One Day

F/n was seen installing the newly repaired turrets into the security system of his mansion. Then, he took out the remote and made them disappear underneath.

F/n:Whew! Perfect. Back up and running smoothly. *wipes forehead* Well, time to relax.

F/n went inside and threw himself on the cough. Grabbing the TV remote, he began to surf through the numerous channels before being joined by his pets and Lily.

Lily:Hi, Daddy!

F/n:Hi, Lily. *kisses her forehead*

Lily:What are you doing?

F/n:*sighs* Trying to see what's on TV today. I've installed the turrets back in the security system and now I want to relax for a bit.

Then after flipping to another channel...

! GRAND OPENING !

Vale is officially opening it's official zoo and there are tons of animals that you would like to meet, from livestock to wildlife. Come down and enjoy the sight of the various fauna!

After seeing that...

Lily's eyes sparkled brightly and her mouth was wide open in anticipation.

Lily:Ooh, a zoo! *turns to her daddy* Daddy, can we go!? Please!? Pretty please!?

F/n just chuckled at his daughter's suddenly hyper energy and pets her white tiger ears in response.

F/n:Alright, I suppose we can go. You seriously like animals that much!?

Lily shook her head excitedly.

F/n:I guess I really should've figured that already, especially considering what you liked me watching with you when you were a baby and since you seem to like the pets so much.

Sure enough, Lily was seen petting Zwei, Orbit, Phantom, and Bluebell, who all had melted from the affection.

Lily:*tilts her head to the side* Watch what as a baby?

F/n:*pets her ears* Your mother will tell you that. Right now, go and tell your siblings and aunts about our plan. I'm gonna go get ready myself.

Lily nodded and left to go upstairs for the others.

F/n:*looks at the pets* Seems like Lily really has a passion for animals, huh guys?

The four critters made their respective noises in response to him.

F/n:Yep, I think the same thing.

A couple minutes later, the whole family (minus the weapons (who didn't want to go), Ethan, and User) were seen outside.

Weiss:Ready to see even bigger animals, Lily?

Lily:*nods* Yes, Mama.

Weiss:*sighs* You're just like how you were as a baby, always wanting to watch animal videos with your father until you fell asleep.

Lily:Oh, I guess I forgot about that.

F/n:Alright, gang. Let's go. 

With that, they all left the mansion to go to the zoo.

A while later, the five young Huntsmen and their children were seen walking through the zoo. F/n then stopped in front of them all.

F/n:Alright, what should we go see first?

They all took a moment to think before...

Weiss:Let's start with something...small. Something so the kids won't get frightened.

F/n:Alright. *checks the map* There are rabbits down to the right. Let's start with those.

With that, they all went to go see the rabbits and soon enough, they were all holding and petting the small animals (Sapphire had a bit of trouble trying to pick one up in her arms though).

F/n:Aw, isn't that cute?

Lily came over with a small baby rabbit in her arms.

Lily:Daddy, isn't this adorable?

F/n looked at the baby animal in Lily's arms and reached forward to pet it.

F/n:Yeah, I guess you're right. 

F/n the took out a camera.

Lily:What's that for?

F/n:For the scrapbook.

F/n then had them all positioned together and holding a rabbit nearby themselves. Then, he turned around, pointed the camera at himself, and snapped a photo.

F/n:*checks it* Okay, that's cute.

After that, they all went to see more livestock around the zoo. And during that time...

Sōshi kept seeing this animal around the place. Anytime he did, the nine-tailed fox just stared at him and occasionally nods at him, much to his confusion. However, he did his best to not worry much about it and enjoy his day.

Later on, they made it to the wildlife exhibit. That's when F/n had an idea.

F/n:Hey, I just thought of an idea. Just for the amusement of things, let's split up and take Sōshi and Lily to see the animals their Faunus breeds are based off of.

Weiss:*shrugs* I have no idea where that idea came from, but okay. I guess I'll take Lily to see the white tigers.

Blake:And Sōshi and I will go see the foxes. Of course, there wouldn't be any nine-tailed kitsunes though.

Sōshi:*gets confused* A what?

F/n:A Japanese term for "fox", son. You all go on. I'm gonna go and sit down here for a bit.

And so, Blake and Yang took Sōshi to go see the foxes and Ruby and Weiss took Lily to go see the tigers. F/n, on the other hand, sit down on a bench and watched the other families that were there that day.

The three were seen watching the foxes mess around with each other. The nine-tailed fox child and his little brother was seen watching them all with amusement.

Sōshi:So, that's what a one-tailed fox looks like.

Blake:*pets her son's ears* That's right, Sōshi.

Yang:And they're cute just like you.

Sōshi closed his eyes from the affection and then opened them again to see a mother nurturing her young.

Sōshi:Mom?

Blake:What is it?

Sōshi:Were you like that with me when I was a baby?

Blake:Sort of, but I wasn't liking you to keep you clean.

Sōshi tilted his head to the side.

Sōshi:Huh?

! ROAR ! 

A white tiger roared out loud right there at the four. Of course, the two young girls got scared and hid behind their mothers as they tried to calm them down.

Ruby:Shh, it'll be fine Sapphire.

Weiss:She's right. Besides, they won't be able to reach us through the glass.

Sapphire:*sniffles* You promise?

Ruby:*pets her head* I promise.

Weiss:*turns and sees something* Hey, Ruby. Let's take them there instead.

A moment later, they all were seen watching some white tiger cubs instead. As they thought, Lily and Sapphire's eyes were sparkling.

Lily:Aww, they're so cute~.

Weiss:Just like you, Lily.

Weiss pet her daughter's ears again, making her melt from the affection. 

Sapphire:I'm cute too, right Auntie Weiss?

Weiss:Of course you are.

Weiss hugged her niece, making her return the love.

F/n was seen watching the families at the zoo, smiling at the children gleefully jumping around their parents.

F/n:Hm, me and the others are pretty much like that. The father working hard for the safety and future of his loved ones, the mother being the nurturing, protective lady, and the kids being the balls of sunshine. *sighs* The only way it would be complete if we were married, which I hope to do soon.

???:So, you want to get married as much as we do, huh?

F/n jumped and turned to both sides to see his lovers and children there, much to his surprise.

F/n:Was I seriously saying that out loud?

Yang:Yep, and we heard every word of it.

F/n:Dang, people nowadays.

Weiss:Would you really want to marry us, F/n?

F/n:Well, yeah. You four are the ones who led me to this type of life I'm living right now. Only way the set would be complete is if we were officially married. I just...don't know when I want to though.

Suddenly, he was hugged by them all. 

RWBY(in unison):We'll be waiting, F/n.

F/n then smiled and kissed them all, oblivious to the clapping passerbys. 

F/n:Let's go home now.

They all nodded and headed off to leave, but not without F/n getting a picture and him, his girlfriends, and his children in front of the entrance.

Lily was seen sitting in front of the TV with Weiss, watching a nature documentary. F/n then entered the living room and sat next to her.

F/n:Nature documentary, huh?

Lily:Yeah, it's about grassland creatures.

F/n:I see. You want me to watch it with you?

Lily nodded eagerly and F/n pulled her into his lap before watching it with her. Then a moment later...

Lily:Mommy? Daddy?

F/n:Yeah?

Lily:You promised won't let anything happen to me or any of my family, right?

Weiss:Of course we wouldn't, Lily. Why do you suddenly ask?

Lily:Um...remember happened two days ago? When those soldiers came here?

F/n:Lily...I truly love you. And that being said, I refuse to let anything happen to you or any of my family. As far as I'm concerned, I won't hesitate to kill a soldier just so you can be safe.

Lily:I guess you're right, Daddy. Thank you.

F/n then hugged and kissed his girlfriend and daughter before the screen went black.
