It's unfortunate to find yourself in a prediciment where you belived your future in said business was bright & ahead of you, only to realise it's dull & around you.

'Those' incharge are seeking someone else.

One more like 'Them'.

In my experience; duped into another role, credit taken from my idea's (I was warned not to make any extra effort to help though) && the job I supposidley got was still being advertised.

If you wish to remain in employment, keeping your head down & apreciating the simplicity helps.

Perhaps whilst seeking better options elsewhere.
