Mubin sat down trying to control his anger and also his beating hard,if his parents find out that he is not around they will be worried..

"Stupid Farrah,it is all because of her":he said to himself..

"Address":he said and she gave him a fake one..

"What were you two doing outside at night?":a police man asked..

Mubin knew that Farrah will answer so he tied up his tongue..

"Good day sir,I am Khadija Dauda Yusuf and this man is here is my husband Mukhtar Sani Jalo,I am a cook and he is a guard man we got married recently and because of our tight schedule we don't get to meet each other often,so today we planned to come out and have fun then he will go back to his work and I will go home":she stated feigning innocence..

Mubin got more annoyed even though she is trying to save them can't she just say brother..

"Okay Ms Khadija since you want to spend time with each other then":the man started smiling mischievously..

"Then?":both of them chorused..

"We will lock you up inside this cell we have here":he said pointing at the cell and Farrah shouted in frustration..

"What?":Mubin asked..

"A cell":she replied and Mubin shouted a "What?"..

"Give us your bag Mrs Mukhtar":The inspector said..

Even though that wasn't his real name but being tagged as his wife gave her a mushy feeling..

Being Mubin's wife will be great for sure..

Farrah and Mubin tried their possible best to beg the inspector but he didn't bulge,he locked them up and the most annoying thing is the man even said "ENJOY" in his annoying voice..

Farrah carefully sat down on the floor,the floor was so cold and their clothes are still wet,thank God her bag is still with her even though they checked and saw the edible things packed some and give the rest to her when she told them that she was pregnant..

"Farrah you caused this":Mubin bought her out of her reverie..

"No you caused this":she argued..

"You are the one who created this night outing of a thing,wow now look at how am having fun inside this cell":he said sarcastically making her laugh a little..

"But Mubi it is adventurous,like a film we kept running then you sprained your ankle and then they caught us then we no....... I lied that you are my husband and am even pregnant and yes I said that you are a guardman and am a cook,don't you think we played many roles this night":she said laughing..

"Mubin I think this is fun you are just such a bore":she finished..

Mubin hissed loudly at what she said,Farrah is the craziest lady he have ever stumbled into in his whole 27 years of life,how can she be so calm at this moment,she is even happy like who derives joy from being locked up..

"If Mamitah and Daddy finds out we will be in soup":He said in a warning voice..

"I will find out how to leave this place before that":Farrah said getting worried also..

Yes Mubin's parents have been nothing but nice to her but how will they react if they find out that she took their son out in the night,he wet his clothes and then got locked up in a jail,so much for being a doctor..

Both of them went silent,Farrah was thinking of a plan so that they get out of that place before it is time for fajr prayer,she looked up at Mubin only to see him closing his eyes trying to sleep,she smiled mischievously as she stood up..

"Mubi let me spread this scarf for you to lie down on and my bag to use as pillow":she said smiling..

"Yes please but what about you":he asked..

"I will use the scarf on my head":she lied,she have a small khimar on..

How many lies is she going to tell this night?

She spread it for him and he lied down with a contented sigh..

"Even though it is still uncomfortable but it is better than the cold floor,it is so cold I fell like am freezing":Mubin said shaking due to cold..

Farrah regretted ever bringing him out,now he is going to catch cold because of her..

"Mubin Mubin Mubin":she shouted and he abruptly opened his eyes..

"What is wrong":he asked tensed..

"You cannot sleep when am still awake":she said laughing at the way he reacted..

"Let's continue gusting":she said smiling sheepishly..

"Tell me your must embarrassing moment":she said smiling..

"You don't forget things easily do you?":he asked..

"I have taken anti never forget pill":she said laughing..

"Funny":he said in an annoyed voice..

She went close to him and sat down as she smiled..

"Mubin even though we are in this kind of situation,locked up in a cell with wet clothes,feeling cold but still I find today great,amusing and fun all together,it was a long day also but all I will say is that I had such a great time which I didn't have in years,today I can finally say that am happy not the kind of fake happiness I feign but real happiness"

"I AM SO HAPPY":she shouted chuckling..

Mubin closed his ears letting out Am exasperated sigh..

"What do you wish you can do?":she asked out of the blue moon..

Mubin kept quite processing the question,of course he wish for many things that he cannot even count anymore and now he needs to think of what he wishes for the most..

"I wish I can see":he said smiling sadly..

"Far being blind is not easy it is soooo.......hard":he stated..

"You cannot see the people around you,you cannot watch movies or read book,you cannot chat with your friends or write,you cannot do many things and it is so boring":he said scoffing a little..

"But you have a chance,if you did go for that operation then maybe...":She didn't finish when Mubin cut her off..

"I don't want to,this is my punishment":he said clenching his jaws..

Farrah sigh as she just looked at him,she will never get tired of looking at his handsome face,every single little thing about him amaze her..

"Let's eat something":she said scrambling into her bag trying to find something to eat..

"Am not hungry":Mubin stated..

"Am sleepy":He said yawning..

Farrah let out a yawn also as she checked her phone which was inside her bag to check the time..

"4:00am":she shouted standing up with a tensed look in her face..

"Far just find a way already":Mubin said in an in patient tone..

"I have already found one":she said smiling mischievously..

"And that is?":Mubin asked curiously..

"I will open the lock with the pin of my veil which I have inside my bag,movie technique you know":she said happily..

"I just hope it works":he said stomping his feet..

Farrah's hands were already sweaty,she doesn't want to fail this blind man beside her and if this doesn't work then she won't have any other choice and she will forever feel guilty that she dragged him into this whole mess,she looked at the pin which she was holding firmly as she tuck her hands out of the cell,one hand held the lock and the other one held the pin,she put the pin in and closed her eyes praying silently that it works..

And hell was she surprised..

She stood there with her mouth agape as she smiled and jumped up making weird dance moves as she turned to Mubin was was standing there cluelessly..

"Far how is it going?":he asked and she smiled brightly before replying him..

"Perfect,now let's go":she said holding his hands as she carried her scarf and put it carelessly into her bag which was on her shoulders..

She opened the door of the cell carefully but it made a loud sound,the inspector squirmed on the chair still snoring and Farrah dragged Mubin out as they slowly walked to the door which was closed..

"Mubi we need to teach that man a lesson":Farrah said eyeing the inspector..

"No please let's go":Mubin pleaded and she just let it slide..

She opened the door carefully and they went out only to meet the two securities guarding the police station..

"Uhh hi we have just being released open the door please":Farrah said sounding tired and they did as she said..

"Mubi I will just leave a message for that inspector okay?":she said and Mubin shook his head meaning no but Farrah won't listen,she bought out a paper and pen..

You locked us up in a cell and disturbed us with those loud car horn snores of your,I pray you go to a place where they ruin that uniform of yours with raw egg and paint,you stupid black moulded monkey with you nose like a smashed over boiled rice,and your tiny red eyes,and those black big lips of yours and that teeths I think you should get a brush because they are way too brownish,dread the day we will meet again because I will rip you,you heartless fool..

Hehe such an asshole,we ran away but you were still sleeping like a clown,you are so funny (note the sarcasm)

Farrah finished with a contented smile and made her way to the guard and hand it to him..

"Give the inspector that is inside this letter tomorrow morning please":Farrah said smiling and she ran back to Mubin who looked like he is going to burst out any minute soon..

"Did you really have to do that?":he asked as they started walking..

Farrah laughed before she replied..

"Of course,a little fun won't do any harm,he needed a taste of his own medicine":she said smiling..

They continued walking silently even though it is now a 10 minute walk to Mubin's house..

The silence was a comfortable not an awkward one,both of them were lost in their own thinking world and before they realized they have already reached..

"I never knew that you can be quite for ten minute":Mubin teased Farrah as they knocked on the door..

"Am not a chatter box":She said trying to stiffle her yawn..

"You are":he said laughing at her reaction..

The guard man took a minute before he opened the door..

"Welcome":he said in a sleepy voice and both of them scurried inside..

"Thanks":they said in unison and made their way inside the house,they tried to be as quite and fast as they could be,Farrah didn't have a difficult time unlike while going out,she didn't talk this time because she was already so tired for that,she followed Mubin to his room to give him clothes to change and also some medicine because it looks like he has catch cold..

She gave him clothes and he went to the washroom to change,after he came out she gave him the medicine pouring the water that is on his bedside in a glass she handed it to him and he gulped it down then he lied down on the bed and she drew the duvet to him..

"Good night Mubi":she said yawning as she closed the door and walk run to her room..

She closed the door quietly and just lied down on the bed because her clothes were already dry and she didn't have cloths to change into..

"Mubi is so inconsiderate,he didn't even think about how I will cope in wet clothes":she whined to no one in particular as she lied down..

She let out a happy dreamy sigh as her head met the soft pillow and she smiled before closing her sleepy but before she could fall into a deep slumber she heard a faint knock on the door..

"Farrah it is time for fajr":she heard Mamitah's sleepy voice..

"Okay":she replied as she cried in frustration..

She stood up and made her way to the bathroom then performed her ablution and prayed,she didn't even finish her azkar when her eyes started closing and she just jumped on the bed letting sleep engulf her soul..

Mubin on the other side also prayed and went back to sleep because he was too tired to even tidy up the prayer mat so he just left it there and let darkness engulf him..

Perhaps they needed to sleep..
