"Good morning nasty" Felix greeted me as I walked from my bedroom

"Oh hush" I squinted at him and pursed my lips "You've been wanting something like that to happen" I headed into the kitchen

"I don't even know what y'all did. All I know is, you were loud as hell so the dick must've been good" he sat at the counter

"Actually, we didn't have sex" I grabbed the cereal

"Then what had you moaning like that, sis?" He leaned forward, wanting to know more

"He just played with it." I poured the cereal into the bowl "But it felt amazing" I groaned

"Oueeee. He got it like that" Felix smirked "Girllll"

"But after, he just left like nothing happened"

"What the hell?"

"That's what I said" I said before spooning some cereal in my mouth

"You need to talk to him about that" he shook his head "He can't be getting you all hot and steamy then leaving"

"Right" I said with a full mouth

"He's trying to play with you an we're not having it" Felix said, loud and proud

"That's right!"

"You're gonna march over to his apartment and give him a piece of your mind!"

"Yes I am!" I realized what I said, after I said it "On second thought..."

"Nooo. Come on" Felix pushed me out the door

"Fe, I still have on pajamas" I complained

"Girl, he stuck his finger in the honey pot. You ain't got nothing to be ashamed of" he knocked on Chris's door

"No Fe I-" he went back in my apartment and closed the door

Just when I was about to turn around and go back to my place, Chris opened the door.

"Wassgood, sweetheart" he smiled

"I uhm...I wanna talk to you" my eyes wandered his shirtless body

"Ight." He stepped into the hall and closed his door "Wassup?"

"About yesterday..." I trailed off, fiddling with my fingers "What was that?"

"A lil friendly encounter" he shrugged

"But I-"

"Baby, come back to bed" a girl opened his door, half naked

This nigga. Really?

"I'll be in there" he said, closing the door back himself

I raised my eyebrow "Baby?"

"I ain't her damn baby, we just fuck around from time to time" he admitted

"Bye Christopher" I scoffed, turning to go in my apartment

"Where you going?" He grabbed my arm

"Don't touch me" I yanked way from him "How you gonna fuck some other girl after what we did yesterday?!"

"You ain't have a problem with me fucking others girls before"

"Before you fucking kissed and touched me! How dare you?"

"E, chill" he chuckled "Me and you are just friends"

"So what we did was just a lil friendly fingering, huh?"

"Pretty much" he chuckled

"Fuck you. Hope you catch something. Goodbye" I flicked him off before going back into my apartment and slamming my door

Y'all might think I'm overreacting, but because of my past, I have extra protection over my lady garden. I'm not saying I expected me and him to get together, but I at least expected him to respect me a little more.

"What's wrong?"

"Fuck him!" I sat on the couch "He tried to play me like a dummy."

"I'm sorry, baby cakes" he hugged me

"I don't never wanna talk to him, see him, or even hear about him again" I felt my eyes watering

I started crying because I knew I had lost him as a friend.

"I know you might not wanna hear this, but I think what you feeling is more than a lil lust." Felix said "You over here crying and stuff" he wiped my eyes

"I know" I sniffled "This is dumb"

"Maybe you had actually started to develop a liking towards him...more than in a friendly way"

"Ugh" I groaned, leaning my head on his shoulder

*later that night

Chris

"Breezy, how you been?" Nick, one of my many rivals, sat down at the table

We had ordered out a section in this night club to do some business.

"Cut the bullshit. Wassup?" Sean said

"So hostile." Nick chuckled "I just wanted to tell you that one of your members has joined my side" he took a puff from his cigar

"One of my members?" I raised my eyebrow in confusion

"You can come in" he called outside

Me and Sean sat and waited for who'd come around that corner. Lo and fucking behold, it was Kevin's ass.

"Wassup fellas" he smiled and reached his hand out

"And you called us fake. Get that shit outta here" I slapped his hand away

"What I did wasn't fake. This is a business, I was just choosing better for myself" he smirked

"Calm down, calm down" Nick said "I think we all can come to a settle agreement. We can go half and half"

"I don't work with snakes" I mugged "Tate, escort them out" I said to my bodyguard

He nodded and did as told.

"Wish you would've taken my deal" Nick shook his head before exiting

"This some shit" I said to Sean

"I knew something was off about Kevin's ass! You think he been working for Nick this whole time?"

"Probably...his well being isn't our concern anymore. He's an enemy" is at back and took a swig from my class

"Eden calling you" Sean tossed me my from off the bar

Inside, I got excited, but I played it cool.

"Wassup?"

"How dare you treat my best friend like that?" Felix's loud voice hit my ears

"Yo, mind ya business"

"No! You mind yours!" He argued "And at this point, Eden is none of yours" he said before hanging up

"Who was that?" Sean chuckled

"E's friend" I locked my phone

"I could hear his loud ass from way over here. Wassup wit' you and E?"

"Nothing major." I shrugged "Let's go make this money" I stood up
