Lilith's been in Heaven for seven years, right? Well, what if she had some kind of affair, or maybe she was already pregnant when she got to Heaven, and that's why Emily was raised up there.

And before you ask "but wouldn't they kick Lucifer's daughter out?" well... maybe they don't know.

Who knows, maybe Lilith gave Emily up and that's why she's up in some of the highest ranks; because she was raised by somebody up there.
