Another early 20 something boss handed her first ever job managing a bar & bunch of people who actually run the business day in day out - cleaning, admin (e.g budgeting, re-ordering & taking & making phone calls), serving, opening, closing - all duties keeping the place running.
In many cases, these people have been graphting & troubleshooting at work whilst she was still at school.

Technically, this management role should be great for her:

What did she do with gift?
○ kicking back as every aspect of her job was done for her
○ scan through her phone; plays puzzels, update her status, spy on people
○ firing or reducing the hours of staff who dare defy her (no matter how polite) or beg for flexability
○ chat with her boyfriend
○ go on dates with her boyfriend, often during her extened breaks, dispite working on average 3 times a week, as time with her boyfriend was 'what's more importiant'

This one, like many others, expected magic and an easy ride - a childish individual who behaved catty over non-issues & didn't seem to have her head in the game, failed to understand problems explained or atleast took no interest when those below her raised concerns - only answered to her boss (who like her occassionally dropped by) who would allert her to a concern.

A current employee states the place isn't doing great now - in the past few months the staff turn over has been high & the boss had to step in & do more, though said manager is still there, in the same position, behaving as she did before.
