'what? i think stabbing him would be good for me'

✧༺♥༻✧

"Toto Derek Hale, you have terrible taste in women! No more dating unless I set you up!" Lottie shouted as she entered the Alpha's loft with her friends in tow. She was furious. Not only had her bad feeling about Jennifer been completely justified, but she'd now taken Papa Stilinski and her boyfriend was devastated, as was she. Oh and she still had Jennifer's blood on her hands, but that was in no way satisfying the bloodlust she currently felt. She would not rest until Jennifer Blake was dead.

"What are you talking about?" Derek asked, confused, taking in the glum looks of Stiles and Scott and the furious look on Lottie's face. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't nervous.

"Jennifer? Yeah she's the Darach and she's taken Papa Stilinski. So, you're going to believe me and dump her ass then help us finish her." Lottie explained briefly. Derek pondered what she said before nodding slowly.

"Okay."

"Okay? I was expecting more of an argument or need for proof." Stiles mumbled, loud enough for the Alpha to hear.

"It's Tiny, she'd never lie to me. Not about something like this." Derek shrugged, biting back his disappointment in not only Jennifer, but himself for not realising.

Sighing, Lottie went up to Derek and wrapped him up in a hug tightly, feeling him untense as she held him. Rolling his shoulders, he lifted Lottie and carried her to a hidden spot in his loft, gesturing for the others to follow. Jennifer was there and she was coming up.

"Derek? Derek, where are you?" Jennifer called out to the seemingly empty loft as she entered the room, the perfect picture of horror and worry.

"Right here." Derek replied, stepping out of the shadows to face her, his expression blank.

"Oh thank God." Jennifer sighed as she rushed at him, wrapping her arms around him. Derek couldn't help but notice how unsafe he felt in her arms, the comfort she once brought disappeared the second Lottie told him about Jennifer's true identity. "Something happened at the recital. At the school. I need to tell you before you hear it--before you hear any of it from them." Jennifer began.

"From who?" Derek asked, already knowing the answer.

"Scott, Stiles– Lottie," She practically spat, her facade falling briefly, "They're going to tell you things. Things you can't believe. You have to trust me, okay? You trust me." Jennifer tried. "Promise you'll listen to me."

"I promise." Derek lied as Jennifer pressed her lips to his desperately. But Derek hesitated. Jennifer pulled back, looking in his eyes, noting the lack of reaction, his visible unease.

"They're already here, aren't they?"

Scott, Stiles and Lottie stepped out of their hiding spot, blank looks on all their faces except Stiles, who just looked beyond devastated.

"So they told you it was me? That I'm the one taking people?"

Scott answered instead of Derek, "We told him you're the one killing people."

"Oh, that's right. Committing human sacrifices. Cutting their throats? I probably do it during my lunch hour. That way I can get back to teaching high school English the rest of the day. That makes perfect sense." Jennifer scoffed a laugh, still trying desperately to get Derek back onside.

"Where's my Dad?" Stiles asked, his voice cracking as a tear fell down his face. Lottie instantly reached for his hand, squeezing it three times, trying to ground him, reminding him she was there and she loved him.

Scoffing, Jennifer looked at Stiles, "How would I know?" Turning to face Derek she continued, "Derek, tell me you don't believe this?"

"Do you know what happened to Stiles' father?" Derek asked, crossing his arms across his chest.

"I have no idea."

"Ask her why she almost killed Lydia." Scott told Derek firmly as Jennifer rolled her eyes, throwing her hands out in exasperation.

"Lydia Martin? I don't know anything about that." Jennifer denied.

"Well what do you know?" Derek asked, his temper growing with each passing moment. It didn't help that Lottie's anger was contagiously palpable. He felt like he could reach out and touch it.

"I know these two boys and that thing, for whatever misguided reason, are filling your head with an absurd story. One they can't prove, by the way." Lottie inhaled deeply, trying to contain her anger for the opportune moment. She knew Jennifer was just trying to get a rise out of her. And she wouldn't. Not yet anyway.

"What if we could?" Scott offered, revealing a vial in his hands containing ground and crushed remains of green and brown leaves. "Mistletoe. My boss told me it's a poison and a cure. Which means you can use it, but it can also be used against you." He explained before flinging the vial's contents at Jennifer as the quartet watched her scream as her face transformed into that of the Darach.

The dust settled around her, Jennifer looked up with a mixture of rage and fear. She started to back away, moving for an escape. But Derek lunged at her. In her pit of rage she hadn't noticed Lottie had moved and was standing behind her, fully transformed into her on land form.

"No, Derek wait–" Jennifer begged as Derek tightened his claws around her neck and Lottie stuck her claws into Jennifer's lower back. "Wait, just wait--you need me."

"Ignore her Toto, she's a lying scumbag." Lottie growled.

"I'm the only one that can save your sister. Call Peter. Call him." Jennifer coughed out. Derek did as the evil woman asked, calling Peter before he quickly hung up and slowly lowered the phone. His grip on Jennifer's throat tightened as Lottie dug her claws into the woman's back even further.

"Derek? Lotts, what are you doing?" Scott asked panicked. Derek and Lottie made eye contact, nodding in agreement with one another, they'd do it together. Jennifer opened her mouth into a gasp, trying to draw in air through the pain.

"Her life– it's in my hands." She choked out.

"Stop. You guys, STOP." Scott pleaded, until Jennifer said the one thing that got Lottie to do the very thing she asked.

"Stilinski--you'll never find him." Lottie released instantly, sending Derek a look that said this wasn't over. They'd get her when the time was right. Reluctantly he let go, sending her to the floor in a crumpled heap.

Jennifer drew in a sharp breath as she glared up at the quartet in defiance, slowly rising. "That's right. You need me. All of you."

Lottie kicked the woman in the stomach sending her back to her hands and knees. "Shut up? Like seriously, your mangled ass has an expiry date and it's coming round quickly. As soon as you serve us no purpose..." Lottie leaned in close speaking just so that Jennifer could hear, "I'll kill you myself."

The group split into two cars, Derek with Jennifer and Lottie with Stiles and Scott in the Jeep. Lottie hated how quiet Stiles was. Reaching over she rested her head on his shoulder across the gearstick, no matter how uncomfortable it was, and ran her nails up and down his arm, hoping she could bring him an ounce of comfort, sighing in relief when she felt his shoulders loosen just a tad.

"We're going to find your Dad."

"How do we know he's not already..." Stiles swallowed harshly, unable to finish the sentence.

"He's not." Lottie denied. "He's not. We are going to find him."

"Something feels wrong about this. We proved it to Derek, but she had this look like it didn't matter. Like it was all still going according to plan. You saw it, didn't you?" Stiles asked, he knew Lottie had seen it in Jennifer's eyes.

"Stiles, I swear to you right now. When we find your Dad, we will keep him safe and then I will put an end to this. No matter what. Do you understand me?" Lottie asked, her double meaning not going amiss by Scott who was more than unnerved by Lottie's unflinching ability to discuss killing someone. It wasn't right in his mind. What he didn't realise was that sometimes in order to do good, you had to do something bad. And if it meant keeping Stiles safe and happy? There wasn't any length Lottie wouldn't go to.

As they approached the hospital, siren lights flashed as ambulances full of evacuees veered away from the hospital's entrance. The two cars pulled up to a screeching halt as Derek pulled Jennifer out of his car harshly. Stiles helped Lottie down from the car quickly before pulling out a baseball bat, smiling when Lottie laughed.

"What? You guys have claws, I have a bat?"

"I love you." Lottie hummed, placing a brief kiss to his lips before dragging him to the entrance of the hospital, entering through a side door. They passed the reception desk just as Melissa came bustling back in the area from the ER entrance.

"Scott?" Melissa called out, causing the group to pause. "What are you doing here? The hospital's evacuating."

Scott turned to face his mother, "We're here for Cora." Lottie waved briefly, before pulling the woman in for a quick hug, despite Melissa's look of confusion.

"All of you? And why does Stiles have a bat?"

"Mum, trust me on this. You need to get out of here. Right now." Scott warned. Melissa noticed the tight, harsh way Derek was holding Jennifer and the glares Lottie was sending said woman's way before nodding hesitantly.

"The building is supposed to be clear in thirty minutes. We've got two more ambulances coming back. One's ten minutes out. The other's twenty. Cora needs to be on one of those. They'll be picking up in the basement garage."

"Got it." Scott replied, before leading the group to the elevator as a frightened Melissa could do nothing but watch the scene helplessly.

The quintet stood in the elevator as Derek remained holding his tight grip of Jennifer as he reached for the 2nd floor.

"You don't need to keep me on a leash, Derek. I'm going to help." Jennifer sighed as Scott looked on unconvinced and Stiles raised his bat, ready to bash her head in with it. Lottie however just laughed humourlessly.

The elevator doors opened with a ding as the group stepped out, the lights above flickering ominously. Derek slowly released Jennifer, moving past the group to the double doors of the Patient Holding Area. The black blood on the floor didn't go unnoticed. They made their way further down the hallway when two double doors burst open and a body soared through them, sliding to their feet.

"YAY! Someone finally used Peter as a human bowling ball! Who do I have to thank?" Lottie cheered, clapping her hands together manically.

Peter looked up, groaning in pain, "We got a problem." Down the hall, the monstrous werewolf figure of the conjoined twins stepped into the light, the unconcious body of Cora laying at their feet. "Big problem."

A brilliant red glowed from Derek's eyes, his face fully transformed into a werewolf as he rushed to meet the Twin Alpha in the middle of the corridor, their bodies colliding brutally. Scott quickly transformed and jumped into the action, racing to help whilst Lottie stayed back briefly, her eyes scanning over Stiles in concern as he clutched his baseball bat.

"Okay Batman, I need you to get to Cora okay? Don't get in the middle of this. Need your brains and I rather like you all in one piece." She instructed, squeezing his hand gently as he nodded. "Use the imbecile." She nodded to Peter before transforming herself, Stiles temporarily stunned by the pure power and beauty of his girlfriend.

Lottie made her way over to the fight as Derek slammed to the floor and Scott was lifted into the air, the Twin Alpha gripping the young werewolf by his neck. Lottie slid across the floor on her knees, tackling right into the Twin Alpha, knocking them off balance slightly, to her dismay it only led them to tighten their grip on Scott's neck.

"Ethan, Aiden--stop." Scott choked out as Lottie stood to her feet in a fighting stance. "You don't know what you're doing."

"All we want is her." The Twin Alpha roared with the combined voices of Ethan and Aiden. Lottie helped Derek off the floor as they noticed Jennifer running to the elevator, a hint of regret on her face that was quickly replaced with fear when Lottie ran at the lift, desperate to stop her. Unfortunately, Lottie was too slow, hitting her fists against the lift doors in fury, a dent left in her fists place as she let out a roar of frustration.

Noticing Stiles and Peter had safely got Cora, the group began to run, racing through the double doors and into the morgue, the Twin Alpha following close behind.

"Don't stop!" Derek shouted. Of course, Stiles took this as the perfect time to ignore the instruction and held back, promptly hitting the Twin Alpha over the head with his bat, looking on in shock as the bat splintered in half and broke. Hands trembling, Stiles dropped the bat with a gulp as he looked for Lottie who was at his side in an instant, fangs bared as the Alpha turned to look at them.

"Give me a lift?" Scott called out to Derek, grimacing when Derek grabbed him by his jacket and flung across the room, latching onto a lighting fixture, Scott yanked it free whilst Lottie dodged a swipe from the Alpha. The fixture smashed down onto the head of the Twin Alpha as sparks flew everywhere. The beast crumbled underneath the steel fixture amid bursts of electricity.

The supernatural beings all shared a glance before running again, Derek dragging Stiles back in annoyance at the boy for not following his instructions as Lottie shoved them both on. When the Alpha stood, it was met with an empty room.

Stiles burst through a set of double doors with Peter close behind carrying Cora as the man set her on an operating table. Derek, Scott and Lottie rushed in close behind, all three back in their human forms as the imminent threat wasn't so imminent anymore.

"Where's the big guy?" Peter asked.

"Close." Derer replied gruffly.

"What about Ms. Blake?" Stiles asked as he gestured for Lottie to come into his open arms which she did gladly, drinking in the comfort he provided. Stiles scoffed however when Scott shook his head. "What do you mean? Like gone? Are you kidding me?"

"Be quiet!" Derek spat harshly, trying to keep the hyper-active boy's anger at bay.

Lottie cringed at Derek's instruction, knowing he'd said the wrong thing, "Me be quiet? You're telling me what to do? When your psychotic mass murdering girlfriend--the second one you've dated by the way--has my dad tied up somewhere waiting to be ritually sacrificed?" Stiles fumed.

"He does have a point Toto. You have fucking horrible taste in women." Lottie sighed as she turned in Stiles' arms, his hands around her stomach.

"Stiles, they're still out there." Scott tried to help.

"And they want her, right? Which means now that we don't have her either, my Dad and Cora are dead." Stiles replied, no longer playing, they were on a time crunch and he felt like nobody - except Lottie - was really trying.

"Not yet." Scott said forcefully, getting Stiles to back off. The last thing they needed was infighting. They needed to be a united front. Scott looked over at Cora who was being crowded by Derek and Peter, concern riddling their features. "Is she really dying?"

"She's not getting any better." Peter replied glumly.

"There has to be something we can do. We have to help her." Scott sighed, before a voice called out from the doorway.

"You can't." Jennifer called out as Lottie rolled her eyes. "Only I can. I can save her and I can tell you where Sheriff Stilinski is. But there's a pack of Alphas in this hospital who want me dead. I'll help you only when I'm out of here and safe. Only then."

"How dare you use Papa S and Cora as bargaining tools. You fucking coward." Lottie spat as Stiles held her back from attacking.

"I'm the only one that can help. So please, keep your bitch on a tighter leash."

"Who the fuck are you calling a bit-" Stiles cut Lottie off by putting his hand over her mouth, whispering words of reassurance in her ear. She'd have her chance at her. There was nobody to stop Derek though who lunged at the older woman. Scott quickly stood inbetween them.

"She was trying to get out. She doesn't give a shit about anything." Derek roared.

"I was trying to keep from getting killed. You can't blame me for that." Jennifer scoffed, looking at her nails.

"You want to show us you're one of the good guys?" Stiles started, before pointing at Cora. "Heal her."

"Not until I'm safe." Jennifer replied, shaking her head.

Peter raised his hand, "I'd like to volunteer a different method of persuasion. How about we torture her?" Lottie grinned at the older man for the first and probably last time, liking his train of thought as Derek agreed.

"Works for me." Derek moved to move Scott to the side when the PA System crackled to life above them, nobody moved in anticipation.

"Um... can I have your attention..." The terrified voice of Melissa McCall called out, "Mr. Deucalion--excuse me, just Deucalion--requests you bring the woman calling herself Jennifer Blake to the ER reception. Do this and everyone else can leave. You have ten minutes." The PA clicked off, leaving Scott breathless and terrified.

"He's not going to hurt her Scott." Jennifer said as soon as the silence became unbearable. "He won't. Scott, you know why. Tell them it's true."

Reluctantly, Scott nodded. "Derek, you aren't the only one he wants in his pack. That means adding the rarest of Alphas to his ranks. And the girl if he can manage it."

"A True Alpha." Peter hummed in realisation. Stiles asked what that was before Peter continued. "The kind that doesn't have to steal the power from another. The kind that can rise by their own force of will. Our little Scott."

"It doesn't matter." Scott nodded over to Jennifer, who looked on with a smirk. "We still have to get her out of here."

"Scott, your Mum-" Stiles stared before Scott interrupted him.

"My Mum said there was one more ambulance coming in twenty minutes. I don't think we've been here that long. If we could get down to the garage, we could get that last ambulance and get out of here."

Peter scoffed, "The twins aren't going to just let us walk out the door."

Shrugging replied, "I'll distract them. Fight them. Whatever I have to do."

"I'll help-" Derek began, only to be cut off by Jennifer.

"Sorry, but I'm not going anywhere without you, Derek." Lottie rolled her eyes at the woman's demand.

"I'll do it. But I'd prefer going out there with an advantage." Peter decided, very nonchalantly.

"What's that mean? Like a weapon?" Stiles asked as he thought about his baseball bat that was in pieces back in the morgue. Lottie made a mental note to buy him a metal one, at least it wouldn't break so easily. She hoped.

"Something better than a baseball bat, yes."

"Hey! Don't diss the bat." Lottie scolded playfully before the room broke out into chaos as they tore through draws, spilling their contents on the floor as they looked for a more suitable weapon. Scott picked up scalpels of various sizes only for Peter to shake his head. Stiles and Lottie each held up one pad each of a defibrillator, smirking at each other.

"Do either of you even know how to use those?" Derek asked.

"No." "In theory?" Stiles and Lottie replied simultaneously as Derek shook his head at the pair.

"Then put them down." Seeing Lottie's glare he continued. "Please?"

"Much better, Toto." Lottie grinned before turning to Scott who held up a huge syringe containing a clear liquid.

"Epinephrine?"

"All that would do is make him stronger." Derek sighed as Peter turned, looking at the syringe with a newfound interest.

With a raised brow, Peter asked, "How strong?"

The room fell silent once again before Lottie shuffled forward with her hand raised shyly, "Can I be the one to stab him with it?" The room looked at her, not even that surprised anymore. "What? I think stabbing him would be good for me?"

✧༺♥༻✧

As Peter and Scott fought off the Alpha twins, Derek, Jennifer, Stiles, Lottie and a still unconcious Cora burst through the doors of the garage, Stiles leading the way.

"It's still here!" He called out, the ambulance sitting before them, lights flashing across the darkened garage in a haze of blues and reds. Rushing over, Lottie and Stiles took a door each, flinging them open so Derek could place Cora on a gurney.

"Derek... over here." Jennifer called out. At the front of the ambulance, Jennifer stood with her eyes locked on something lying a dew feet away in the shadows. A body.

Slowly, the older pair approached and discovered the ambulance driver's lifeless eyes staring back up at them, horror evident still in what once were kind eyes. On his chest? A bloody footprint.

"Julia," The voice of Kali calls out from the shadows, "It is you." She stepped into the light, twirling the keys to the ambulance around her finger.

Stiles grabbed Lottie's hand, pushing her into the ambulance, before climbing in behind her, slamming the doors shut behind him. They watched through the front window of the van as Kali closed in on Jennifer and Derek. Jennifer cowardly stepped behind Derek as Kali continued her steady approach towards their retreating figures.

"You can't beat her on your own." Jennifer mumbled.

Derek nodded, "That's why we're going to run." He grabbed her hand and with that they sped off, leaving Lottie shouting after them.

"TOTO YOU BETTER NOT DIE!"

And then she was left in silence with Stiles and Cora. Stiles checked the locks on the door were engaged three times before Lottie tugged on his hand, pulling him to sit on the spare gurney next to her. He was practically vibrating with nervous energy, his leg bouncing up and down fast as Lottie rested a hand on his thigh with a confident smile.

"We're okay. Say it to me."

"We're okay." Stiles sighed back to her, relishing in the relief when her lips pressed to his gently. "We're okay." Absentmindedly he plucked a bag of Twizzlers off a shelf before turning his attention to Cora as he tore through the wrapper. "Not gummy bears but it'll have to do." He smiled, offering the bag to Lottie, who happily took a Twizzler, before taking one for himself, chewing nervously.

"You okay over there?" He asked Cora as Lottie leaned closer to the werewolf, noticing their was a severe lack of movement coming from her chest.

"Why does it look like she's not breathing?" Lottie asked, panic seeping into her voice as Stiles leaned closer, pressing his ear close to Cora's chest.

"Because she's not breathing? Oh, my God. Oh, no." Stiles panicked to Lottie before turning his stress to Cora, "Why aren't you breathing?" Fear took a hold of the boy whilst Lottie tried to remain calm.

"Okay Batman, time to be a hero. You took the health class for resus. I was sick remember?" Lottie began, smiling reassuringly as he nodded, dazed.

"Right so you know what you have to do. If anyone can do this it's you. Now isn't the time to panic. It's okay. I'm here and I'll help you. But you can do this okay? I believe in you Stiles."

Lottie knew that Stiles doubted himself and his abilities a lot. They'd had many late night conversations about how he wished he could do more when they were wrapped up in each other's arms, secret conversations, meant for each other only. She'd always be there to reassure him that he did enough, he was enough. He always would be.

Stiles looked into the eyes of the girl he considered home, cupping her face in his hands and kissing her with a passion he'd never felt before. She was his piece of paradise and by God he'd be dammed without her.

"Okay, okay-" Stiles started, "-tilt the head. Fingers on the chin. Clear the throat." He gently but nervously, pushed Cora's chin up, checking in her mouth, making sure there were no obstructions in her airways before he continued. "Nothing. I see nothing. Okay, all right--um--pinch nose and blow." He leaned in close as if to blow air in Cora's mouth before he paused, looking back at Lottie who was watching him proudly.

"Stiles? What are you doing? She needs you?"

"It's- I have to put my mouth on hers- is that-"

"Oh for goodness sake Stiles, you're saving her life not snogging her! Help her!" Lottie laughed, shoving his head gently in the direction of Cora as he nodded bashfully before he took her nose between his fingers and leant down to blow into her mouth. Then he pulled back and did it again, each time with more and more urgency as Lottie watched on nervously, picking at the skin around her nails.

"Come on, breathe. Cora, breathe." He leaned down to try again but paused as Cora pulled in a gasp of air, continuing to breath unaided. With a sigh of relief, he fell back into Lottie, who had her opens open and waiting for him. He rested his back against her chest as she wrapped her arms around his waist, a new position for them but one they both found comfort in.

"You know something?" Lottie whispered. "I don't think I've ever found you more attractive than I do right now." Lottie admitted as he turned in her arms to look up at her in confusion.

"I just had my lips on another girls and you find me more attractive?" Stiles asked baffled.

"No Stiles, you just saved someones life. It was beautiful. You're so much more than you believe. You're everything." Lottie muttered, looking between his eyes and his lips, smiling before leaning down and taking his lips with her own gently. "I love you Stiles."

Stiles blinked quickly to hide the tears that had formed, overwhelmed with adoration and love, "I love you Lotts. More than anything." The two smiled at each other, basking in each others warmth before Stiles continued. "We just need to hold on a little longer. If anyone can get us out of here, it's Scott."

"I cannot believe you just said that. Who'd have thought we'd see the day where Scott McCall saves our asses?" Lottie laughed.

"You know I feel like I used to be the one with the plan. Or at least a Plan B. Now I'm starting to think Cora was right. Maybe we are pretty much useless. Not you, obviously. But maybe all we really do is show up to find the bodies." Stiles admitted softly, their secret conversations taking up a new location. "I don't want to find my father's body." Stiles whispered, as if telling a secret. Lottie wiped his tears gently, before tugging him up, sitting him across from her and holding his hands tightly.

"Stiles. Look at me. I swear to you, we will find your father. I won't stop until I get him back. And I'll destroy anyone who gets in my way." Lottie promised, only Stiles understood how serious she was. Stiles knew that Lottie would do whatever it takes, even before she had heightened abilities and became a siren. That fact seemed to only strengthen as she turned. He revelled in knowing she would do anything for those she cared about, in knowing she'd do anything for him.

A sound of movement from outside the ambulance, burst their little bubble as Lottie gestured for Stiles to stay back as she crouched at the window, holding her breath. The Twin Alpha passed by them angrily as Lottie felt herself transform in reflex. She'd die before she let them anywhere near Stiles. Glancing back at said boy she saw him looking around for something to defend himself before he made eye contact at Lottie, who just winked at him, her blue eyes flashing as she ran her tongue over her fangs. Stiles would never admit it aloud but he'd be lying if he said he didn't have to adjust his trousers - needing a bit more room - at the sight of her in that moment.

Lottie pulled away from the window instantly as she heard the sound of feet moving quickly across the cement of the garage. Standing in front of Stiles at the doors of the ambulance she took a fighting stance, no evidence of fear on her face as she readied herself for a fight.

"Stiles! Lottie! Open the door." Scott whisper-shouted to the duo from outside the ambulance. With a breath of relief, Stiles leant forward and unlocked the door revealing Scott struggling to carry a semi-conscious Peter in his arms. "Help me get him in." Moving quickly, Lottie and Stiles lunged forward, tugging Peter into the ambulance and laying him on the gurney they'd just been sat on.

"Where's Toto and the thing?" Lottie asked.

"I have to go back for them. And my mum." Scott replied, the tiredness he was feeling evident in his tone. Lottie felt the urge to pull him into a hug but now wasn't the time. There'd be time for that later. So she thought.

"Okay, two problems. Kali's got the keys to this thing. And Lottie just saw the Twins like thirty seconds ago." Stiles told the teen wolf who just glanced around the garage, eyeing the shadows.

"Both of you. Stay here." Scott instructed before he carefully click the doors shut, locking them in again. The two sat in silence as they had the sound of Peter groaning accompanying them.

"Dickface. Shut up. I don't wanna deal with the Hulk or Toe-fungus right now." Lottie scolded, sending a soft kick to the werewolf she hated so much as Stiles laughed. Their laughter was broken by the sound of Argent's RAV4 rumbling into the garage as the electricity came back on. The doors of the ambulance were flung open as Lottie was met by the surprised face of Isaac.

"Sis?" Isaac called out, pulling her into a brief hug, before holding her shoulders gently, "You okay?"

"Never better, you good?" Lottie asked.

"Always better for seeing you." He smiled before turning his attention to the matter at hand. "Let's go, let's go!" A now revived Peter carried Cora out of the ambulance and to the car Isaac had driven whilst Stiles hesitated, noticing something hanging on the door of the ambulance.

"Stiles we have to go!" Isaac shouted as Lottie paused mid-run to the car upon hearing Stiles hadn't followed. She watched in horror as he broke into a sprint - into the hospital. Isaac lunged for Lottie already sensing what she was about to do but was to slow. Spinning out of Isaac's grasp, Lottie sent him an apologetic look before running after Stiles.

Lottie caught up with Stiles quickly, scolding him as they ran up to the roof where they'd seen Scott go.

"If you're gonna run off, tell me. I need to be with you Stiles."

"It's parents and guardians. He's taking our parents. I think he's taken Melissa. That means your dad or Allison's dad - even Lydia's mum could be next." Lottie felt her blood run cold at the thought of her dad being taken. They'd come so far in the past few months, finally obtaining the father-daughter bond she'd always wanted. A massive part of her felt like it was all thanks to Isaac, he was the missing piece in their little family.

"Pack mentality." The duo heard Deucalion start as they finally burst through the doors of the roof. "We help our own. Let me help you, Scott. Let's help each other. Help me catch her and I'll help you get your mother and Stiles's father back."

"Scott." Stiles called out as he took a step closer to the young werewolf. "Don't do it. Don't go with him."

Scott breathed deeply, unshed tears filling his eyes as he whispered, "I don't know what else to do."

"There has to be something. We always have a Plan B." Stiles tried desperately as Lottie could only watch in despair at their friendship begin to crack under the weight of the supernatural world.

"Not this time. I'm going to find your Dad. I promise." Scott looked Stiles in the eye as he promised, before sending a sad look to Lottie - one she knew meant look after Stiles- to which she nodded glumly, she knew Scott had to go, it didn't mean she liked the idea though.

Feeling like all hope was lost, Lottie and Stiles did nothing but watch as the third part of their trio made a deal with the Devil and walked off into the darkness with him.
