"3-2-1- Happy new year!" I turn and see Kellin and Vic kiss. Everyone clinks their glasses together. Kellin, Vic, Awsten and I drink our sparkling cider while the adults drink their champagne. 

"What's your new year's resolution?" Vic asks everyone after taking a sip. 

"I want to live in the moment, with the people I love, and stop worry about every little thing," Kellin replies. 

"I don't need a resolution. I wouldn't change a thing," Vic says lovingly, staring at his boyfriend with heart eyes. 

"Andy?" Awsten asks. "I have nothing," he shrugs. 

"Can I kiss you?" I lean down and whisper into his ear. He goes red.

"Maybe," he says and walks off. Kellin and Vic laugh and follow Awsten. I follow them. All of us end up in Vic's room. 

"I can't believe we all lived another year," Kellin says and lets out an airy laugh. 

"Let's all just keep living till we don't," Vic raises his glass. 

"That doesn't even make sense!" Awsten giggles. 

"Are you two staying over for the night?" Vic asks. I nod. 

Awsten runs out of the room.

"What's up with him?" Kellin asks. I shrug and sit down. I watch as Kellin leans over and kisses Vic. Their relationship is so... Pure. Even after everything, they still love each other so much. I smile to myself as Awsten walks back in. He throws an orange at everyone before sitting down next to me. 

"You know, in a few years, we'll all be sitting together, but we'll have champagne in our hands," Awsten giggles. 

"Are you high?" Kellin raises an eyebrow. Awsten shrugs. Awsten turns in his seat to face me. 

"Probably," he answers.

"Hey, can we sit on the roof?" I ask Vic. He nods and walks to the closet to get some blankets. We walk out and climb to the roof, the cool air hitting me in the face. I place a blanket down and Awsten immediately lays on it. He pulls me down to lay next to him. 

"Does anyone understand stars?" Vic asks, laughing under his breath. 

"Nope! All I know is... The sun..." Awsten answers, suddenly sounding really confused. I look over to see Kellin's arms wrapped around Vic, the former laying his head on the latter's chest. Oh. How cute. 

I look up at the stars, glittering in the dark. This could be some really cheesy metaphor, but I'm not making it. Awsten snuggles next to me and looks up at me. I barely hear Kellin and Vic's conversation when I sit up. Holding Awsten in my arms. I cup the sides of his face and he wraps his arms around me, bringing us closer. I find us both leaning until our lips touch. My emotions go crazy and my heart pounds. 

When we pull away, Kellin and Vic clap. 

"That was the best second first kiss in the world," Awsten jokes. Everyone laughs and I peck his forehead. 

Just then, the window opens and Mike crawls out. "What the fuck, guys? Why'd you leave me with those... Adults?" He shivers. Vic rolls his eyes and throws a blanket at his younger brother.

I look down slightly and see Alex sleeping. His arms wrapped tightly against me. I move the blanket to cover him completely. He moves slightly, shifting his weight.

"Jacky?" He whispers. I hum in response. "I love you," he kisses my bare chest. 

"I love you too," I whisper back, smiling softly. He smiles against my skin before falling back asleep. 

I love this boy so much. I didn't even know people could feel this much about one person. I love you,  Alexander William Gaskarth. With every fiber in my body.

Sorry, this is a shorter chapter, but I smacked a writer's block. 

Hopefully, the next chapter is longer...

I estimate about 5-ish more chapters till the end!
