Kokichi P.O.V
What does this picture mean to him, why is he sad. Like if I had a mom I would be happy and glad to just have one photo of her and me. "Hey Shuichi you look sad is something wrong". He just looked at the picture on the laptop frowning like some kid with a popped balloon.

"There's something wrong what is it". He then looked at me with glommed eyes and said "my mom pasted away along with my dad". (By the way I forgot what happened to Shuichi's mom and dad but just roll with this for now)

I didn't know he lost his mom and dad. "What happened to them". Why did I say that. You're probably going to make him cry, good going Kokichi. "My mom got cancer and my Dad died from a broken heart, and I got stuck with my uncle".

"That horrible I sorry for asking". He smiled and said "Its ok, I just wish they were still here". I feel his pain but I have no one to talk to in this case, everyone doesn't care about me so I glad I got to talk to Shuichi about his family.

" you know you should try and look for the light in things Shuichi, sure things start bad but can turn good if you have some help" I looked at him with a smile.

He looked surprised and smiled/blushed. I hugged him when "thanks, Kokichi"
