Jyggalag/Sheogorath

Sheogorath. Like Sans, he's a fan-favorite, but not my favorite. He's a little overrated, don't you think? This part will be specifically about him and the Greymarch.
As some Elder Scrolls fans may know, at the Greymarch the Madgod turns into the god of Order to destroy his realm and recreate it. The other Princes created Sheogorath to lock Jyggalag inside of... But are they the same person?
This is a confusing question. They aren't, but they are at the same time. Imagine Sheogorath being a caterpillar, and he turns into a butterfly, Jyggalag. They would be the same person then, but the way I see it, it's like a demon possessing him. If a demon posseses someone in Sci-Fi films or whatever, would the spirit and his/her host be the same person? No, not spiritually or mentally, but physically.
The way I imagine it happening is that Sheogorath's conscience/memories are temporarily locked away in a mental abyss and is unaware and not in control of what is happening. Same with Jyggalag turning back into Sheogorath. At the same time, they're the YinYang; they're complete opposites yet cannot exist without the other.
For example, Sheogorath may be capable of feeling love/compassion, but Jyggalag? Most definitely not.
So this is kind of confusing, but I'd like this book to be discussion-based. So I'd like to hear your thoughts in the comments please so we can talk about this. ^o^//
Also know that this is canon Sheogorath. Not fanon.
