Singto, the demon prince laid in his chambers, atop black satin sheets, on his King sized bed. A pale former mer-man was lying beside him with his chin on the demon's chest.

" Kit" called the demon prince, said man directed his gaze at the pair of coal black eyes rimmed with gold.

" Yes, P'Sing. "

" Your brother is taking vows. Don't you think we should stop them ? "

" Absolutely not." the mer-man adamantly shook his head in disagreement. " I know what's going on in your mind. If you send your minion to disturb their vows , I'll be upset with you. "

The demon pursed his lip, deep in thought, he weighed several outcomes of the situation. He can't stand love of his life being upset with him. Yes, Krist has Singto wrapped around his Pinky finger and Singto doesn't mind at all ! He is even proud of his pretty little mischevious mate.

" You know what will happen if he takes the vow, right ? " Singto tried to broach the topic once again.

" I know P'Sing. I went through same, remember ? And at much younger age. He is 16 ... I was 13 ! "

" But, love , your brother is not like you, he is too naive. " Sing argued.

The former mer-man named Kit closed his eyes and sighed heavily in regret " Its my fault P'Sing. I was always a handful. My parents didn't want to double the trouble, so they kept Arthit as sheltered as possible, he is like five year old mer baby."

Singto chuckled " Yeah... I did see that. He thinks objective of kiss is to announce size of dicks ! "

Krist hit Singto's chest with his palm and whined "Don't laugh at my brother P'Sing!  He doesn't have a single mer-friend. Who will teach him the adult ways? He was allowed only an octopus and a crab as his friend. People around him were kept on a leash. What do you expect? " Kit asked irritated.

Singto threaded his fingers through the mer-man's hair " calm down Kitten. I was not laughing at your brother. His naivete is funny sometimes "

" I feel responsible for him P'Sing." Kit averted his eyes, voice heavy with shame " I feel like I had a hand in worsening his life. "

Singto nodded " I can't deny that Kit. That's why I want to protect him, there's still time, we can stop the vows. Once he takes the vows, he will have no choice.... He doesn't even know of the dangers. "

" He will be fine, P'Sing. I did take the vow with you, I'm fine na." Kit assured. " He will be fine too, he is strong. "

" You knew of the danger you were putting yourself in, he is clueless. Its not fair Kit! "

" He will be fine. " Kit retorted in a raised voice " Do you think I will put my brother's life in jeopardy ? "

" Yes. That's what you are doing. You know exactly what happened after we took the vows."

Kit gritted his teeth " We turned out fine. "

" Because, I am a demon prince. He is a mere human. Do you think he will know what to do ? " Singto glared at the mirror showing a blissful merman being carried in arms of the human.

" He will. Because, you will help him. " Kit announced.

Singto raised a brow in rage at the mere suggestion " What ? Do you want demon prince Singto Prachaya to walk to a human and offer help without being asked ? "

" That's exactly what I want. " Kit announced sitting up on the bed. " My brother will fulfill his destiny and you will help him. Its my fault that he had this kind of life. Now, I'll help him live his life to fullest. "

Following his lover's suit, Singto sat up on the bed " I will not approach the human first, he must approach me. I am a prince. It doesn't suit my status to visit a commoner "

Kit pondered deeply " I think I will not have to wear my latest purchase, then. "

" What latest purchase ? " Singto asked barely able to restrain the eager curiosity pouring in to his voice.

Kit moved his hand in the air, creating a circular swiping motion. An illusionary image appeared in the thin air.

Singto gulped seeing the pearl choker snug around Krist's milky neck, two delicate gold chains extended over the black leather corset clad , ending in to a clamp on each nipple.

" There's more" Kit smirked, voice laden heavy with mischief . He waved his hand further down towards the image in the air, as if unrolling a parchment .

" Fuck! " Singto exclaimed, eyes dilated with lust. A chain bottom was secured around the the shapely waist, the assortment of golden chains curved around Krist's frame, dangled artistically, framing the rear of the merman.
Singto licked his lips as his eyes fell on the black thong printed with letters " Kitten".

The demon prince jumped down the bed, dressing himself in an Armani with a snap of his fingers, he turned to his lover " Visit to the human is in order, kitten. I'll be back in five, be ready."

" What is the hurry Tuan.." Kit drawled " your visit isn't urgent. There is still time.... I can pay you in advance though" he smirked snapping his fingers haughtily, the costume on the parchment appeared on his skin, looking even alluring in real life.

" Fuck, yeah! " The demon pounced on the bed, his eyes shining golden with a list, a state he is usually since the merman entered his life.

"" I don't know. ... Bright bird tell me – "

Kongpob cut him off before the bird could open its evil mouth and spout more nonsense.

" I know the vows... Let's start " Taking Arthit's hand in between both of his palms, Kongpob looked deep in to his eyes. " Arthit, third prince of North Seas, should you accept to be my friend - "

" Pet😒" Arthit glared while correcting Kongpob who cleared his throat nonetheless continued awkwardly.

" Should you accept to become my ,..pet, I promise you that I will keep you safe, take care of you and be loyal to you. As long as you live under my roof, no harm will befall you for I will be in the way." Kongpob smiled assuring at the merman who beamed at him, the dimples on his cheek indenting deep.

An unknown bliss spread in Kongpob's heart, the feeling of making someone smile. Arthit was smiling because of him 😊.

" Kongpob, promise that you will bring Arthit warm ice-cream. Arthit don't like cold 😫. Arthit wants the ice cream warm. "

Kongpob chuckled at the demand and bopped the merman's forehead " Warm ice-cream are not a thing, Arthit? "

" It isn't ? 😳 " Arthit asked, shocked. After a second he sighed in disappointment "I guess humans aren't as advanced as I thought 🙆..."

" Yeah " Kongpob agreed.

" Then... You promise that you will listen to everything Arthit says. "

" But, I'm the owner na... You should listen to me - " Kong argued.

" But, I'm royalty. No one orders the royalty around, Kongpob😒😣. "

" Yes, your majesty." Kongpob chuckled caressing Arthit's burn marks " Any other vows you want ? "

Arthit deeply pondered over the question, he doesn't want for his owner to have any loophole to not love him. He will become best pet in the world.

What did Kongpob say again? Pet are family & humans love pets🤔.

" You will not yell at Arthit "

" I promise"

" You will teach Arthit everything about human world. You won't feed Arthit wrong information. "

Arthit presented his hand to the bird sitting on his shoulder, the avian immediately changed its perch " Bright bird, in which book is it - "

" I give up" Kongpob raised his hand in surrender. "Don't ask the bird. I agree, it is a sin to hurt pet's emotion. I will keep you happy and healthy. I will listen to you... I will never yell at you. Do anything you want ... Just keep that damn bird away from me. " Kong pleaded.

Arthit beamed " Arthit promises to be best pet in the world for you, human. Arthit will protect you and love you and care for you. Arthit accepts you as his owner."

" With this ring, I take you - "

" There is a ring, bright bird? " Arthit asked.

The bird croaked up again " With this ring- "

" I know..." Kongpob hastily took the ring off his fingers and shoved in Arthit's middle finger. It surprisingly fitted perfect.

" With this ring I Kongpob Suthiluck take you as my..." Kongpob couldn't bring himself to complete the sentence.

" Pet " Arthit supplied, caressing the ring with his thumb.

" Yeah. " Kong nodded.
" Arthit should give you a ring too Kongpob? But, Arthit doesn't have anything ☹️"

" It's fine. Kongpob smiled. Just stay happy and smiling. Okay ? "

" Okay, master 🤗"

" Mas- ...what 😱😵" Kongpob scrambled for the words.

" Arthit is pet😊 . Kongpob is his master😚. Or did you cheat me again human 😤?."

" N..no. Yeah, I am master...therefore I order you to call me Kongpob. "

" But, I am royal, I don't take orders😒. "

" Your majesty " Kongpob gritted his teeth in annoyance " please call me Kongpob. You shouldn't call me your master, it doesn't suit your status. "

" True. You are so considerate human.🤗. Arthit will call you Kong. "

" Thank you 🙏"

" Now, you may kiss the - "

" Noooooo 😨😨😨😨" surprisingly it wasn't Kongpob but Arthit who screamed an ear piercing refusal.

" Arthit will not kiss Kongpob. Then, Kongpob will become prospective mate. Inter- species breeding is dangerous, Bright bird. 😰😰"

" Kiss..." The bird repeated.

" No. " Arthit screamed again, his hands balled in nervousness, a thin sheen of sweat appeared on his forehead. It was clear that he was panicking.

" Calm down, Arthit" Kongpob caressed his forehead, pulling a handkerchief out of his pocket, he dabbed on Arthit's forehead.

Cupping the merman's face in his palm, Kongpob made Arthit look at him.

" Arthit , look at me... calm down. "

Arthit gingerly raised his head and stared in to dark orbs of the human " Arthit doesn't want to kiss you, Kongpob. If Arthit kisses you then , you will become Arthit's mate. You already know Arthit has a big mating organ. Cross breeding is dangerous,– "  Kongpob placed a hand over the mer-man's mouth to stop his rant

" Let me give you your first lesson on human ways " said Kongpob, swiftly bringing Arthit's forehead down to his level, he pressed his lips on merman's forehead.
" This is a kiss. It is intended to express love and affection not for dick measuring competition. "

" This was a kiss ? " Arthit asked astonished.

" Yes. " Kongpob nodded.

" Human kiss expresses love ? It is good.😍 Arthit liked human kiss. Master ...no Kongpob has to kiss Arthit daily. Arthit wants daily love . " He added.

Kongpob just looked at him in amusememt but didn't reply verbally.

Placing his hands firm on the edge of the bathtub, Arthit propped up his body and planted a huge smooch on Kongpob's forehead. " Arthit will give Kongpob love daily too 😚. Will you human kiss Arthit daily, master ? "

" You are calling me master again😣 ? "

" Sorry, Kongpob 🤗".

" Okay. .. and it's not human kiss , it's just a kiss. "

" But, in merman kiss one has to open their mouth wide in pout- "

" No one does that Arthit. 🤦" Kongpob informed.

" P'Kit lied to Arthit ? "

" May be " Kongpob shrugged.

" It means , size of kiss is not proportional to mating organ 😱? "

" That's ridiculous logic, Arthit ! " Kongpob chuckled.

The merman cried in distress " it means Arthit mating organ isn't impressively big ? "

" I'm sure it's big" Kongpob patted the merman's shoulder to console , barely restraining the laughter bubbling up his throat.

Folding his hand on his chest, Arthit scowled at him " How would you know ? Arthit wants to compare ..."

" What 😬? " Second time in the evening, Kongpob fell back on his behind. It will definitely be bruised at this frequency.

" Why ? " Kongpob asked.

" Bright bird clearly doesn't have a dick, it is only you , with whom Arthit can compare lengths. "

" There's no need Arthit. Its considered rude in human world to ask people to flash ... I mean show ...asking anything about private parts is forbidden. Do you understand?. "

" But, I'm not asking about it. I just want to see. "

" I can't show you 😬"

" Why master ? Don't feel shy. Arthit will show you first – "

" Noooo 🙈. Keep it in "

A bell rang in the distance, scrambling up on his feet Kongpob ran out of he bathroom.

Saved by the bell.

" Bright bird, how shy Arthit's master is ? What will he do when giving bath to Arthit ? 🤦"

" Do your own work. " The bird preached.

" Silly ,bright bird 🤦😁. " Arthit giggled. " Pet don't do their own work. Do you think Arthit's shark bathed themselves ? Arthit had to bath them , silly. "

The bird moved his head nonchalantly.

" You didn't get it ? Arthit is a pet now, silly. Master will bath him, just like P'Sing does to P'Kit. Arthit knows all about pets. You will see, Arthit will become the best pet for master. 😎"

A/N : This was more of a filler chapter.

Many of my dear readers have confusion regarding Arthit's legs.
In this story universe, to get legs, A meran have following choices.

1. Mer-man have to take some magical potions if they want human legs for a limited period of time ( temporary) , Arthit is clueless to that. He hasn't bought any potion.

A mer-man can get permanent legs if he gives up on ocean. They will not remain mer-man anymore. And they can not enter ocean anymore.

There is a third situation where a mer-man gets legs, that will be revealed later in the story 😈.
