"Mum,didn't he take part in the war,you have not mentioned him?"

"No,he did not.The creator created him from earth and in earth.
She did not make him bad or good.
She made him a neutral god.
He's a god that loves to live in solitude,an hermit.

It is rumoured that he lives in earth's core and comes out every one thousand years but I do not know how true that is.
They say he sees all and feels all that goes on in Earth.
Only few gods have met him..Zeus,Poseidon and Hades."

"Yes, but Asteria has seen him in her revelations," Drake said cutting her off.

She glared at him and he smiled sheepishly.

"Enough of this for now, Who are these two? "

"I'm Drake and I am handsome," he winked at me.

Disgusted,I shivered and said sarcastically "Oh yes,you very handsome although I think you're the only one that noticed it."

Eunice broke into fits of laughter and wiggled her eyebrows at him,
"It's seems you have met your match,Drakey."

I ignored them and faced my mum who was watching us in amusement.

"How do you know these two?"

"Well, before that remember when I said Asteria died before revealing the prophecy?"

I nodded.

"Good,the gods were scared of the creator's return so they decided to formulate a plan to bring Asteria back.

They kept her in a glass coffin and preserved her body with magic.
Different gods and titans were invited to revive her but they all failed.

This went on for ten years without a solution until Apollo suggested they invited Theon.

The gods were desperate for a solution so they accepted it.
They tried all they could to find him but they could not.
After trying to find him for so long, they gave up and decided to form another plan.

Plans after plans, solutions after solutions but none worked.It was a lost cause.

Until the fall night,on that night,an eclipse and a meteor shower occurred simultaneously and an unknown  man was found standing right in the middle of it.
No one could recognize him so he was taken to the council.

Zeus,Poseidon and Hades froze while others looked in confusion.
Poseidon yelled 'he's here,he's here,Theon is here.

Going straight to the point,he said with a stone masked face 'where is Asteria's body?'

They took him there and he asked them to wait outside.
After 3 hours,he came out and demanded a human vessel to put her soul in.

Prometheus being the only titan capable of creating humans created a vessel for her soul.

He put her soul in the vessel,the body glowed for a few minutes before returning to its normal state.

He handed the body to Poseidon and vanished into thin air.That was the last time he was seen.

He placed her body in a room and they all waited for her to wake up.

Days later,the creatures in hibernation made by the oscuro attacked the palace with the aim to kill Asteria for good.

They took her body and ran away but were intercepted by Selene who had her werewolves attack them.
She won the fight and took her body back to the palace.

Her body was placed at a location where Zeus alone knew.

It was obvious they had a mole who was working for the oscuro.

They couldn't find the mole and they never did so they divided humans from gods and erased their memories.

A wall invisible to human eyes was used to divide both worlds.
The human world was called Earth and the world of the gods was called Mesophath.

Thirty five years ago, Asteria woke up with no knowledge of who she was.
The gods were joyous she woke up but were irritated she didn't know who she was.

They nurtured her and thought her everything she knew.
She was confined in the palace and was never given the opportunity to go out.
She was seen as a gem for few reasons.
She was the key to knowing the prophecy and saving them but she was human.

The gods and titans were naturally barren,many gods wooed her just to get in her pants to make children.
Being human, a lot of them saw her as a weak creature and looked down on her.

She spent fifteen years in the palace learning and gaining new knowledge.She learnt new fighting skills and gained control of her powers.

Prometheus being her creator,became fond of her and took her as his daughter.

After fifteen years in the palace elapsed,she fell unconscious for two days.

During this period,she regained her memories including the prophecy except the death of unum tenebris.

In the revelations,she found that Asteria was supposed to die to fulfill the prophecy.

In the prophecy,unum tenebris came back with the sole purpose of destroying everything.

It was chaotic,bodies were everywhere and blood was splattered.
The world collapsed and she was the only one left.
The gods and titans were disturbed by this revelation and asked her to consult the oracle on how she could be killed for good.

She called out to the oracle for months with no reply before she got an answer.

A saviour was needed.A girl neither created by gods nor titans adorned with the powers of ten gods and two titans.

So, a human female was used.
Zeus went to earth searching for the perfect woman to birth her.

It took him six months to find her,when he did,he fell in love with her and brought her back to Mesophath.

With Hera's blessings,he got married to her and she gave birth to a girl months later.

She was the first half ling,half god half-human.
She was named Aleka meaning defender of mankind.

At two months, Aleka was brought to the council to initiate the plan according to the oracle, ten gods and two titans each donated a part of their powers to her.

Zeus gave her the power to control the sky and weather.
Poseidon gave her the power to control water.
Apollo gave her the power to control air and light.
Hades gave her the power to control fire.
Hecate gave her the power cast spells.
Hera gave her the power of healing.
Selene gave her the power of the moon.
Nyx gave her control over the night.
Eon gave her the power of the dawn.
Prometheus gave her the gift of intelligence.
Hephaestus gifted her with the power to yield weapons
Ares gave her strength.

The palace was attacked two days later,Zeus commanded Asteria to flee with Aleka to the human world.

She did,she came to earth with Aleka crying in her arms."

I sat quiet trying to absorb it all.

"Where is Asteria now?"

She stared into my eyes and said "I am Asteria."
