them. I haven't told anyone this but bout a  month after Lucy left, I went on a job and I came across Gin. She looked angry when I saw her. We were in the forest and she ran across my path. I almost ran into her as I was chasing a monster. When she saw who I was, her expression went from shock to like she got an idea. She simply asked if I saw a cloaked person run by at all and I said no, her expression went back to angry. She ran off into the direction she came. 

Now thinking bout it, that cloak person most likely was Lucy. After that encounter, I've been picking up her scent in the forest and towns. Those towns had rumors going around bout spotting Lucy so I and the team went on a job and after the job, I would ask if they saw her. They always said no but I could tell some of them were lying. I didn't press it forward though. Maybe once every few months I would pick up Luce’s scent but it faded. There was one town I had picked up a strong scent of Luce’s but we weren't staying in the town. We were only passing through. A couple of days later, we headed back to the guild and once we got there, we found out that the town was destroyed. We were surprised since that town had so many nice people.

“Natsu come on, we have to head down,” Lucy says breaking my train of thought. I jumped up and was ready to leave.

“Come on, Luce. I can't wait to eat.'' I said as we walked out of the room. I could hear her laugh behind me as she closed the door. I wanted to tell her bout my actual first encounter with Gin but I didn't want to worry her so I would keep to myself for now. We went to the first floor and in the dining area. Everyone was already there, some were getting food while others already had theirs. We walked over to where Levy, Erza, Wendy, Happy, Carla, and Juvia were sitting. Juvia was trying to feed Storm some soft food but he didn't want to eat it. He kept pushing the food away and was crying.

“Why won't he eat? Juvia already changed his diaper, Juvia even put him on the ground to see if he just wanted to crawl around but no. He just sits there and cries.” Juvia says when Lucy asks why he’s crying. 

“Lucy, do you mind holding him while Juvia runs up to the room to grab something for him?” She shook her head no and grabbed on to Storm as Juvia handed him to her. Juvia thanked her and quickly left the room. Storm kept crying which started to hurt my ears.

“Natsu how bout you get some food for us,” Lucy said once she noticed that I had winced to the cries. I nodded and walked to the food. I grabbed two plates and started to fill mine with anything while I filled Luce’s with what she usually likes. I stopped as I was bout to grab something. I don't know what Lucy likes anymore since I haven't seen her in two years. ‘I'll just go off from what I know she likes.’ i thought to myself. I looked at Lucy and I saw her talking to Storm and I could tell that he calmed down a bit but he was still crying. I don't know why but I imagine Luce with our own child. She would be a great mother. I started walking towards them when I saw her place Storm on the seat next to her and he calmed down a little more. He saw her keys on her hip and went to grab them. She stopped him before he could grab them and he looked like he was bout to start crying again. She took them off her belt and gave them to him as I set the food on the table. You could see his eyes light up at them. We all laughed as he got all happy.

“You seem to have a way with kids, Lucy,” Mira said and winked at me. I was shocked but I didn't show it.

“In one of the towns that I was in for bout a year had farming and all that. I would usually look after the kids when their mothers had to tend to the crops.” Lucy said looking at Mira before turning her attention back to Storm who was looking at each key individually. Juvia back soon but was out of breath. She saw that Storm was no longer crying and sigh.

“So Juvia ran to the three-floor, almost torn apart her room to find something so Storm would stop crying and it was for nothing.” She said as she sat in her seat. We all laughed as she put Storm on her lap.

“Lucy, is it alright he plays with your keys?”

“Yes,”

“Are you sure?”

“Yes, Juvia,” Lucy says as she looks at her food. She picked up a fork and started eating. I was already stuffing my face but as I was looking at Lucy, it was as if she was forcing herself to eat. She barely ate at least half her plate when she said that she was full and started talking to Levy. We spent the rest of the night talking with our friends. It was close to midnight when everyone said their goodnights and went off to their rooms. I and Luce went into our room and laid on the bed. I immediately fell asleep.
