-Since Bill designed the bubble Mabel's in he probably made it brainwash her into thinking her brother sucks majorly. 

-Soos and Wendy have to look after Dipper (and Mabel..)

-DIPPER IS A GRUNKING 12 GOING ON 13 YEAR OLD AND THE APOCALYPSE IS RN, ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT HIS PARENTS WILL NEVER LET THEM GO BACK TO GRAVITY FALLS.

-Childhood ruined

-Lots of trauma therapy, and the fact that if they tell the truth no one will believe them. Mentally broken children.

-Do they even want to go to Gravity Falls after this?

Ok, Okay here is a real theory...

What if at the end of the series on the last episode they choose that it is best not to remember the horrific events that have happened to them and the entire town including Dipper, Mabel exc. get Memory Wiped with the gun thingy, and all is forgotten about Gravity Falls' weirdness. 

Ouch, that'd hurt me so bad if I was right.
