Once they reached the safe camp, Makoto ran for it. Sousuke just stood stunned since one moment his soul share was beside him acting all nervous and in the blink of an eye he ran off without warning. Sousuke blinked a couple times wondering if all Demi Humans were as fast as Makoto or if Makoto was just something else. 

"Sousuke" A voice yelled out and he turned to see a red hair who was his childhood friend. At one point he thought his Demi Human friend might actually be his soul shearer since they were so close. But his friend, soul sharer was actually his sister. Not all soul sharers have to be madly in love, they hold the same soul and grow a strong bond, that a love itself. Rin was slightly on the shorter side and had almost shark like teeth not matching with Cheetah Demi Human race. Rin had a really slim red tail and basic furry cat ears. His red hair was short and he held red eyes. 

"Rin, your a cheetah .. Is it possible for a normal house cat to run as fast as light" Sousuke asked his friend who looked at him like he was idiot or dead.

"Ok 1- rude, 2- hello to you too, 3- just because my demi human side is Cheetah doesn't mean we animals, 4- no one can run that fast you idiot and lastly how hard did you hit your head to be asking such a thing" Rin replied with his hands on his hip. 

"I met my soul sharer" Sousuke mutter as he glanced to the direction Makoto disappeared too.

"No way that great news, We told you that you would find him soon. See, you just needed to wait until after the academy" Gou smiled brightly and hugged her brother since she knew Sousuke wasn't a hugging person. Gou was Rin little sister and semi sousuke other childhood friend since the two boys kept her safe before they were sent to the academy. Goy had bright red hair like her brother but it was long and placed in a neat pony tail. Her eyes was a darker shade of red and her teeth was normal. She was a little short but slim with a nice body shape making her brother keep an extra eye out to any boys who come close to his baby sister.

"But he ran away" Sousuke finished his sentence making the siblings freeze.

"He just ran from you" Rin asked looking at his friend.

"Yes" Sousuke frowned and Rin soon burst out laughing soon falling to the ground still laughing.

"Brother be nice, I'm sure he was just shy. Its your first meeting with him and well your eighteen, its not like you had a child bravery like most do when they meet each other" Gou smiled sweetly and patted Sousuke arm making him give a slight nod. 

Rin soon stood up after calming down for the small enjoyment he just had and wipe his joyful tears away. He glanced to his sister then looking to the direction Sousuke kept glancing at guessing that where his soul sharer ran towards. 

"Look, why do you go get cleaned up. Your just came back from patrol and its clear you killed a couple infected while becoming muddy and soaked by the rain. The Demi Human might have felt funny over the smell since we do have better smelling then just humans. Have a shower and change, then find the camp doctor or a medic to patch you before looking for him" Rin smiled and Sousuke looked himself over before nodding.

"Maybe your right, I mean he was covered in mud and blood, his sense of smell must have gotten to him" Sousuke replied and started walking to his cabin. He shares it with Rin and some other guys.

Gou also placed inside but someone placed up a hospital curtain by the bed in the corner close to the main door making her have her own private room. The wall was just a curtain but it was black and made sure no one could see pass even if light was shine in the curtain from a certain flirty idiot in the cabin who tried peeping. 

Sousuke wondered who placed it there since it was clear the base didnt, they just let men and women share unit cabins without care in hopes of picking up the human race numbers. The boys didnt mind if Gou wanted to start a family but they didnt want her to be forced by the goverment nor feel unconfutable sharing a cabin with only guys since no one else had a female as their soul sharer. 

Sousuke also wondered who the corner bed by the back door was, he slept opposite and never saw the guy who it belonged too but he knew someone slept there. His stuff was there and a new set of clothes would be laid out along with dirty ones in the basket by the morning. A curtain was around that bed with the open part by the single back door that needed a passcode to open. It was clear the person was using that door to enter and leave but Sousuke never seen them. He wondered if they were a female but the curtain was left open most of the time and only closed at night. 

Forty minutes later and Sousuke walked towards the camp doctor knowing his medical room was in the same cabin as the captains offices. Sousuke walked inside walking to the second door on the left before knocking, he heard no answered and went to open the door to find it locked. 

"The doctor in a meeting and then he be sent to check out new comer's who arrived today to make sure the show no signs of infection" A captain spoke as he popped his head out of the door that sat opposite the doctor door. 

"Where should I go" Sousuke asked as he turned to the captain not bothering to salute but it seemed the captain didnt mind and wasn't bothered either.

"Ah why not our best medic. He as good as the doctor maybe even better" the captain smiled proudly and Sousuke read it name patch as Luka Matto.

"You seem slightly prideful over that fact sir" Sousuke replied and the captain chuckled.

"I was the one to find him and gave him a place in this camp, that was long before I got a captain rank and he like my good luck charm I think. But he is a good medic and wouldnt give up not even on the dying. He saved some that most would label as dead. Go to cabin 1, he should be hanging with those guys if he returned from his mission since he was trained with that group and well he unsure of strangers. Tell him Luka sent you" The captain smiled kindly.

"Thanks sir" Sousuke mumbled and the captain gave a slight nod before Sousuke started to walk over to cabin 1. Sousuke laughed slightly since his group was placed in cabin 2 and they only joined the camp yesterday with them all doing their first missions today. 

Sousuke reached the cabin and walked inside seeing twelve beds, but it seemed only nine was in use. Seven guys were already inside huddle over one unused bed playing a card game but all soon turned to Sousuke who clearly didnt belong to their cabin. 

"Luka sent me to the medic since the doc is out all day" Sousuke explained and the six just nodded in understanding. 

"He just getting dressed since he returned from a recent mission a little dirty" A short soldier replied with a straight serous face. His hair is a very dark navy/ black in colour and he has grey eyes. His name was Tsubasa Hoshikawa. He was clearly a human with power and seemed to work solo. 

"Makoto, someone needs your help" Another soldier spoke out unsure if he should bother the guy. His nameShizuru Isurugi  and he is a taller than average young man with dark brown hair, blue eyes and a somewhat dour expression. He seems to be a mouse Demi human.

"Where is my top" Makoto asked as he came out shirtless, his hair still slightly wet but a towel sat around his neck. He was in green dark overalls that sleeves were tied around his waste like a belt. 

"No clue, you never let us meet us yet" Another soldier who had his back to Makoto joked making the Demi Human blush. His name was Asahi Shiina and he is a slightly taller than average young man with a toned figure, messy red hair and pinkish eyes. He was clearly just a human with powers. 

"Asahi" Makoto squeaked back embarrassed.

"Yeah who knows Makoto might be the top, I mean look at his body but then again Makoto is Makoto .. so who is his top" Another soldier teased Makoto before pushing his glasses up. His name Hiyori Tono and he Hiyori is a tall, muscular young man with short brown hair and olive eyes. He was just a human with power.

Makoto soon crossed his arms with a slight pout on his lips. His tail hanging low and his ears tucked in showing he was upset by the guys teasing him yet again. 

"that enough guys, we dont want our only decent medic mad at us or we might not be patched up after a fight" The oldest guy in the room spoke up with a kind smile and the others nodded in agreement. His name is Natsuya Kirishima and he Natsuya is a relatively tall and muscular young man with short, unruly brown hair and amber eyes. He was also just a human with powers.

"Makoto, a patient" A more shy looking guy mumbled as he glanced to Sousuke. His name is Ikuya Kirishima and he kuya is a muscular, though smaller-framed young man with teal hair, amber eyes and long, black eyelashes. H was a dog Demi human.

"Just hold on, I just need to grab my bag and Find my top. Just sit on a bed" Makoto smiled with his eyes closed before walking to the door that joined to the walk in bathroom that was half. One half with toilet stalls, the other half filled with shower stalls and sinks in the middle facing the door.

"Your top is on the door, you left it hanging on the edge by mistake when you dropped your overalls" The other oldest replied with a caring smile as he pushed his own glasses up while Makoto placed his light yellow polo top on. His name is Nao Serizawa and he is tall with an average, but toned build. He has long grey hair with bangs, yellowish-green eyes of a droopy nature and is usually seen wearing a kind expression. He seemed to be a Polo bear Demi Human.

Makoto grabbed his bag, his tail swaying slightly as it hang low and his ears perked up once again. A content smile on his face as he walked over to Sousuke before freezing as he notice Sousuke face.

"Hey" Sousuke slightly smiled and gave a two finger salute.

"Sorry I ran away before, I'm shy around others" Makoto whispered as he kneeled before Sousuke opening his medical bag and pulling out things he need.

"Its ok, thanks for patching me up" Sousuke mumbled and Makoto giggled.

"we both not very good with people, are we" Makoto smiled and Sousuke nodded in agreement. 

"Friends" Makoto smiled sweetly as he held his hand out.

"Friends" Sousuke smiled gently and shook Makoto hand before letting Makoto patch him up.

After a good five minutes Sousuke was all patched up, his wounds were small and would heal in a couple days but needed to be covered to stop any chances of infected liquid getting in them while he worked. Makoto placed his things away before standing up putting his single strap over his left shoulder and helping Sousuke to stand. 

"I'll be heading back to my own cabin now. I better try and meet my new roomates" Makoto smiled sweetly as he turned to the others.

"I still dont understand why the captain doesn't just put you in our cabin. I mean we have room and well we trained together in those four years meaning it would make sense. Yet you always been placed in that other cabin left alone most of the time" Hiyori spoke out as they all turned to Makoto.

"The higher ups never make sense" Natsuya mumbled as he crossed his arms.

"Dont forget, Captain Matto not the one in charge of cabins roommates or moving them" Ikuya replied and the others nodded in understanding.

"The higher ups are just upset over Makoto making a name for himself as a medic, they didnt expect him to live this long let along become the best and most needed medic in camp" Nao  smiled sweetly and Makoto smiled at the semi compliment.

"Well take care and no dying or getting infected" Makoto smiled to them with slight worry in his voice as he stood by the main door opening it slightly.

"Dont worry we gonna be careful Makoto but you better keep an ear out there too. The world became even dangerous now and I'm sure some will use this to try and take care of you" Asahi warned with a worried smile and Makoto nodded before walking out.

"It was nice meeting you all" Sousuke replied in his normal cold tone and straight face and went to leave but was stopped.

"watch this" Nao smiled brightly and Sousuke just stood by the door.

"What is love?" Asahi  started to sing, some of the males grinning while the others frowned. 

"Baby don't hurt me" Natsuya sang next in tune while shaking his head a little.

"Don't hurt me" Hiyori sang slightly out of tune and everyone turned to the door as it swung open.

"No more" Makoto sang back with a huge grin making the mostly childish of the cabin laugh.

"Makoto dont fall to these idiots level" Ikuya  sighed and Makoto chuckled before stepping out, Sousuke behind him.

"How did you hear them" Sousuke asked as they walked together.

"I have a cat demi human, its not hard to hear things from a distance" Makoto smiled as he glanced to Sousuke.

"But you got there just in time" Sousuke replied.

"Well my Cabin is just there" Makoto explained and pointed to cabin 2.

"that where my cabin is" Sousuke mutter and the two turned to each other in surprise.
