I just get it. Why does Mom and the rest of my family hate me and Yang so much? We never did anything bad before.

(Yang's POV; Age:7)

Me and my little sister haven't done anything really bad before. Sure, we make mistakes sometimes, but is severely beating us both seriously a good punishment for accidentally breaking a vase?

Sure enough, Ruby and Yang were seen getting beaten by Summer, Tai, and Raven while their Uncle Qrow just laid on the couch, drunk as a motherfucker.

Neither of you can go a whole day without breaking shit!

The moment they both heard that, Ruby and Yang's hearts had shattered. They both couldn't believe their mothers would even THINK about saying that to them.

In the Schnee Manor, a young girl with white hair and blue eyes was seen getting beaten by her father and older sister while her younger brother stood by taunting her and her mother just looked at her with disappointment.

Jacques:You're the most disappointing child I've ever known!

Winter:And a big disgrace to the family name!

Weiss:*cries* I-I swear it's not my...

She got kicked in the ribs for that.

Whitley:*laughs* How pathetic of you, sis.

Willow:*sighs in disappointment* I really gave birth to a mistake.

Weiss' heart was broken from that statement. She thought her family loved her, but it turns out that they despised her.

On Menagerie (AKA the island where most Faunus reside due to racism), things seemed normal at first...

However at one corner at the island by the water, a group of Faunus were seen kicked and beating a young cat Faunus named Blake.

(Blake's POV; Age:7)

All I did was accidentally spill tea on Miss Khan and now everyone on the island just hates me!? I didn't mean for it to happen! Not only that, but my only two friends, Adam and Ilia, abandoned me as well.

(No One's POV)

Faunus #1:You worthless piece of trash!

Faunus #2:Why would you even THINK to spill tea on Miss Khan!?

They all stopped.

Faunus #3:Just lay there and die!

They all left Blake alone to cry in her bloody, cut-up arms.

Ruby was seen sleeping in her bed before her older sister came to her side and gently shook her awake.

Yang:*whispers* Sis, wake up! Wake up!

Ruby quickly got dressed in her signature dark red sleeveless hoodie with an attached cape, a white top underneath her hoodie, a black skirt and black shoes. Then, she quickly but quietly went downstairs to the front door with her sister. When they got to the door...

???:*barks*

Yang:Shh, Zwei. You're gonna wake everyone else up.

Ruby:*kneels down and pets him* I'm sorry Zwei, but this is goodbye I'm afraid.

Before they could leave, Zwei nuzzled against their legs and whimpered.

Yang:Zwei, we can't stay here! I'm sorry.

Zwei whimpered again.

Yang:Do you...wanna come with us?

Zwei:*barks again*

Yang:Okay, just *puts finger to her lips* shh.

Yang quietly opened the door and let her sister and the dog exit first before she left and quietly shut the door behind her. She then took one last look at the house before sighing sadly and running off with her sister and pet into the forest nearby to catch the next boat leaving Patch.

Weiss was seen laying down on her bed from her previous beating when her "father" suddenly barged in the room.

Jacques:Get up, you little brat!

Weiss:What?

Jacques stomped over to Weiss and grabbed her by the hair, painfully yanking her to ground.

Jacques:I said, get up! Let's go!

He then dragged Weiss by her hair away from her room and down the hall, where she saw her mother and siblings. All of were looking at her with expressions of diappointment (smirking in Whitley's case).

Weiss:Wha-What's going on?

Willow:Basically, we've disowned you Weiss.

Weiss' face fell completely from the statement and her heart broke even more.

Weiss:Wh-Wh-What!?

Jacques:You're no longer a Schnee. You never deserved to be one in the first place!

Outside the entrance of the Schnee Manor was Ironwood, who was waiting before Jacques came out and threw Weiss at his feet.

Jacques:Take her away from this house and drop her off somewhere! I don't care where you do.

Ironwood:*nods* Of course, sir.

Ironwood grabbed Weiss by the collar of her white dress and dragged her away from the Schnee Manor.

(Blake's POV)

I was freezing outside despite the blanket my parents left out for me. Apparently, they both make me sleep outside for being an "animal" for what I did...which was honestly an accident. Then, I heard them both talking. I went closer to listen. I wasn't able to hear them fully, but then I faintly heard this.

I was being disowned.

Tears began to well up in my eyes and my heart shattered. I couldn't believe they just would do this to me. Without thinking, I began to run away from my "home", getting stuff thrown at me by other Faunus. However, I managed to catch a boat ride to Vale, accompanied by the nice First Mate on the boat and the captain.

That dark, cold night, the four runaway young girls all arrived in Vale. Then coincidentally, they all met each other in an alleyway some time before something really needed would come to them. The four quickly became friends after learning that they were all facing the exact same situation.

Yang:Two years of abuse and neglect is officially too long. That's why I took Ruby and Zwei to escape with me. Well, Zwei actually didn't want to leave our side. *pets Zwei* He's a really great friend.

Blake:Just like me, only I was abused by everyone on the island and my parents made me sleep outside like an "animal". That and...*sniffles* they both disowned me.

Weiss:*places hand on Blake* Same for me, except my whole family abused me for White Fang attacks on the company that weren't even my fault.

Ruby:S-So, what do we do now?

There was a moment of silence before Ruby got an idea.

Ruby:Let's stick together from now on! Like a team!

Then...

Yang:*hugs her* Yeah! I'm with you, baby sis!

Blake:Eh, I'm in.

Weiss:I guess so. I'd rather be anywhere than Atlas or an orphanage anyway.

Suddenly, something came from just before the entrance of the alleyway.

Ruby:Wh-What was that?

Yang:I don't know. Stand behind me, sis. I'll protect you.

Zwei stood his ground and growled. Then suddenly, a woman with white hair and blue eyes. She also had some kind of armor the four had never seen ever.

Ruby:Wh-Who are you?

???:No need to be scared of me. I'm not here to hurt any of you.

The woman did something with her eyes before she began to read about the four girls.

Weiss:What are you doing?

The woman's eyes then went back to normal.

???:Just unbelievable. Parents who abuse their own children, especially at this age, is one of few things that pisses me off ever.

Yang:How do you know that?

???:That's none of your concern now, young one. I just have one question.

Blake:What is it?

The woman walked over to them and knelt down to their level.

???:Would you all like to come with me? I promise you that me, my husband, and my son won't do anything to hurt you.

After a brief moment of thinking...

Ruby+Weiss+Blake+Yang(in unison):Yes! Please, just don't send us back!

The woman smiled at them both and hugged them each.

???:Alright, off we go.

The woman took out some sort of device and opened a dark blue portal, amazing them all. They all then went through it before it disappeared after them.

A young boy with cotton white hair was seen sleeping in his bed before his dad entered the room and shook him awake.

??? #2:F/n, get up! Your mom's back and she wants you to meet some people.

F/n:*groans* *sits up* Who?

??? #2:Four young girls. Let's go.

F/n yawned and rubbed his eyes before slipping out of bed. Then...

???:Who do we have to see now?

F/n:No idea, Jen.

The screen then went black.
