Y/n: this is done!

She sighed after finally completing some paper work regarding her hospital.

She rested her head on the table and closed her eyes relaxing herself from the surgeries she just did.

Unknowingly, her eyes felt heavy and soon sleep consumed her.

Opening her eyes, Yn noticed IU cleaning her desk which was messed up in papers and everything

IU: oh, you're up

She smiled picking up the papers.

Y/n: unnie, I'll do it. Don't trouble yourself

She said quickly taking the papers from IU.

IU: you look tired, y/n-ahh. Let me do it

She tried to take the papers back from y/n but she pulled back her hand.

Y/n: no, you're pregnant. There's no way I'm letting you do any work

She said and kept the papers back on the desk and held IU by her shoulders, slowly pushed her to the sofa and made her sit on the sofa.

Y/n: rest, unnie

IU: that's what I've been doing last five months

She rolled her eyes.

Y/n: so do it for some more months, unnie. Ok? Don't trouble my niece or nephew

She said strictly keeping her hands on her waist making IU chuckle at her dramatic-ness.

IU: so what did you decide to do for your brothers?

Y/n: what do you mean?

She asked confused, sitting beside IU.

IU; it's brothers day tomorrow, dumbo

Y/n's eyes widen as she quickly checked the date in her digital watch.

Y/n: fuck, I forgot

IU: ya! Don't curse in front of my baby

She said hugging her stomach and y/n chuckled mumbling a small  'sorry'

Y/n: I need to plan something but will you and Jung-suk oppa help me?

IU smacked y/n's head playfully

IU: is that a thing to ask, dummy.

Y/n: I'm hating your pregnancy mood swings, unnie

She said rubbing her head with a pout on her lips.

IU: tell me what we gotta do?

She asked with curiosity.

Y/n: nowadays, oppas come early from their respective works. So, I just want you to get them a bit late. And here's what we have to do...

Next Day

Jungkook: so many meetings, so much stress!

He said frustrated from the day work he did.

Jin: the days over, kook. Let's head home, shall we?

He asked picking up his phone and everyone nodded getting up from their places. That's when Namjoon's phone rang. He saw Jung-suk's name flash on the phone. He picked up the phone as they all walked out of Jin's cabin where they were resting.

Namjoon: yeah, Jung-suk?

He asked picking up the phone.

Jung-suk: listen, Namjoon

He said in a panicked voice

Namjoon: is everything alright?

He asked stopping on his place. Everyone else looked at Namjoon when they heard his worried voice.

Jung-suk: IU Isn't picking up my calls. I'm heading home but there's too much traffic here. Could you pls go and check on her?

Namjoon: don't worry. We'll head to your house right away

Jung-suk: Thanks Namjoon.

The call ended and all the Kim brothers looked at Namjoon with curious eyes wanting to know what he was talking about

Namjoon: we need to head to Jung-suk's house immediately

As Namjoon explained them the situation all of them agreed and headed towards the car without any questions

As they went to IU's house they ran th bell and soon it was opened by an sleepy  IU.

IU: You guys here?

She asked rubbing her eyes.

Hobi: Jung-suk has been calling you since long time. He's stuck in traffic so we came here to check on you

Jungkook: are you okay, noona?

He asked knowing she's pregnant and might suffer medical issues.

IU: yeah. I'm fine. What will happen to me? Actually, I just had a headache and I couldn't take any pills due to the doctor's prescription so, I just took a nap and maybe my phone was on silent. Sorry, for the trouble

Jin: no no, it's totally fine. You should rest and not stress yourself.

He smiled

IU: omg! It's so late. I didn't even have lunch yet. Would you like to join?

She said looking at her watch and then at the Kim brothers.

Jimin: you should have had you lunch earlier, nonna. You can't keep the baby's stomach empty right?

He said while folding his hands over his chest.

IU: i know. I know. Don't worry. I'll make lunch right awa- *cut off*

Tae: you didn't make lunch yet!?

He asked shocked.

Yoongi: you know what? Leave it. We'll make lunch for you.

IU: what no- how can i- *cut off*

Jin: nope. You'll rest and we'll make the lunch

He said and got into the house followed by others. The maknae line and Namjoon made IU sit on the couch and then all of them went to the kitchen warning her to stay there.

'I feel of bad making your brothers cook for me, you know'

IU messages y/n and luckily she got a quick reply

'Don't feel bad, unnie. It's nothing. Half of them love cooking anyways'

IU sighed seeing the message.

All the Kim brothers are now headed back to the Kim mansion as they made lunch for IU and made her eat it even though she didn't want to.

Jin: where are you princess?

He asked as he connected a call with her.

Y/n; hospital, oppa

Jin: want us to pick you up? We are on the way home we'll pick you up

He suggested

Y/n: Ani, oppa. I'll be late. You guys go home, I'll be there in an hour or so

Jin; sure then. Meet you at home

Y/n: yeah

With that he disconnected the call. Soon they reached the Kim mansion which was unusually quite today.

Not seeing any guards at the front door the Kim brothers frowned looking at each other. Even the lights of the mansion were turned off.

With a nod of their head, they all slowly walked into the quiet mansion. Jungkook slowly opened the door just to meet darkness inside.

Namjoon was about to turn on the lights but a big projected screen flashed infront of their eyes.

They smiled when they noticed a photo to y/n and all of them together

"Remember this photo, oppa?"

Y/n's voice echoed through the living room as she spoke through the speakers which were connected

"This was on my first birthday after you guys found me back"

Y/n's words widened the smile on their face.

"After that, many things happened but you all were always there with me"

The photo on the projected screen changed and Jimin laughed seeing the photo

"Jimin oppa, next time strike a good pose for a photo like this"

She teased

Jimin: mochi~

He whined and laughed at the end.

"Oppa, I've always been grateful to have a brother like you who always helps in everything I need. Jimin oppa, you've thought me to not care about anyone even if they tease your for your height. Thank you"

The Kim brothers chuckled whereas Jimin had a done face and ended up laughing anyways.

The screen changed again

Hobi smiled adoring the photo.

"First of all, whoever took this photo, thank you because I'm in love with it"

Jin flipped his imaginary hair when she said that.

"Hobi oppa!!!"

She called out in excitement

Hobi: yes, sunshine!!!

He replied in the same excitement making everyone laugh.

"Thank you for teaching me to always keep a smile on my face. You've always been so strong in every situation, for me, for your brothers and everyone. Thank you"

Hobi smiled wipping some of his fallen tears. The screen changed again and this time tae laughed

"Tae oppa, remember Namjoon oppa clicked this pic. You were literally begging me to make more cookies for you even when you were so full and sleepy"

Taehyung laughed between his tears and nodded remembering the time years back.

"Tae oppa, you have taught me to always be myself, not caring about what others say. You even helped me keep going even when I was on the verge of giving up. Thank you"

Taehyung smiled rubbing off his tears. The screen changed again along with e photo

"Remember kook, you weren't letting go off my hand just because you thought-" *cut off*

Jungkook: because I thought you'll be careless around water and drown yourself

He laughed and y/n did too.

"Yeah. You've always been my least favourite brother, by the way"

Jungkook: ya! Bunny!

Y/n laugh again, her voice echoing through the walls.

"You've always did crazy things along with me and troubled Jin oppa with me. You have always encouraged me to do things which felt insecure to me. Thank you"

Jungkook: We'll continue doing so

He laughed in between his tears. The photo changed again.

Yoongi laughed out loud when he saw the photo and remembered the time.

"Remember, Yoongi oppa, you were upset with me just because I didn't let you do mafia works"

Yoongi nodded remembering everything that had happened back then.

"Maybe the world thinks you're cold but we all know you've a heart of gold, oppa. You've taught me to be strong in every situation of life and not to give up even when life throws unexpected challenges towards you. Thank you"

Yoongi: you are the reason the golden heart exists, doll

He said wipping his tears which were on the verge of falling.

The screen changed again along with the photo

"Jin oppa, remember how tightly you hugged me after I graduated from collage and passed my medical exam at the same time?"

Jin nodded smiling at the picture

"Jin oppa, you've taught me to love myself no matter what. You've shown me I've reasons to love my own self and the world's just cruel as ever. Thank you"

Jin: but I still look the best more than you

He joked wipping off his tears and everyone chuckled too. The photo changed again.

Namjoon: wha- Angel no!

"Remember oppa, I was trying to teach you how to cook and this is what you did to yourself"

Everyone except Namjoon laughed but he ended up laughing too.

"Namjoon oppa, you are the best leader, inspiration, idol and what not. I've learned so many things from you. You are the reason I passed my medical exams with such a high score. Thank you"

Namjoon nodded wipping his own tears.

Namjoon: come out, Angel. Where are you?

He said looking around trying to find her.

The photo on the screen changed again making the Kim brothers widen their eyes.

"Not so Sorry, for clicking this without your consent but you all just looked so cute together"

Everyone laughed. Y/n slowly walked out holding a mic in her hand on continued.

Y/n: They say, the  bond shared between  elder brothers and their younger sister is a profound and beautiful thing. It's a relationship built on a foundation of love, trust, and unwavering support. She smiled looking at them who slowly wipped their tears.

Y/n: Happy Brother's Day, oppa!

All of them smiled and run to her taking her in a tight hug.

Jin: you are the reason all this exists, princess

Y/n: you all liked it?

She asked with a smile.

Tae: loved it, bear. Thank you so much.

Y/n; I even wanted to call TXT but they are out of country.

She said pulling away. She looked at them and smiled softly.

Y/n: thank you for being my brothers

BTS: thank you for being our sister..
